The greater the number of employees who work at a company will increase the problem possibility, the handling of these problems depends on management's awareness of the importance of human resources in an organization. Human resources are the main resources in a company need a career planning and development. A good nurse career path enables to influence the improvement of work nurses satisfaction. This study aimed at analyzing the correlation between nurses' career paths to the job satisfaction of implementer nurses in the Ward of Wangaya Hospital. This research used correlation design research with cross sectional approach. The total sampling of the research were 125 implementer nurses. The data analysis technique used was univariate analysis to explain or describe the characteristics of the research variables and the bivariate analysis used in this study is the chi square test to analyze the correlation between nurses' career paths to the job satisfaction of implementer nurses in the Ward of Wangaya Hospital. The statistical test results obtained p value = 0.001, this indicates that there was a correlation between career paths and job satisfaction of implementer nurses in the Ward of Wangaya Hospital. It is important for hospital to provide opportunities for implementer nurses to improve their career paths, one of which is through further education, so that nurse job satisfaction can increase.

ABSTRACTBackground of Study: The use of injecting drug is one of the HIV transmission media in Indonesia. From P2P Department Kemenkes RI data, the percentage of risk factors causing HIV / AIDS include injecting drug users as much as 8.4%. So the government developed PMMT. The purpose of this study is to understand the reasons for someone using injecting narcotics and the process of implementing MMT in IUS Kuta I Public Health Center.Methods : The research design used was qualitative interpretative paradigm, and the theory used was the phenomenology of Alfred Schutz and AGIL Talcott Persons. The data analysis used was the Mile Huberman interactive model, to check the validity of the findings using triangulation of data collection techniques.Results : The results found there were several reasons a person used injecting narcotics (heroin/morphine) including reasons for offers from friends, the environment, deviant behavior, and lack of knowledge. While the findings related to the implementation of methadone maintenance therapy at IUS Kuta I Public Health Center that the process of implementing the MMT was the procedure for the administration of the take-home dose (THD) more than three doses or 500 mg, the patient does not follow the rules of closing the ticket window (12.00 P.M.) and MMT services, the referral procedure for foreigners to get services.Conclusion : In this research, the process of implementing MMT has deviated from Talil Persons' AGIL theory and to service users to follow national guidelines and SOPs that have been set by local policy holders.Keywords : Injecting Drug (heroin/morfin), Methadone Maintenance Therapy (MMt)

Lansia adalah seseorang yang telah memasuki usia 60 tahun keatas dimana terjadi fase menurunnya kemampuan akal dan fisik yang dimulai dengan adanya beberapa perubahan dalam hidupnya. Pada lansia masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi saat ini adalah angka kesakitan akibat penyakit degeneratif ini dikarenakan meningkatnya jumlah lansia disamping itu masih ada kasus penyakit infeksi dan kekurangan gizi. Dengan meningkatnya populasi lansia maka gaya hidup dan pola makan lansia juga akan mengalami perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya hidup dan pola makan dengan status gizi lanjut usia (lansia). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimental dengan menggunakan metode observasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 246 lansia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 67 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel sistematis. Analisis univariat digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan semua variabel dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji spearmen’rho. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tidak ada hubungan gaya hidup dengan status gizi lansia (p value 0,956> 0,05).Sedangkan ada hubungan pola makan dengan status gizi lansia (p value 0,000 < 0,05). Lansia diharapkan untuk menjaga pola makan yang baik seperti mengkonsumsi buah dan sayur, tidur dan istirahat yang cukup setiap harinya.

Sectio Caesarea is a surgical method of delivering a baby that causes anxiety. What nurses do in maintaining good cooperation Anxiety / Anxiety is a feeling of fear of something happening due to the anticipation of danger and is a signal that helps individuals to be prepared to take action to face threats. The anxiety experienced by patients undergoing section caesarean will certainly greatly affect the patient's physical condition. One way to reduce anxiety is with complementary therapies for anxiety, namely aromatherapy. Aromatherapy Lavender has linalool and linalyl acetate components which reduce anxiety. The research objective was to determine the effect of lavender aromatherapy in reducing anxiety levels in patients with preoperative section caesarean. This research method used a quasy experiment, the level of anxiety can be measured by the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) assessment instrument, with a pretest and posttest design carried out on 40 preoperative patients with section caesarean with a purposive sampling technique. The data measured is the level of anxiety before and after inhaling aromatherapy. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test to compare the results of the pretest and posttest. There is an effect of the level of anxiety before and after being given Lavender aromatherapy with the results of the analysis of the level of anxiety in the pretest average score of 17.35 and posttest with a score of 15.95 so that the difference in score reduction is found to be 1.4. The value of z table with significance α = 5% 1.96 and Z count -5.380 with p value = 0.000 so that it can be concluded that lavender aromatherapy reduces the level of anxiety preoperative section caesarean in the Operation Room.

Kompetensi adalah kemampuan individu untuk melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan dengan benar dan memiliki ke unggulan menyangkut pengetahuan, keahlian dan sikap, kepala ruangan menjadi Frontline di ruangan untuk mengarahkan perawat pelaksana agar kinerja perawat pelaksana baik dan lebih ditingkatkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Teridentifikasinya hubungan kompetensi kepala ruang terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Dr. Adjidarmo Kabupaten Lebak, Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi korelasi, dengan pendekatan deskriptif cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 132 perawat pelaksana di 10 ruang rawat inap. Proses analisa data dengan SPSS 22 untuk menguji variable. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai P Value= 0.04, OR = 2.314, pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (alpha 5%). Kesimpulan menunjukkan ada hubungan kompetensi ( pengarahan) kepala ruang terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana.

Semakin besar jumlah pegawai yang bekerja pada suatu perusahaan akan meningkatkan kemungkinan timbulnya suatu permasalahan, penanganan permasalahan tersebut tergantung pada kesadaran manajemen akan pentingnya sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Sumber daya manusia merupakan sumber daya utama pada suatu perusahaan, sehingga diperlukan suatu perencanaan dan pengembangan karir. Jenjang karir perawat yang baik dapat berpengaruh pada peningkatan kepuasan kerja perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan jenjang karir perawat terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Wangaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 125 perawat pelaksana. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat untuk menjelaskan atau mendeskripsikan karakteristik variabel penelitian dan analisis bivariat yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji chi square untuk menganalisis hubungan jenjang karir perawat dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p= 0.001, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan jenjang karir dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Wangaya. Penting bagi institusi rumah sakit untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada perawat pelaksana untuk meningkatkan jenjang karir, salah satunya melalui pendidikan lanjutan, sehingga kepuasan kerja perawat dapat meningkat.

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between headroom’s leadership style and implementing nurse job satisfaction in long stay wards of Mangusada Regional Hospital. The design used in this study was Cross-Sectional with 138 sample selected through Purposive Sampling technique. The research instrument used was questionnaire sheet to assess headroom’s leadership style and nurse job satisfaction. The results showed that the headroom used more democratic leadership style (87%) and the level of nurse job satisfaction was more in the moderate category (77.5%). The Lambda statistical test showed that there was correlation between headroom’s leadership style and implementing nurse job satisfaction in the long stay wards of Mangusada Regional Hospital (p-value = 0.008). This research can be used as a reference source for nursing services to increase job satisfaction through a good leadership style

This study aimed at identifying the effect of progressive mobilization on pressure ulcer incidents in patient with mechanical ventilation in the Intensive Care Unit at Mangusada Hospital. The design of this study was PreExperiment (one group pretest and posttest design). The instrument used in this study was a standard procedure of Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale (RASS) and observation sheet of Decubitus. The result of the test indicated most of the respondents experienced grade I pressure ulcer (decubitus) before being given progressive mobilization therapy and after the therapy, all respondents (100%) did not show pressure ulcer (decubitus) incident. Wilcoxon test showed that there was an effect of progressive mobilization on pressure ulcer incidents in patient with mechanical ventilation in the Intensive Care Unit at Mangusada Hospital (p-value = 0,042).

Latar Belakang: Ketidakpatuhan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) berdampak pada peningkatan angka kecelakaan kerja serta risiko penularan penyakit oleh pasien terhadap petugas kesehatan begitupula sebaliknya. Data tingginya ketidakpatuhan penggunaan APD yang dilaporkan, dua diantaranya Maluku (73%) dan Banten (79%). Berdasarkan hasil observasi di ruang isolasi COVID-19 RSUD Wangaya, 10 dari 25 perawat tidak patuh dalam penggunaan APD face shield dan hazmat. Kepatuhan dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan motivasi kerja dalam menjalankan prosedur universal precautions. Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepatuhan perawat dalam penggunaan APD level tiga di ruang isolasi COVID-19 RSUD Wangaya. Metedologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan jenis penelitian Cross Sectional menggunakan 56 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan kuesioner tingkat pengetahuan, motivasi kerja dan kepatuhan penggunaan APD level tiga, hasil jawaban responden dianalisisis menggunakan program aplikasi analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan penggunaan APD level tiga menunjukan nilai p value = 0,001 (p< 0,05) dan motivasi kerja dengan kepatuhan penggunaan APD level tiga menunjukkan nilai p value = 0,001 (p< 0,05). Kesimpulan: Manajemen Rumah Sakit diharapkan dapat melakukan sosialisasi mengenai APD level tiga dan pemantauan kepatuhan secara berkelanjutan sehingga dapat mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien.
