Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: 1) To Know the Auction for Goods burdened Confiscation Based Finance Minister Regulation No. 27 / PMK.06 / 2016 in the city of Semarang. 2) To know the Power of Law Treatise Deed Auctions for Goods burdened Confiscation Based Finance Minister Regulation No. 27 / PMK.06 / 2016 in the city of Semarang. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data and data that can support tertiary study, which was then analyzed by normative juridical method.Based on the results of data analysis concluded that: 1) How the Auction of Goods Seized Burdened By Finance Minister Regulation Number 27 / PMK.6 / 2016 in Semarang. In the official auction assisted by guides who guilty of employees DJKN, the auction progresses No offers the winning auction is bidders who bid the highest. Each implementation of the auction will be charged Customs Auction accordance with government regulations governing the types and rates of non-tax state revenue. Payment of the auction price and Customs Auction shall be made in cash or check or checking account, no later than five (5) working days. In the case of submission of official documents of the auction must submit the original document of title or goods are auctioned off to the buyer or winning bidder no later than 1 (one) working day. Buyers must show proof of payment of the form and submit proof of deposit Tax on Acquisition of Land and Building If items such as land and buildings. 2) How the Legal Power of The Minutes of the Auction the Seized Goods Burdened By Finance Minister Regulation Number 27 / PMK.6 / 2016 in Semarang. Deed Auctions treatise consists of body deed, deed and leg mid deed which contains about the day, date, type of goods, address of the seller, as well as goods sold. Minutes of Deed Auctions is an authentic deed made by officials of the auction and use the laws and legislation so this auction treatise deed has permanent legal force if there are problems in the future.Key Words: The Power of Law; the Deed of Auction; Goods Burdened Confiscation.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the improvement of conceptual understanding of natural resource-related economic activities through the application of Circuit Learning model. This research used classroom action research with two cycles. Its data were collected through in-depth interview, observation, test, and documentation. They were validated by using content validity and data collection technique triangulation. The data were analyzed by using the Miles & Huberman’s interactive model of analysis. The result of the research shows that prior to the treatment 5 out of 31 students (16.13%) fulfilled the minimal learning completeness criterion of 70. Following the treatments, the number of the students who fulfilled the criterion was 13 students (42%) in Cycle I and 26 (83.87%) in Cycle II respectively. Thus, the Circuit Learning model can improve the conceptual understanding of natural resource-related economic activities of the students in Grade IV of State Primary School Karangasem IV No. 204 of Surakarta in Academic Year 2017/2018.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to improve the Javanese script writing skill through the application of the Cooperative Learning Model of Flannelgraph media-aided Think Talk Write (TTW) type of the students in Grade IVA of State Primary School 03 of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2017/2018. This research used the classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four phases, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Its subjects were the students as many as 34. The data were collected through test, observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. They were validated by using the content validity, and data source and data collection technique triangulations. The data were then analyzed by using the interactive analysis and the descriptive comparative analysis.The result of this research shows the improvement from pre-cycle, cycle I until cycle II. Following the treatments, the students’ learning completeness was 82,35% in cycle II.

Abstract

The competencies possessed by teachers have not been as expected, as evidenced by the average value of pedagogic competencies, which are still low compared to the results of professional competence scores on the Teacher Competency Test. This study aimed to develop a model for improving the pedagogic competence of Physical Education teachers which was arranged into a module that contains how to develop a learning implementation plan, how to create and use the learning media, how to create and use the teaching materials, and how to prepare and implement the learning assessments. The development tests that were carried out were: 1) alpha test, 2) beta test, and 3) final product validation. The alpha test is a product validation test by three experts, while the beta test is a load and product suitability test involving 27 teachers and 3 supervisors, followed by a final product validation stage involving 84 teachers who are divided into two groups, namely experimental and control. The research instruments used were a questionnaire and a competency improvement scale. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive data analysis, gain score data analysis, and t-test. Based on the results of the assessment at the alpha test, beta test, and program validation stages, the resulting product was declared suitable for use as a teaching material set. Furthermore, through the process of testing the effectiveness of the product, the model of increasing pedagogic competence based on teaching materials is proven to be effective and can significantly improve the pedagogic competence of Physical Education teachers.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan hal yang paling penting harus dijaga, menjaga imunitas tubuh dapatdilakukan dengan aktivitas olahraga yang didesain bisa dilakukan di rumah selama work fromhome. Pandemic COVID-19 membuat semua aktivitas anak terhenti termasuk aktivitas belajardisekolah. Selama aktivitas berkurang maka imunitas tubuh akan menurun, orang tua sebagaimotivator anak memiliki peran penting bagaimana mendesain bentuk latihan kebugaran yang dapatkembali meningkatkan kebugaran anak pasca Pandemic COVID-19. Bentuk latihan yang mudahdan tetap mematuhi protocol kesehatan sosial distancing antara lain bersepeda, jalan, jogging, bodyweigh training , circuit training yang desain dengan intensitas sesuai kemampuan anak secaraberkelanjutan sehingga menjadi otomatisasi gerakan anak. peran orang tua sangat penting karenamemiliki kedekatan emosional serta leader didalam rumah sehingga dapat mengakomodir anakmelakukan aktivitas kebugaran.
