Abstract

This study aims to identify or find out about how to apply online learning as a result of the Covid-19 that hit, so that the teaching and learning process is carried out from their respective homes. all data on very relevant matters from various available sources, namely through interviews and several references from several journals that can be picked up. The criteria for the sources chosen were discussions about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and online learning in elementary schools. From the sources obtained, the most relevant are then selected. The results in the study indicate that the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the application of online learning in elementary schools can be implemented quite well. This can be seen from the results of the data obtained showing that the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the application of online learning in elementary schools can be carried out quite well if there is collaboration between teachers, students and parents while studying at home.

Abstract

Education is a necessity for every human being. Through education, each individual can update the knowledge he has in order to keep up with the increasingly sophisticated times, demanding that each individual has the ability to think well. Individuals who have good thinking skills will be able to solve more complex problems than individuals whose thinking ability is still low. The existing reality, until now, is still felt that the condition of education is still not good. Learning facilities are still inadequate, be it the completeness of books in the school library, the use of laboratories that have not been utilized optimally, limited educational facilities and infrastructure, lack of professionalism of educators in teaching, both in preparing teaching materials and in delivering subject matter, lack of discipline of educators, and lack of educator knowledge about the effective learning process so that the real educational goals became unattainable. There are several alternatives that can be done to solve educational problems. First, it provides motivation for the importance of educational supervision for educators. Second, strive for adequate educational facilities and infrastructure. Third, apply the discipline of educators. Educators are an example for every learner.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendidikan pada minat belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan motode tinjauan literatur (Library Research) dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, atau penelitian yang menggali obyek penelitiannya berdasarkan beragam informasi yang bersumber dari kepustakaan (ensiklopedi, buku, jurnal ilmiah, majalah, koran dan dokumen). Hasil Penelitian ini yaitu 1) Evaluasi adalah proses pengumpulan data yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang guru guna untuk mengukur dan menilai seberapa efektif kegiatan pembelajaran, 2) Evaluasi pendidikan dapat membantu guru untuk lebih memahami keadaan psikis, minat dan bakat peserta didik, 3) Evaluasi pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh seorang guru hendaknya memperhatikan tiga aspek (taraf kesukaran, daya pembeda dan pola jawaban soal), dan 4) Terlihat terdapat keterkaitan antara cara guru menumbuhkan minat belajar peserta didik dengan memberikan kesempatan peserta didik untuk mendapat hasil yang baik.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan wahana penerapan serta pengembangan ilmu dan teknologi, yang dilaksanakan di luar kampus dalam waktu, mekanisme kerja, dan persyaratan tertentu. KKN dilaksanakan oleh Perguruan Tinggi merupakan upaya meningkatkan isi dan bobot pendidikan bagi mahasiswa dan untuk mendapatkan nilai tambah yang lebih besar pada pendidikan tinggi. Dengan pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) sebagai wujud pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Populasi dan Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah anak-anak Desa Dalu X A dengan Metode pengumpulan data, observasi serta dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan tema aktivasi peran activitas UIN Sumatera Utara Medan yang moderat dalam merawat jagat membangun peradaban. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa peranan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) sebagai bagian dari pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa khususnya kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian sangat jelas didapati dilokasi penelitian.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini yakni implementasi kebijakan untuk menetapkan arah agar tujuan kebijakan dapat Teralisasi Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses implementasi kebijakan termasuk di dalamnya kebijakan pendidikan.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat terjun langsung ke lapangan, Data penelitian berupa hasil wawancara dengan implementasi kebijakan pendidikan Kemudian hasil wawancara yang terkumpul dipilih dan di susun dengan rapi. Hasil wawancara menunjukan bahwa “implementasi” merupakan faktor terpenting dari sebuah kebijakan, Implementasi kebijakan pendidikan merupakan proses yang bersangkut paut dengan perilaku badan administratif sebagai penanggung jawab pelaksanaan program. Proses implementasi bersangkut paut juga dengan faktor hukum, politik, ekonomi, sosial yang langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap perilaku dari berbagai pihak yang terlibat dalam program. Dalam implementasi kebijakan terdapat proses yang harus dilaluidi antaranya yaitu strategi dan pendekatan tertentu yang harus ditempuh, serta beberapa kelengkapan dan kecukupan yang harus dipenuhi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of learning media starting from the use of effective learning media, supporting and inhibiting factors in the use of learning media, and the efforts made by schools to increase the effectiveness of the use of learning media at Tritech Informatics Vocational School, Medan. There are some teachers who still lack the ability to use school facilities to develop learning media. Teachers are not effective in utilizing existing learning media, making students less motivated to learn and not effective in designing interesting learning media. Apart from that, the audiovisual learning media that has been provided by the school in the podcast room is very rarely used or used and there are still some teachers who are not effective in using and choosing learning media. This research uses a type of qualitative descriptive research, namely by using a detailed approach to research objects sourced from primary and secondary data. In this study, the research subjects were school principals, teachers and students. The data collection technique used is first observation, then interviews and finally documentation. The instrument in this research uses interviews in the form of guidelines consisting of several questions. The data analysis technique in this research uses source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of using learning media is going well. Effective use of learning media has been implemented in the procedures for procuring learning media, maintaining learning media and using various learning media. Supporting factors are the completeness of learning media and designing learning media, inhibiting factors are media that depend on electricity which will become an obstacle if the lights go out. Efforts to effectively use learning media at Tritech Informatics Vocational School in Medan are carried out by paying attention to choosing the right use of learning media and effective and efficient management of learning media.
