Abstract

E-Inventory Information System at PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera. PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera is a company engaged in cleaning services that serve cleaning at apartments / hotels, restaurants, hospitals, universities, schools, supermarkets, villas, factories, offices, government offices or national private and other places. Constraints faced by PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera in carrying out existing projects is still using the manual process in inventorying / stocking of goods in and out of the warehouse so that it is difficult to find data and control the in and out of inventory / stock of goods in warehouses for ongoing projects or those that have been finished. Because of that the author proposes a intranet web-based e-inventory application that is made to overcome and minimize the problem. Broadly speaking, the application designed or developed consists of the process of recording data of goods, goods entering and leaving the warehouse, inventory of goods, and inventory reports. The results of this study produce an e-inventory application system that provides convenience for warehouse staff and administrators to manage and control inventory in the warehouse

Abstract

The research of this interpretive study is about the activities of internal control in the government of Pusako City in Jambi Province. The researcher used Parsons' structural functionalism theory to understand each role of the internal control factor. The results of this theory analysis are that all sub systems in a system must interact with each other even though the process allows conflict. The results of the study found that internal control had not gone well. The causes are internal control factors such as organizational structure, division of tasks and responsibilities, the role of leaders, commitment to competence, and Human Resource (HR) policies that are not yet integrated.

Abstract

Introduction: Clinical nurse leaders (CNL) play a significant role in improving the quality of nursing services. Such a role includes satisfying clients during the care process by referring to the nursing goal. In meeting the standard, CNL should enhance their knowledge, attitude, and soft and hard skills. Purpose: Identifying the competences of CNL through ADDIE model-based learning. Method: The present study relied on a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test.This study used quantitative research with the pre experiment method, and pre and post test.As many as 20 clinical nurse leaders from inpatient units of accredited public and private hospitals in Singkawang were involved as the sample. Further, the data analysis in this study used Paired T test. The result of this study found a meaningfulimprovement of competences among CNL through ADDIE model-based learning (p=.006). Recommendation: ADDIE model-based learning attempts to enhance the competences of CNL. This research recommends the addition of the ADDIE model to advance the competence as the clinical nurse leaders.  Moreover, this strategy can be applied to develop CNL’s ability in other managerial fields.
