Abstract

The influence of zakat ensures that economic activities can run at a minimum level, namely at the level of meeting primary needs, where zakat, infaq-shadaqah and other similar instruments encourage aggregate demand, because its function is to help the ummah to reach the standard of living above the minimum level. In Islamic Fiscal Policy C = Co + b Yd, Yd = Y - Zakat + Tr (8 asnaf), IS = C + I + G + (X-M). Infak-shadaqah and similar instruments are through bitul mal used to alleviate poverty through development programs. So zakat and infa-shadaqah have their respective roles. In the condition of the good ummah where the level of faith is at a good level, the state income derived from the infaq-shadaqah should be greater than the receipt of zakat. Guarantee in the mechanism of zakat is a top priority in economic policy (when zakat is not able to fulfill the guarantee function, then state revenues from sources other than zakat will be used until the minimum needs of all people are fulfilled).

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Tabarru 'and claim as a dependent variable and profit (Profit) as an independent. From here on test whether the effect on the dependent variable independent of either partial (individual) or simultaneously (overall). This type of research used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Based on the partial test (people) can be seen that there is a significant effect on the variable Tabarru '(X1) with sig amounting to 0,118 and (X2) value of 0.997, then based on the partial test (individual) is a real no significant effect on earnings ( profit). Based on the multiple linear regression analysis obtained R2 values of 0,981 (98.1%), which means that Tabarru 'and claims to have a real influence on the variable earnings.

Abstract

The reliqiusity of analysis, earnings and awareness of pay zakat in Tangerang. The research aims to investigate the influence of awareness to pay zakat at Tangerang. Background of the study is there are lack of acceptance in zakat the data of central bureau of received at Baznas instutution at Tangerang, mean while Tangerang has statistic Tangerang has a good in come.The researcher used quantitative method by conducting questionnaire test to several government and others witch related questions about religiosity variable, income and trust increase awareness of paying zakat in Tangerang. In addition, the researcher do literature to support the theories will be discussed. The sample in this research is taken by using data collection method and purposive sampling. The number of samples were 77 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed by using PLS analysis technique through smart PLS software.The results of study, to investigate the relationship between religiosity and give positive afford of awareness of paying zakat were correlated, furthermore earning also have appositive effect on the increase of paying zakat. The results of this study give the less positive effect on conviction paying zakat.

Abstract

Organizational culture is growing because it was created and developed by individuals working in an organization, leaders play a very important role in imparting their view of organizational culture. Leaders play an important role in instilling a culture of the organization, being a role model that can be emulated, able to create a system of rules, and be able to build an organizational culture. Leaders should also be able to establish a fair penalty system, showing sensitivity to the customer and are sensitive to opinions. Therefore, building a new culture within the organization requires careful planning. Besides the attitude that should be owned by every activist organization, is that sincerity, solidarity and sacrifice.

Abstract

The magnitude of the stock price becomes the basis for decision making for investors and company management. Prediction of stock prices become a necessity for them. This study aims to predict the stock price of ANTM and knowing which approach is better for predicting stock prices ANTM between multiple linear regression method with ARIMA method. The results show the method of multiple linear regression and ARIMA significantly ANTM able to predict stock prices that do not vary with the actual average price of shares of ANTM. Multiple linear regression method is able to predict the stock price with a lower mean difference than the actual average price of shares of ANTM. Methods ARIMA models AR(1), able to predict the stock price range lower limit and upper limit that is lower than the actual average price of shares of ANTM.

Each employee does not mind helping the other out if they are stuck. There are some of corporations that make praud for their employees.
