Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the role of village funds in improving community welfare. Village funds are funds sourced from the APBN (State Budget and Expenditure) allocated to villages which are transferred through the district/city regional budget. According to applicable regulations, these funds must be used properly, such as to finance government administration, conduct development, community development, and empowerment. Design/methodology/approach: The research uses a quantitative descriptive research methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to several villages in West Bandung Regency and conducting interviews with related parties at the local Community Empowerment Service. Findings: The results of this study indicate that the management of village funds has an effect on improving community welfare. In general, the management of village funds in the West Bandung Regency has been managed in a transparent and accountable manner and involves community participation. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

The application of E-Office in office activities and service fulfillment at the Polytechnic of STIA LAN Bandung creates information technology-based services. The application of e-office information technology to support e-government has a positive impact on improving employee performance in the Polytechnic of STIA LAN Bandung environment in Bandung. The available applications are also quite diverse, starting from office administration contained in the FiSH (file Sharing) and Andalan (Archive and mail administration) applications, learning services carried out through the Microsoft Team and registration services through the PCMB Online information system. This study will elaborate on the use of E-Office as an online service medium used at the Polytechnic of STIA LAN Bandung.

Abstract

Pemasaran produk secara elektronik (e-commerce) menjadi salah satu model pemasaran yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia usaha dalam meningkatkan daya saing. Prodi Administrasi Bisnis Sektor Publik sebagai program studi di bawah Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung telah melakukan kegiatan tridharma perguruan tinggi melalui studi terkait pemanfaatan e-commerce untuk UMKM di Kabupaten Garut. Hasilnya penggunaan e-commerce telah memberikan dampak positif kepada peningkatan daya saing UMKM. Rancangan model pemanfaatan e-commerce kemudian disosialisakan kepada UMKM yang belum menggunakan atau memanfaatkan e-commerce dalam memasarkan produknya melalui kegiatan advokasi pemanfaatan e-commerce. Hasilnya, para UMKM memberikan respon positif dan menyatakan komitmennya untuk mengimplementasikan penggunaan e-commerce untuk memasarkan produk mereka saat ini. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan adanya aktivitas lanjutan berupa workshop untuk membimbing mereka dalam proses registrasi dan proses pemanfaatan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya persaingan yang kuat di pasar vaksin global, munculnya pesaing baru di Indonesia yang juga mengembangkan vaksin untuk manusia, dan turunnya pendapatan perusahaan setelah penurunan kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia pada tahun 2022. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan formulasi strategi pengembangan bisnis pada perusahaan Bio Farma dalam kondisi dari pandemi menjadi endemi agar pendapatan perusahaan tidak terlalu menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal terkait dengan produk vaksin virus perusahaan Bio Farma menggunakan matriks IFE dan EFE serta untuk memformulasikan rumusan strategi yang dapat dipertimbangkan Bio Farma dalam pengembangan bisnis vaksin virus menggunakan matriks IE dan SWOT. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif untuk penelitian ini dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis isi (content analysis) yang bersifat kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal produk vaksin virus perusahaan Bio Farma pada matriks IFE dan EFE menghasilkan total skor tertimbang 2,32 dan 2,37. Sedangkan, ditemukan bahwa hasil matriks IE Bio Farma termasuk ke dalam wilayah strategi hold and maintain dan terdapat 10 strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan Bio Farma dari matriks SWOT.

Abstract

The concept of service convenience is an important element in the field of marketing. In the food and beverage business, the application of service convenience will maintain long-term relationships and increase consumer confidence. However, there are still many companies that provide unpleasant services to consumers so that many of them feel disappointed and do not want to become regular customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of service convenience in increasing repurchase intention and customer loyalty at Bahagia Kopi HQ Banda. The population of this study were consumers of Bahagia Kopi HQ Banda, the sample amounted to 100 consumers. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The type of research used is quantitative research with data analysis testing using path analysis using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results in this study are service convenience plays a significant role in customer loyalty through repurchase intention at Bahagia Kopi HQ Banda. This shows that service convenience is important for Bahagia Kopi HQ Banda to improve because it has a role in motivating consumers of Bahagia Kopi HQ Banda to have repurchase intentions, so as to build customer loyalty to Bahagia Kopi HQ Banda
