Abstract

Konsep asuransi syariah bukanlah hal yang baru, karena hal ini sudah ada sejak zaman Rasulullah yang dikenal dengan Aqilah.Dalam perkem-bangannya asuransi ini digunakan sebagai alat untuk memenej resiko. Pada prakteknya muncul permasalahan yang timbul antara asuransi konvensional dan asuransi syariah. Dimana letak perbedaanya terletak pada prinsip transaksi asuransi konvesional mengandung gharar (ketidakpastian), maisir (perjudian), riba (bunga) sedangkan hal itu dalam konteks Islam dilarang/tidak diperbolehkan karena mengandung kertidakadilan dalam transaksi seperti investasi maupun jual beli. Oleh karena itu Islam memberikan konsep dan pemahaman yang benar didalam kontrak asuransi syariah yang berdasarkan pada ketentuan-ketentuan didalam Al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah yang mengandung prinsip tolong menolong dan saling membantu diantara sesama ketika seseorang mengalami musibah/kerugian maka pihak lain wajib membantu meringankan musibah tersebut dengan sukarela.

Abstract

Kehadiran Baitul Maal wa-Tamwil (BMT) dalam suatu wilayah pada dasarnya merupakan jawaban atas belum “terjamah” dan terjangkaunya masyarakat lapis bawah (wong cilik atau masyarakat miskin) oleh berbagai lembaga keuangan perbankan. Keberadaan BMT merupakan tantangan tersendiri bagi umat Islam terutama bagi para pemimpin umat dan praktisi perbankan Islam, untuk mampu menunjukan kualitas dan profesionalisme BMT dalam memenuhi aspirasi dan tuntutan umat yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas perekonomian, sehingga keberhasilan BMT dalam merealisasikan tuntutan umat, pada gilirannya akan memposisikan BMT sebagai sebuah lembaga keuangan Islam yang capable dan credible.Untuk itu, upaya dan peran BMT dalam meningkatkan posisi ekonomi rakyat harus menunjukan performancenya dalam kapasitasnya sebagai sebuah lembaga keuangan yang memiliki kemampuan untuk berperan dan sebagai alternatif bagi masyarakat dalam kerjasama usaha dan bermitra bisnis.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas layanan pengambilan kredit mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah unit Bank BRI North City. Situasi persaingan yang ketat telah menyebabkan perusahaan sulit untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan. Di pasar yang ada, terlalu banyak produk dengan banyak keuntungan dan nilai yang ditawarkan oleh pesaing, sehingga sulit bagi perusahaan untuk merebut pasar pesaing. Oleh karena itu, alternatif yang lebih baik adalah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mempertahankan pasar yang ada melalui peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel Accidental sampling Atau convinience sampling, dan jumlah sampel 97 sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner diproses menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil persamaan regresi y = a + b x kemudian diperoleh hasil persamaan: Y = 4,249 + 0,898 X. Dan dibuktikan dengan pencapaian hasil pengukuran r = 0,820 dan R ² = 0,672. Dengan demikian, 67,2% kepuasan nasabah dapat dijelaskan dengan kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh unit Bank BRI North City. Sementara 32,8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dan test T memperoleh jumlah t = 13.958 dan tabel t = pada α = 0,05 = 1,671 Ini menunjukkan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Karena jumlah T = 13,958 ˃ t = 1,671.

Abstract

This article explains the concept of wages in Islamic perspective. In fact, most workers are not rewarded as equally as their achievement. This can trigger a conflict between workers and employers. By contrast, most entrepreneurs faced with unstable economic conditions. In that position, the workers often become victims of the employers to accept wages that are not feasible. This condition causes the peak the workers go to street for demonstration or strike. The role of government; therefore, is needed in setting minimum wage standards. Injustice can cause confusion for workers and strike. Its impact can affect economic sectors. For these reasons, Islam offers a solution to the problem of wages and the interests of both parties without violating the rights of both.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Development of stock market activity, which grows very fast lead to significant changes on the demand of information quality. To make the rational investor decision making, it is needed a relevant information in order to identify any work of the company. Event study is a study which analyze any market reactions toward an event which the information is published as announcement. Right issue announcement can affect market, it is depent on the existence of the content of the information in the right issue announcement above. If the right issue announcement contains some information so the market will react and the market won’t react if no information. The research sample is determined by a purposive sampling method, and there are 17 companies which announce right issue between 2000-2003. Statistical experiment used is T-test experiment (paired two samples for means). The Observation period which is done in 11 day, consist of 5 day before, 1 day in the moment, and 5 day after the announce right issue. Results show that there is a significant difference between return and abnormal return in the period of between at the moment, and after the announce right issue. The result in the before-after announce right issue period shows that there is no significant difference. The result in the variable activity of stock’s trade volume shows that there is signification difference in the before-at the moment and after period, but in the result of before-after period show that there is no significant difference there. And the result of bid-ask spread variable shows that there is no significant different in the before-at the moment and after period of announce right issue, but in the before-after period the result shows that there is no significant different there. Cumulatively, this research gives a conclusion that announcement right issue have no information contents positive so that the market in general give no reaction. Abstract

This article aims to elaborate the existence of karawo art development in improving the economy of the people of Gorontalo. The method used is a qualitative approach used by researchers because the data that has been collected both through observation and interviews are then described in words by first analyzing sharply the data that has been collected. The results showed that the art of karawo was considered very good so that it could improve the economy of the people of Gorontalo. Apart from being in demand by foreign and domestic tourists. Likewise, the local community shows a very good interest, they use the karawo at official (formal) events be it seminars or scientific activities, as well as at other events such as weddings, and are even used as work clothes by employees and ASN in several offices at each. Thursday. This is supported by the local government's policy of requiring ASN in the local government environment as well as promoting it through cooperation with various parties including travel agencies, as well as tourism service providers (tour guides), promotion can also be done through social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of members' savings and non-performing loans on the performance of business capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. This research uses descriptive research method.And.verification with a quantitative approach. The objects in this study were members of the Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) with a total sample of 97 people. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Statistical analysis of the data used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics 24. The results of the study found that members' savings, non-performing loans and working capital performance at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung were good. There is a significant influence between members' savings and non-performing loans simultaneously on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. There is a significant influence between member savings partially on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. Non-performing loans have no significant effect on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung simultaneously. Therefore this can be used by the cooperative as an evaluation material for the performance results so that it can be taken into consideration for making decisions in improving the performance of venture capital in cooperatives. This research is different from other researchers because there are no other researchers who have examined specifically members' savings and problem loans on business capital performance at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung, besides that indicators of member savings variables have a greater value and influence than problem credit variables

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar problem paradigmatik yang muncul dan mengakar pada mindset kaum mukmin, yang cenderung memisahkan antara ibadah mahdah dan ibadah muamalat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), dan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teologis Antrophosentris. Zakat merupakan salah satu dari lima pilar agama, oleh masyarakat kita cenderung dikategorikan sebagai ibadah yang sakral serta tertutup dari inovasi dan perubahan-perubahan. Layaknya shalat, puasa dan haji, zakat juga diberlakukan demikian, dimana zakat hanya dimaknai sebatas perintah teologis, yang kemudian menggerus makna dari zakat yang tidak implikatif terhadap kesadaran filantropi. Zakat merupakan ibadah yang berdimensi ganda, meliputi dimensi mahdah dan juga muamalat. Rekonstruksi sadar zakat dengan mengembalikan khittah zakat sebagai ibadah yang mencakup dimensi mahdah dan muamalat, maka zakat tidak boleh dimaknai terpisah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the phenomenon of student organization financial management at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to student organizations at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo while the research is starting from the process of planning, organizing, supervising and reporting accountability. This phenomenon finds answers, namely the financial management of student organizations is not well organized, the campus provides the potential for student organizations to commit fraud resulting in organizational disorientation starting from cheating during the implementation process, manipulation of accountability reporting, as well as the potential for TGR (claims for compensation) against students.
