Abstract

Production of household waste per day are increasing with the increase of population and consumption patterns. Things to be done to solve the increase in the volume of waste is by problem: reducing the volume of waste from its source through waste segregation.Model studies on waste management in the village of Tegal Kertha Denpasar Barat, Denpasar city aims to gain an description of Household Waste Management Model. This research type is qualitative descriptive, which describe phenomena that occur location research. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, while the data analysis using qualitative descriptive techniques.The study concludes that the Household Waste Management Model in the village of Tegal Kertha is forming a group self-management of waste transport is coordinated directly by the Government of Tegal Kertha village. Waste transported and disposed of in the garbage cart TPS/Depo-Maning Monang. Waste brought to the TPS divided between the organic waste and an organic waste. An organic waste is collected according to its kind and sold to scrap collectors. While organic waste disposed of without being processed first.Household waste management model in the village of Tegal Kertha covers several aspects such as the operational technical aspects, institutional aspects, legal and regulatory aspects, financial aspects and aspects of community participation. Suggestions based on research results that this model is more effective and efficient it is expected that all families in the village of Tegal Kertha come into the garbage and in the future customers in order to process organic waste into compost. An organic waste process into items more valuable economically.

Abstract

With the enactment of Act Number 6 of 2014 concerning the Village, then granting of Village Fund by Local Government of Badung to Pelaga Village, requires a of acccountability for the use of aid allocations Village Fund. In this research discusses the Badung regency government policy in managing the allocation of village funds and the accountability Village Revenues and Expenditures Budget in Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency.

Abstract

Subak has been set become Cultural Landscape World Heritage Site by UNESCO on June 29, 2012, so that Subak became the center of attention by the government or other institutions. The results showed that (1) Public DAS Pakerisan Hulu still patterned agrarian (2) Identified a number of roles that society can play as a buffer DAS Pakerisan particularly focused on conservation measures, (3) Terinventarisasi a number of restrictions to be shunned society for the preservation of the watershed Pakerisan, ( 4) Sistematic form of community unity as a buffer that is Pesuka Dukaan Pakerisan DAS DAS Wewidangan Pakerisan Hulu, (5) formulated draft pararem/awig-awig Pakerisan watershed areas as a means of regulating the behavior of people who are oriented to the preservation of the watershed Pakerisan.

Abstract

Dewasa ini dunia lagi di hebohkan dengan kasus covid-19 yang sangat berdampak kepada Kesehatan dan system Perekonomian dunia. Kekacauan terjadi di setiap daerah yang ada di Indonesia, mulai dari masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaanya sampai rumah sakit yang mengalami kekurangan tempat untuk merawat pasien yang terpapar virus Corona-19. Dalam penanganan pencegahan Covid-19 Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan yang mengacu pada Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945, Surat edaran kementrian RI 2020, tentang penetapan darurat kesehatan global Surat edaran gubernur jabar 2020 tentang resiko penularan infeksi corona virus, Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia No 7 Tahun 2020 Tentang Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanggulangan Corona Virus, Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia No 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Penetapan Kedaruratan Kesehatan Masyarakat Corona Virus, Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri No 20 Tahun 2020 Tentang Percepatan Penanganan Corona Virus dalam lingkungan pemerintahan daerah, dan Permen 7 tahun 2020 tentang Gugus Tugas Percepatan Corona Virus Pemerintah Daerah. Kebijakan ini diambil tidak lain adalah untuk memutus penyebaran Covid-19 di Negara Indonesia.

Abstract

The environmentally-aware marine tourism research aimed: (1) to analyze the geographical indication for grouper products in Gerokgak district; (2) to analyze the management efforts to guard coastal and marine healthy in the form of customary rule; and (3) to formulate the model for development of Gerokgak coastal eco-marine-tourism. The research method used survey, focus group discussion and laboratory examination. The Grouper aquaculture products both seeds and fishes of Cantang cultivar on the coast of Gerokgak district have been excellent due to the appropriate geographic factors, quality of coastal and marine waters, substrate condition of the seabed and climate and the unique culture of the local community which is identified as Nyegare-Gunung cultivation. The Geographical Indications for Cantang grouper potentially to provide opportunities for fishery producers to consolidate and increase prices on the market. The reputation built around the Geographical Indications can strengthen the product position in the domestic and international markets as well as to penetrate the new export market. The development of eco-marine-tourism in Gerokgak district should control the degradation of environmental quality for grouper aquaculture by creating customary rules of Awig Awig and Subak for coastal villages, and implementation to achieve rationality in utilizing coastal and marine resources harmoniously with the system of values in tradition, religion, aspiration, and culture of the local communities. To keep the reputation of grouper products towards a certification that the product possesses certain qualities, is made according to local integrated marinculture methods, due to Gerokgak’s geographical origin. They should do structuring and developing Bangsal Beach for centre destination to access the sea cage cultivations, as well as Batu Agung Beach as center access to hatchery objects. Marketing tour packages of the activities, products, and landscapes of the grouper marinculture in which the setting up Eco-marine-tourism management should follow open/spontaneous type with the purpose: to grow region merging with the structure of life, both space and patterns in accordance with the local community or community-based tourism. Abstract

The customary land in Bali is known as the Druwe Desa land which is under the authority of the adat village. Traditional village is a term used to refer to religious social institutions that oversee the unity of indigenous and tribal peoples that exist in every village in Bali. Customary villages have the right to autonomy from traditional law to regulate their own households, known as awig-awig. With the promulgation of Bali Provincial Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning Customary Villages in Bali further strengthens the existence, functions and duties of traditional villages. So that customary villages are recognized as legal subjects to ownership of land rights. So that customary land in Bali can be registered as communal property rights based on the Decree of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency Number 276/KEP-19.2/X/ 2017 through Complete Systematic Land Registration in order to guarantee legal certainty. But in fact, there is a concern about the transfer of rights so that it affects the existence of customary land. The specific purpose of this study is to analyze the implications and strategies in maintaining the existence of customary land in the village of Pejeng Kelod. The strategy of maintaining the existence of customary land itself is strengthened by awig-awig and forming a good governance system
