Abstract

The function of the mosque in the period of the Prophet Muhammad SAW as the center of Islamic civilization with a good level of prosperity. The mosque at that time had various functions, not only as a place of worship but also as a place of knowledge and as a center of social activities. However, it is very unfortunate because at this time the function of the mosque operates in a strict sense as a ritual of worship. In fact, many mosques are not maintained, so the level of prosperity tends to be below. The existence of the Jogokariyan Yogyakarta Mosque is good news for Muslims. A mosque that grows and develops with programs that modernly seek to empower the congregation and the surrounding community. The Jogokariyan Mosque has been categorized as a civilized and prosperous mosque. Jogokariyan Mosque is a strategic location to carry out the dual functions of hablum minallah and hablum minannas. This means that the mosque is a house of worship and the mosque is empowered as a social house. This study aims to reveal the efforts made by the Jogokariyan Mosque so that the community at large can feel its role. This research utilized descriptive qualitative research with interviews, observations, and literature review as a research reference. From the results of the study, it appears that the Jogokariyan Mosque has an important influence and role in the prosperity of its congregation. This shows that a prosperous mosque will have an effect on the prosperity of its congregation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an pada program madrasah santri spesial ramadhan di IIT Rabbani Bengkulu. Program yang selalu dilaksanakan sebagai upaya peningkatan keilmuan dan keimanan atau taqarruub ilaAllah, khususnya dibulan ramadhan. Allah memerintahkan umat muslim untuk mendekatkan diri, dan meningkatkan keimanan kepada Allah dengan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar. Perintah Allah dalam keutamaan bulan ramadhan, telah diupayakan oleh lembaga pendidikan IIT Rabbani dengan adanya program spesial ramadhan ini. Selain itu program program madrasah santri spesial ramadhan dilaksanakan agar tidak terjadinya kekosongan waktu dan meminimalisir mudharat dikalangan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada penelitian terdahulu, observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Urgensi pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di IIT Rabbani sebagai upaya penanaman rasa cinta terhadap Al-Qur’an (2) Pelaksanaan program madrasah santri spesial ramadhan di IIT Rabbani, meliputi tiga program yaitu qira’atul Qur’an jama’i, materi dan ilqa’ mufradat, tahfidzul Qur’an dan setoran tahfidz. (3) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan madrasah santri adalah program unggulan berupa tahfidzul qur’an yang memudahkan siswa dalam menghafal. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kondisi berpuasa yang menurunkan stamina siswa untuk belajar dan hifdzul qur’an

Abstract

The problem that usually occurs in the learning process is the appearance of boredom dan laziness because the learning model used by the teacher seems monotonous. Teachers can overcome problems related to learning conditions through the use of learning media. This study aims to describe the development procedure and determine the feasibility of Articulate Storyline media in learning Tarikh Islam in Modern Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor 2 Campus For Girls. This study uses a research and development approach with the Borg & Gall model. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, documentation, and validation. Interviews were conducted with the responsible teacher of Class 1 Intensive. Observations were made in the learning process of the Class 1 Intensive. Documentation in photographs taken as concrete evidence of the learning process. Validation activities are carried out in three steps: preliminary field testing, main field testing, and operational field testing. Preliminary field testing involved a materials expert and a media expert. Main field testing involved ten students of Class 1 Intensive. Operational field testing involved 21 students of Class 1 Intensive. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of this study indicates that the media development procedure has been carried out in a detailed and systematic way regarding the ten steps of the Borg & Gall model. The result also shows that the product of Articulate Storyline media development is very feasible when used in the learning process.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang semakin pesat dipengaruhi oleh keberagaman kebutuhan manusia. Ilmu pengetahuan menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi tuntutan dan problematika kehidupan yang dialami tanpa melanggar nilai-nilai etis yang berlaku. Namun, perilaku menyimpang (social deviance) telah menyebar secara luas dan berdampak pada degradasi moral di lingkungan masyarakat. Dengan ini diperlukan solusi mendasar yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi krusialnya degradasi moral yaitu dengan pembelajaran tentang etika berilmu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana etika menuntut ilmu bagi murid dan guru dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan. Adapun sumber data diperoleh dari buku-buku dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan keutamaan menuntut ilmu dan etika berilmu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika berilmu menjadi dasar bagi manusia agar mampu menangkal dampak buruk dari tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan yang semakin kompleks. Seorang guru harus menanamkan kedalam dirinya bahwa mengajar semata-mata untuk mencari ridha Allah. Sedangkan murid ketika belajar harus menyucikan hati, mempelajari ilmu dari guru yang tepat, dan memuliakan guru

Abstract

This study discusses the dynamics and relevance of the Dutch colonial Ethical Politics for the Indonesian people. At that time, Ethical Politics was considered to be limited to the new Dutch colonial model, but the fact is that Ethical Politics has considerable relevance for education, especially Islamic education in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study in the form of books and journals related to politics and education in the Dutch colonial period. The results of the study show that: (1) Ethical Politics in the field of education continues to change in line with the replacement of the governor general during the Dutch colonial period. Colonialism and Dutch intervention led to the development of education from elementary schools to universities; (2) The relevance between Ethical Politics and Islamic education in Indonesia is suppressing illiteracy and producing reformers and Islamic nationalists. These figures began to establish Islamic educational institutions and Islamic organizations which still exist today.
