Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh harga terhadap volume penjualan, seberapa besar pengaruh promosi terhadap volume penjualan, dan seberapa besar pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap volume penjualan. Apakah hal tersebut berpengaruh signifikan atau tidak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, sedangkan Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan angket. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Daya Mandiri Cab. Amurang, Minahasa Selatan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada harga dengan volume penjualan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada promosi dengan volume penjualan. Harga dan promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Kata Kunci: Harga, Promosi, Volume Penjualan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence price has on sales volume, how much influence promotion on sales volume, and how much influence price and promotion on sales volume. Whether this has a significant effect or not. The method used in this study was a survey method, while the data collection technique used in this study was to use a questionnaire. This research was conducted at PT. Daya Mandiri Cab. Amurang, South Minahasa. There is a positive and significant influence on price with sales volume, there is a positive and significant effect on promotions with sales volume. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat ekonomi keluarga dan pola asuh terhadap disiplin belajar siswa di kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tomohon. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey, sampel berjumlah 81orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuisioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier ganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan : (1) Tingkat ekonomi keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin belajar siswa di kelas xi ips sma negeri 1 tomohon sebesar 91,77% dengan jumlah thitung> ttabel = 29,684 > 1,990 (2) pola asuh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin belajar siswa di kelas xi ips sma negeri 1 tomohon sebesar 90,89% dengan jumlah thitung > ttabel = 28,072 > 1,990 (3) Tingkat ekonomi keluarga dan pola asuh orang tua berrpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin belajar siswa di kelas xi ips sma negeri 1 tomohon sebesar 92,16% dengan jumlah fhitung > ftabel = 201,524 > 3,112. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Ekonomi keluarga, Pola Asuh Orang Tua, Disiplin Belajar ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of family economic level and parenting patterns on student learning discipline in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tomohon. This type of quantitative research using survey methods, the sample amounted to 81 people. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation technique. The results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) The family's economic level has a positive and significant effect on student discipline in class xi ips SMA Negeri 1 Tomohon by 91.77% with the number tcount> ttable = 29,684> 1,990 (2) parenting has a positive effect and significant to student learning discipline in class xi social studies SMA Negeri 1 Tomohon by 90.89% with a total tcount > ttable = 28,072 > 1,990 (3) Family economic level and parenting style have a positive and significant impact on student learning discipline in class xi The IPS of SMA Negeri 1 Tomohon is 92.16% with the number of fcount > ftable = 201,524 > 3,112. Abstract

ABSTRAK Di kantor-kantor kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Amurang, penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran dan kemampuan pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. 38 murid membentuk populasi penelitian. 38 murid membuat sampel penelitian. Metode kuesioner adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data (angket). Teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survei, yang merupakan semacam penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis uji korelasi ganda antara keterampilan pedagogik (X2) dan media pembelajaran (X1) terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Y), hasilnya adalah r = 0,709, dengan koefisien determinasi r2 = 0,5026 atau 50%. Selain itu, signifikansi koefisien harus diverifikasi untuk melihat apakah dapat digeneralisasi atau tidak dengan menghitung f hitung temuan, yang dihitung menjadi 15,184 pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen ( = 0,05). Mendapat nilai f tabel = 3,259 tetapi ditemukan bahwa f hitung adalah 15,184 > F tabel. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Kompetensi Profesional , Dan Hasil Belajar ABSTRACT In class X offices at SMK Negeri 1 Amurang, this research seeks to ascertain the impact of instructional media and teachers' pedagogical proficiency on student learning results. 38 pupils made up the study's population. 38 pupils made up the study's sample. Based on the processing and analysis of the twofold correlation test between pedagogical skill (X2) and learning media (X1) on student learning outcomes (Y), the result was r = 0.709, with a coefficient of determination of r2 = 0.5026 or 50%. Additionally, the coefficient's significance must be verified to see whether it can be generalized or not by computing the f hitung of the findings, which was calculated to be 15.184 at the level of 95 percent confidence ( = 0.05). got a value of f tabel = 3.259 but found that f hitung was 15.184 > f tabel.
