Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah financing on the profitability of Indonesian Islamic Banks Case Study Ex BSM KC Demang Palembang Period 2016-2020. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah financing on the profitability of Indonesian Islamic Banks Case Study Ex BSM KC Demang Palembang period 2016 - 2020 either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) mudharabah financing had a negative and insignificant effect on ROA, (2) musyarakah financing had a positive and significant effect on ROA, (3) murabahah financing had a negative and insignificant effect on ROA. (4) Mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah financing have a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

Small Microcus Business (UMKM) is a small business activity but is able to provide a major effect for the economy in Indonesia. That is to expand employment, play a role in the process of equity and increase in community revenue, and encourage the realization of national stability. But to realize it is necessary to be able to compete globally, by utilizing technological developments at this time not to be left behind with the development of the age. Utilization of social media especially Facebook as a promotional tool to make it easy for marketing UMKM Gulo Puan in the village of Bangsal District of District Objective is one of the strategies that are currently used. With easy access, wide tissues, fast working methods and also costs that will be able to provide positive and profitable impacts for MSME. The results of this study show that the use and use of social media as a promotional tool can increase the competitiveness of UMKM-UMKM Gulo Puan in the village of Bangsal District District in January aspects of increased sales than compared to using social media. But when revisited still many non-MSMEs that have not used and utilize social media for marketing online caused by various things.

Abstract

Perbankan syariah saat ini sedang naik daun dan menjadi rujukan masyarakat salah satunya dalam melakukan pembiayaan dengan menggunakan sistem bagi hasil. Untuk itu, berbagai produk perbankan syariah harus mampu dipahami masyarakat, salah satunya penerapan akad murabahah pada produk pembiayaan di PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Al-Falah. Artikel ini membahas tentang Penerapan Akad Murabahah dalam Produk Pembiayaan pada PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Al-Falah. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui wawancara secara daring/online, dengan direktur PT. BPRS Al-Falah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Penerapan akad yang digunakan dalam Pembiayaan adalah akad murabahah yaitu jual beli barang pada harga semula dengan tambahan keuntungan yang disepakati. Dalam istilah teknis perbankan syariah Murabahah diartikan sebagai suatu perjanjian yang disepakati antara bank syariah dan nasabah, dimana bank menyediakan pembiayaan untuk pembelian bahan baku atau modal kerja lainnya yang dibutuhkan nasabah.

Abstract

The existence of Sharia Banking today shows a rapid development, this is evident from the number of Islamic banks in Indonesia such as Mandiri Islamic banks, BNI Syariah, Bank Babel Syariah and others. In addition to the development of existing Banking this growth can also be seen from many institutions of development of Islamic tertiary institutions that open Sharia Banking study programs, in Palembang PTKIN who opened a Sharia Banking study program was UIN Raden Fatah while its PTKIS STEBIS (School of Economics and Sharia Business) IGM. Although it is well-known and growing, there are still many who do not know about Sharia Banking and its educational institutions, therefore we as lecturers from STEBIS IGM conducts socialization on Sharia Banking to Arinda Palembang High School students. This socialization was carried out on 17 and 19 February 2020 at Arinda High School. From the results of the questionnaire about the knowledge or mastery of the material conveyed, it is known that as many as 81% of the participants of the socialization understand the Definition of Sharia Banking. As many as 70% of the participants of the socialization understand the Differences of Islamic Banking & Conventional, 74% of the participants of the socialization understand Sharia Banking Products. As many as 92% of the participants of the outreach knew the acronym STEBIS IGM. Seventy-seven percent (77%) of participants knew about the campus that opened the Islamic Banking department. As many as 81% of the socialization participants understood the legal basis of Islamic banking and 74% of the participants knew about Islamic banks in Palembang.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan ini merupakan komitmen kami sebagai dosen untuk melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang ketiga. Kegiatan magang seyogianya secara offline namun sejak tahun 2019 awal tersebarnya Covid 19 di negara kita mengakibatkan aktivitas yang dilakukan di luar harus dibatasi, sehingga ada beberapa perusahaan terutama perbankan yang membatasi penerimaan magang secara offline, sehingga ada beberapa mahasiswa yang harus mengikuti magang secara online. Pada pengabdian kali ini kami memberikan sosialisasi serta pendampinan magang secara online. Mahasiswa yang mengikuti magang secara online ini sebanyak 16 orang. Adapun yang pemateri dalam proses magang ini adalah Fadilla S.E.I.,M.Si dan Bapak Dika Perkasa, S.E.,M.M. Mahasiswa yang mengikuti magang online ini adalalah mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah Semester 5 yang tidak dapat mengikuti magang secara ofline di perusahaan maupun di perbankan.
