Abstract

This study is a survey research on Regions Bank Headquarters Lamongan with title "The Influence of Customer Decision to Save the Savings Simapan in Lamongan Regional Banks ". The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze if there is partial effect, simultaneous and dominant among the factors of interest, quality of service and gifts to the customer's decision to save. To determine the influence of the relationship between the variables used multiple regression analysis, t test and F test test data analysis using the SPSS version 17 with the results of (1) Y = 0.157 + 0.127 + 0.480 X1 + 0.396 X2 X3 + X2 E showed the most dominant variable ( 2) test the t interest (1,992), quality of service (5.314) and gifts (4.778), the value of t count> t table (1.986) means a partial effect on the dependent variable (3) F count (312 329)> F table 2,70 means the simultaneous effect on the dependent variable. The conclusion of this study is the variable of interest, quality of service and reward influence the customer's decision to save the savings Simapan in Lamongan Regional Banks.

Abstract

Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tumpukan sampah yang masih menjadi permasalahan utama desa hingga saat ini. Pemerintah desa menghabiskan ratusan juta rupiah per tahun untuk membuang sampah padat desa ke TPA di kecamatan lain. Dengan demikian tujuan dari program ini adalah: (1) Menjaga keberlanjutan program pengelolaan sampah organik melalui budidaya integrasi antara maggot unggul – ayam lele, (2) Produksi dan branding produk budidaya terintegrasi antara maggot-lele-ayam unggul , (3) Menumbuhkan kesadaran memilah dan menyetor sampah ke TPS 3R. (4) Terciptanya kondisi lingkungan yang bersih, sehat, dan tertata sehingga visi Desa Bebas Sampah 2025 dapat tercapai. Pertama, untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, ada empat kegiatan yang harus dilakukan: (1) Pengembangan Multibudidaya Terpadu, (2) Komersialisasi dari Produksi Multibudidaya Terpadu (Belatung-Lele-Ayam), (3) Pembentukan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan sampah melalui “Rintisan Bank Sampah TPS 3R” baik sampah Organik maupun anorganik, (4) Memulai Edu-tourism “Semaggot” (Sekaran Edukasi Maggot). Kedua, untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Sekaran, kita perlu mengidentifikasi berapa nilai potensi yang mereka miliki, kemudian dilakukan pengembangan dan peningkatan. Terutama untuk integrasi dan simbiosis mutualisme antara sampah organik dan produksi multi budidaya (Belatung-Lele-Ayam). Masyarakat dapat mendirikan wisata edu budidaya maggot-lele-ayam bagi warga lainnya. Namun, dibutuhkan tanggung jawab antara pemerintah daerah, akademisi, praktisi, dan khususnya masyarakat Desa Sekaran untuk terus melakukan perbaikan.

Abstract

Keripik kemplang merupakan makanan ringan yang banyak dijual oleh masyarakat Desa Mangkujajar. Namun usaha tersebut belum diolah dengan maksimal terutama dalam hal pemasarannya di era digital. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat, motivasi dan ketarampilan berwirausaha di era digital kepada masyarakat. Marketing digital bisa digunakan sebagai alternatif pemasaran UMKM keripik kemplang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan agar UMKM mampu untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya agar dapat terus berjalan dan berkembang. Salah satunya adalah dengan menerapkan digital marketing sebagai penunjang kegiatan usahanya. Digital marketing adalah sebuah produk teknologi informasi dimana berupa kegiatan mempromosikan produk dan atau jasa melalui media internet. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode observasi dan wawancara dan pelaksanaan kegiatannya dilakukan dengan mengadakan sosialiasasi. Kesimpulan dari pengabdaina ini bahwa akan dilakukan pendampingan dalam hal kewirausahaan dan digital marketing dalam upaya mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Digital Marketing, Strategi Pemasaran, Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Keripik kemplang merupakan makanan ringan yang banyak dijual oleh masyarakat Desa Mangkujajar. Abstract

Morocalan Village is one of the villages in Glagah District. Most of the Morocalan villagers make a living as fish farmers. The problem in Morocalan Village is that it does not optimize the potential results in the village. Based on the results of discussions with the Morocalan village community, the following are solutions to solve the above problems: Increasing the income of the Morocalan Village community, by inviting the community to become entrepreneurs, Establishing a center for processing freshwater fish business, Making the processed freshwater fish into a superior village product that can be marketed in local, regional, and national markets. Cooperating with freshwater fish management companies, in order to increase production capacity. The purpose of holding this program is to form new entrepreneurs in Morocalan village, and to increase income from Morocalan village. The steps in the activity plan that we will do are, starting with exploring partner problems, continuing with finding solutions, and continuing with training, not only that, we will also form a sociopreneur group in Morocalan village, so that later a fish processing center will be formed. Morocalan village fresh water, and able to increase the income of the Morocalan Village community.

Abstract

The problems faced by Micro Small Medium and Enterprises actors are still often related to the lack of a business strategy. A business requires tenacity, courage and good management and business strategy. The goal is that business actors can face all types of risks posed by these businesses. This study aims to identify a business continuity strategy with a SWOT analysis approach to formulate a strategy so that brick and tile centers are able to compete with similar business actors. This study uses qualitative research methods based on postpositiveism or enterpretive philosophy, used to examine the condition of natural objects (as opposed to experiments) where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combined), and the results of qualitative research emphasize more meaning of generalization. The result of this research is the development strategy of combining SO (Strenghts & Opportunities), WO (Weakness & Opportunities), ST (Strenghts & Threats) and WT (Weakness & Threats).

Abstract

Sekaran Village in overcoming the waste problem by forming TPS3R. An alternative to overcome this waste problem is cultivating maggot, which is used as fodder for chickens and catfish. This study aims to examine the effect of consumer perceptions on chicken and catfish purchasing decisions as a result of feeding maggots. The subject of this research is the people of Sekaran Village, with a sample of 100 people. The analysis used in this study uses index transformation analysis and partial t-test using SPSS 23. The analysis results of individual factor index transformation are 70.73%, stimulus factor is 71.58%, attitude is 55.23%, interest is 71.58%, and motivation is 69.46%. Based on the partial t-test analysis results, the individual factor indicator has a value of 6,930 > 1,985. The stimulus factor indicator has a value of 2,804 > 1,985. The attitude indicator is 4,785 >1,985, the interest indicator is 7,320 > 1,985, and the motivations are 6,184 > 1,985. Keywords: consumer perception, decision purchase, maggot BSF, TPS3R

Abstract

Sekaran Village is a village with a dense population, so the quantity of waste, both organic and inorganic from the village community is also high. This experiment focuses on processing organic waste only with Maggot Black Soldier Fly (BSF) media which has the potential to decompose organic waste. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of degradation of organic waste with BSF maggot media at the Sekar Benefit 3R Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) Sekaran District, Lamongan Regency. The results of this experiment include the increase in the mass of Baby Maggot BSF before and after degrading waste. The level of degradation of organic waste with Baby Maggot BSF is rice (69.83%), bones (50.5%), meat (46%), fruit (45.83%), wet leaves (31.5%) and the last is dry leaves (16.67%). Meanwhile, the level of degradation of organic waste with Adult BSF Maggot is not as high as the level of degradation of organic waste with Baby Maggot BSF media. Organic waste type which easily degraded by Adults Maggot BSF for 24 hours are meat, fruit and rice up to 0.59, 0.44 and 0.11 kg. Meanwhile, dry leaves, wet leaves and vegetables, which were degraded up to 0.69, 0.59 and 0.7 kg. It was concluded that the type of organic waste did not affect the quantity of Adult BSF Maggot before and after degrading organic waste.

Abstract

During the pandemic, public interest in cycling has increased. The impact of cycling on society in Indonesia can also be seen from the sales aspect. Compared to the previous year, bicycle sales in 2020 increased by 40%. Of this increase, the most prominent is public interest in imported bicycles, one of which is Canyon. In Indonesia itself, there are various kinds of bicycle brands, ranging from imported or local components, with various models and price ranges. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts from Canyon producers to increase purchase intention in Canyon bicycle products.
