Abstract

Sekolah hijau merupakan bagian dari Program Adiwiyata yang bertujuan untuk memelihara dan membangun kondisi sekolah yang hijau dan sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sekolah hijau di SD Negeri 05 Beji Kabupaten Pemalang.  Metode penelitian dalam kajian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif.  Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, staf, siswa, orang tua wali, dan masyarakat sekitar sekolah.  Obyek penelitian yaitu situasi sosial yang menunjukkan manajemen sekolah hijau. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Uji Keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi teknik.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sekolah hijau mencakup kebijakan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan, kurikulum berbasis lingkungan, kegiatan berbasis partisipatif, dan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendukung ramah lingkungan sudah terinternalisasi dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kegiatan: (1) perencanaan sekolah hijau dilaksanakan dengan memuat aspek pendidikan lingkungan hidup dan melibatkan masyarakat sekitar dalam memberikan pertimbangan dan masukan, (2) pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan pembentukan tim koordinator sesuai dengan program kerja dan peran serta fungsi masing-masing, (3) pelaksanaan diwujudkan dengan adanya berbagai kebijakan dan program kegiatan, pembelajaran terintegrasi lingkungan hidup, peningkatan partisipasi warga sekolah, sarana dan prasarana yang mencukupi dan mendukung pendidikan lingkungan hidup, (4) pengendalian dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan evaluasi dan monitoring yang dilakukan secara rutin dalam bentuk peraturan terulis, teguran lisan, imbauan, pembinaan, maupun pemberian penghargaan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation, impact, and constraints of the implementation of the program "Kanji Kuper" (Gerakan Wajib Kunjung Perpustakaan) as a strategy for optimizing library services in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This type of research is a case study because the research setting is in one of the elementary schools that implements the "Kanji Kuper" program. Data collection techniques through direct observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Data sources are obtained from informants: principals, library managers, and students. The validity of the data uses the triangulation of sources and techniques. Data is analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data feed and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of "Kanji Kuper" began by requiring teachers and students to do learning activities in the library. The visit schedule is arranged based on coordination between the class and the library administrator at least once a week. While in the library teachers are obliged to socialize "Kanji Kuper" and motivation by providing assignments to students to utilize the library resources available. There are always products or results made by students during visits to the library. Each month students' work is selected to be displayed in the school as a form of reward. The result of the implementation of the "Kanji Kuper" program is that the number of library visitors has increased dramatically so that it is slowly expected to improve the reading culture of students. The problem is that most students take advantage of the "Kanji Kuper" program just to play in the library so that the resulting task product seems less optimal. Some teachers still think that "Kanji Kuper" only takes up learning time.Keyword: library; school library; library servicesABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi, dampak, dan kendala dari pelaksanaan program "Kanji Kuper" (Gerakan Wajib Kunjung Perpustakaan) sebagai strategi optimalisasi layanan perpustakaan di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus karena setting penelitian berada di salah satu sekolah dasar yang menerapkan program "Kanji Kuper". Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan yaitu: kepala sekolah, pengelola perpustakaan, dan siswa. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik data dianalisis melalui langkah-langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi "Kanji Kuper" diawali dengan mewajibkan guru dan siswa melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran di perpustakaan. Jadwal kunjungan disusun berdasarkan koordinasi antara wali kelas dengan pengurus perpustakaan minimal 1 minggu sekali. Selama di perpustakaan guru wajib memberikan sosialisasi "Kanji Kuper" dan motivasi dengan cara memberikan penugasan terhadap siswa agar dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya perpustakaan yang tersedia. Selalu ada produk atau hasil yang dibuat oleh siswa selama berkunjung di perpustakaan. Setiap bulan hasil karya siswa diseleksi untuk dipajang di mading sekolah sebagai bentuk reward. Hasil dari penerapan program "Kanji Kuper" adalah jumlah pengunjung perpustakaan naik drastis sehingga secara perlahan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan budaya membaca siswa. Kendalanya adalah sebagian besar siswa memanfaatkan program "Kanji Kuper" hanya untuk bermain di perpustakaan sehingga produk tugas yang dihasilkan terkesan kurang optimal. Beberapa guru masih beranggapan bahwa "Kanji Kuper" hanya menyita waktu pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how lecturers' strategies in e-learning management to improve learning outcomes in college. In this study, strategi lecturer in e-learning management in question includes how to plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate in online learning (e-learning). This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects of the study are lecturers who do online learning and are able to improve the results of learning through e-learning. The research instrument uses interview guidelines and documentation. The data collection technique in this study is an interview with a strengthened on website e-learning display website documentation. Data analysis using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study showed that the lecturer's strategy in managing e-learning, including 1) Planning, namely drawing up a learning plan on the e-learning website, with a sub-view of RPS (lesson plan), learning achievements, diagnostic tests (pre-test), module materials, learning videos, journal links related to materials, discussion forums, tasks, and absorption tests (posttest). 3) Supervision is by utilizing the agreed e-learning time, monitoring process through zoom media, video conference and whatsapp group to know the activeness and atamodity of students in e-learning. 4) Evaluation, with diagnostic tests and absorption tests as an indicator of student atteanity in receiving e-learning materials and independent tasks to improve HOTS (higher order of thinking skills) students. Evaluation in maximizing e-learning content in the website is done with CIPP (context, input, process, and output) so that innovation from lecturers is always increasing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the process of developing learning tools to support a team-based digital learning environment (DLE) project in library management courses. The analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) development model is used in this study to investigate this type of research and development (R&D). The study included 162 students from four universities in Indonesia. Data is gathered through media and material validation questionnaires, learning management system (LMS) user satisfaction questionnaires, and lesson learning outcomes tests. Instruments include media and material validation sheets, LMS user satisfaction instruments, and lesson learning outcomes test instrument sheets. The media validation test and material results show that all media can be used with minor adjustments. Students have responded positively to the DLE application for online learning at universities. Learning tools are critical for raising motivation and accomplishing course learning outcomes. In the future, the evolution of learning media may be accompanied by the evolution of learning designs. As a result, the learning process and learning outcomes can be optimized. This study makes recommendations for revamping learning materials, media, and design to increase student motivation to learn.
