Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Effect of Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty and Employee Commitment to Leadership Style is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables which will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from the online media Google Scholar and uses Mendeley as a reference. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Job Satisfaction has an effect on Leadership Style; 2) Employee Loyalty has an effect on Leadership Style; and 3) Employee Commitment has an effect on Leadership Style. Apart from these 3 independent variables that affect endogenous variables, there are other factors including salary, work environment and work culture variables.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Effect of Headmaster Leadership on Teacher Performance, Loyalty and Motivation is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this literature article are: 1) Teacher performance is influenced by the Headmaster Leadership; 2) Loyalty is influenced by the Headmaster Leadership; and 3) Motivation is influenced by the Headmaster Leadership. In addition to these factors, there are other factors that are influenced by the Headmaster Leadership, namely: Salary, Workload, Work Culture and Work Environment.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Relationship of Buying Interest, Price and Purchase Decision to IMEI Policy is a scientific article that aims to build research hypotheses regarding the influence between variables used in further research, within the scope of Marketing Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar and sourced from other academic online media and uses Mendeley as a bibliography reference. The results of this Literature Review article are: 1) Buying Interest is related to IMEI Policy; 2) Price is related to IMEI Policy; and 3) Purchase Decision related to IMEI Policy. Apart from the 3 independent variables related to the dependent variable, there are other factors, namely Brand Image, Sales and Promotion.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Relationship of Investment Motivation, Investment Knowledge, and Minimum Capital to Investment Interest is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that it will use in further research within the scope of Financial Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. This Literature Review article results are 1) Investment Motivation is related to Investment Interest; 2) Investment Knowledge related to Investment Interest, and 3) Minimum Capital related to Investment Interest. Apart from these three exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable of Investment Interest, there are still many other factors, including Income Expectation, Risk Perception, and Financial Literacy variables.
