Abstract

Abstrak Durabilitas mengacu pada kemampuan beton aspal untuk menanggung beban kendaraan berulang serta bertahan terhadap pengaruh iklim seperti air, udara, atau fluktuasi suhu tanpa mengalami kerusakan yang signifikan. Durabilitas membutuhkan kadar aspal yang cukup agar lapisan permukaan aspal bisa menahan deformasi sebab dampak iklim, fluktuasi suhu, serta abrasi yang disebabkan oleh gesekan kendaraan. Durabilitas gabungan AC-BC yang menggunakan batu Sungai Konaweha, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dengan menggunakan pengaruh variasi waktu perendaman terhadap durabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimental, dilaksanakan di laboratorium dalam sejumlah prosedur penelitian. Dalam pengujian resistensi, diketahui resisitensi gabungan AC-BC yang memakai agregat batu Sungai Konaweha selama 12 jam- 36 jam direndam sudah mencukupi ketentuan pada detail Bina Marga 2018. Namun, pada 48 dan 60 jam perendaman, tidak mencukupi standar tersebut, yakni minimal 90%. Nilai stabilitas mengalami penurunan dari awal perendaman sampai akhir perendaman. Dimana diperoleh nilai stabilitas antara 1167,61 Kg – 1015,70 Kg dengan jangka waktu perendaman sekitar 0,5 – 60 jam, Sehingga mendapatkan nilai rata-rata durabilitas sekitara 95,49%-86,99%. Abstract Durability refers to the ability of asphalt concrete to withstand repeated vehicle loads and withstand climatic influences such as water, air, or temperature fluctuations without experiencing significant damage. Durability requires sufficient asphalt content so that the asphalt surface layer can withstand deformation due to climate impacts, temperature fluctuations, and abrasion caused by vehicle friction. Meanwhile, to determine the durability of the AC-BC combination using Konaweha River stone , Southeast Sulawesi Province by using the effect of variations in soaking time on durability. The research method used is experimental research, carried out in the laboratory in a number of research procedures. In resistance testing , it was discovered that the resistance of the AC-BC combination using Konaweha River stone aggregate for 12 hours - 36 hours of immersion was sufficient for the provisions in the 2018 Bina Marga details. However, at 48 and 60 hours of immersion, it did not meet these standards, namely a minimum of 90% . The stability value decreased from the beginning of immersion to the end of immersion. Where the stability value was obtained between 1167.61 Kg - 1015.70 Kg with a soaking period of around 0.5 - 60 hours, thus obtaining an average durability value of around 95.49% - 86.99%.
