Abstract

The introduction of numbers and arithmetic operations is basic learning in Mathematics aimed at students at the kindergarten level, where the learning method is still conventional and tedious. The solution that can be applied is to use an android educational game using the Fisher-Yates Shuffle method. useful in obtaining random permutations of a series of questions that allow the arrangement of similar questions to be impossible to appear again while avoiding students remembering the questions and their answers. The idea of making games is to create a new impression and make it easier to learn the introduction of numbers and arithmetic operations. The technique used is Game Development Life Cycle and Android-based Unity 3D software in the development of this educational game application. The application of the concept of User-Centered Design (UCD) is used in the evaluation in measuring game excellence with a Playability testing approach in the form of 4 criteria, namely gameplay, usability, mobility, and game story. The questionnaire was filled out by 10 respondents, namely kindergarten students with the assistance of their parents. Based on the assessment, it is determined that this game gets a score where gameplay is 75%, usability is 75%, mobility is 70%, and the game story is 70%. support kindergarten students in learning number introduction and arithmetic operations.

Abstract

Unit of Information Technology Algorithm Certification Services Universitas Budi Luhur is one of the work units that handle algorithm ` present the knowledge in the certification service unit algorithm is slow and static, so that in dealing with a problem tends to depend only on one person who controls a particular job, plus a term that does not necessarily cause the knowledge possessed by an employee to be poorly managed and it is feared that it will disappear because the knowledge is only stored in the brain and has not been properly documented. Therefore, there needs to be an application that can manage the knowledge possessed by each employee so that it can be shared with other employees (knowledge sharing) related to algorithm certification services. In this study, the authors developed a knowledge management system model that is in accordance with the conditions of the algorithm certification service using the Tiwana model framework, the development of knowledge management system using the Becerra-Fernandez development framework, the formation of knowledge using the SECI Nonaka model, testing the system prototype using the Forum method Group Discussion (FGD) and the ISO 9126 method, and the scoring method of the system testing results using a Likert measurement scale. From the results of this analysis will be obtained a knowledge management system model and later will be developed a prototype knowledge management system.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing is an important step in knowledge management because it can enable organizations to utilize the most valuable assets of employees to share knowledge with others. Without effective knowledge sharing, organizations may not be able to integrate knowledge, skills and abilities to achieve work innovation. Thus, how to encourage employees to conduct knowledge sharing is an important research problem in knowledge management. There are differences in knowledge in each individual contained in PT. Tri Nindya Utama, who created the knowledge, caused a difference in the knowledge conveyed. This is because the culture of sharing between employees is not going well so that the knowledge possessed by employees becomes less developed. Busy work from each of these employees also hinders the knowledge sharing process, especially when employees are sent out of service. Knowledge creation is done with the SECI model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination and Internalization). System development methods with the Framework for the Application of Systems Technique (FAST) and modeled using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) analysis system. Validation testing uses Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Software testing techniques using ISO 9126. Therefore, handling clients often becomes slow. With this knowledge sharing system, employees can use the system well, and also accelerate service to clients because each individual will have the same knowledge.. Knowledge management is done by creating knowledge, sharing knowledge and applying knowledge.

Abstract

Algorithm certification is a mandatory activity for students of the Information Technology Faculty at Budi Luhur University before their take final assignments and is managed by the faculty secretariat as a service unit for algorithm certification. Currently, Knowledge in algorithm certification services still relies on the ability of one person, so that if there any change of manager will cause the loss of explicit and tacit knowledge because they have no knowledge management which can help the manager to collect Knowledge to continue the management of algorithm certification. The purpose of this study is to make a proposed Knowledge Management model as a knowledge management center for algorithmic certification management for facilities for documenting, discussing, utilizing knowledge according to institutional regulations, and creating applications that can manage knowledge and share related to algorithmic certification activity services. This study uses the Tiwana framework model, and the method of scoring the results of system testing using Likert scale measurements, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), as a system prototype testing using the ISO 9126 method. The results of the analysis will produce a model and knowledge management system that is can be a solution in documenting and exchanging knowledge in applications to the algorithm certification unit.

Abstract

Mental health for teenagers needs attention, especially for students with non-formal education (Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar 26 Bintaro). Everyday problems, at school and at work, are triggers for students to experience mental health problems. Mental health education is very necessary, considering that there are no mental health services and no guidance and counseling teachers, as well as tools to help carry out early detection. The design of the Smart-smile application was built using a prototype method to help carry out early detection. The measuring tool used in screening is the Self Reporting Questionnaire-20 (SRQ-20). By using the Smart Smile application, early detection of mental health can be easily done.
