Abstract

Angka kematian Ibu dan Bayi di Jateng masih tinggi.  Kejadian kematian tersebut juga terdapat diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Duren. PWS KIA adalah alat manajemen yang sudah dikembangkan oleh Kemenkes RI, untuk mendeteksi dini penyebab kematian bayi dan ibu. Dengan deteksi sedini mungkin, maka penyebab kematian dapat dihindarkan dan berakibat pada menurunnya angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Namun demikian kenyataan dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat ketidak lengkapan, ketidak akuratan dan keterlambatan pelaporan PWS KIA, termasuk di Puskesmas Duren, Kec. Bandungan, Kab. Semarang. Oleh karena itu perlu diketahui faktor apa saja yang terkait dengan kinerja petugas puskesmas dalam kegiatan PWS KIA. Penelitian bersifat observasional deskriptif, dengan pendekatan crosssectional,dengan analisis data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah Bidan diwilayah Puskesmas Duren. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pencatatan PWS KIA hanya menggunakan pencatatan kohort dan buku KIA, sementara Buku bantu dan Kartu ibu hampir tidak digunakan. Tingkat akurasi data pencatatan dan pelaporan hanya mencapai 70%, sedangkan ketepatan waktu pelaporan hanya 80 %. Ada 2 bidan desa yang tidak melaporkan tepat waktu selama 2 bulan. Skor kualitas data hanya mencapai 66 %. Tabulasi silang menunjukan ada keterkaitan motivasi,beban kerja, fasilitas dan masa kerja terhadap kualitas data yang baik.Disarankan untuk pemberian motivasi dan menggunakan teknologi Informasi. Maternal and Infant mortality rate is still high in Central Java. The incidence of these deaths also occurred in the region Puskesmas Duren. Local Area Monitoring of MCH program is a management tool that has been developed by the Ministry of Health of Indonesia, which serves to detect the cause of the premature infant and maternal mortality. With early detection, the cause of death can be avoided and result in reduced maternal and infant mortality. However, the fact that there are in the field shows that there is still a lack of completeness, inaccuracies and delays in reporting of Local Area Monitoring of MCH, including Puskesmas Duren, District Bandungan, Semarang regency Therefore, it is important to know what factors are associated with health center personnel in the performance of the Local Area Monitoring of MCH activities.  The Research is a descriptive observational study, the cross-sectional approach, the quantitative data analysis. Population  of this study was the midwife who worked in the region Puskesmas Duren. Result of this study were  used Recording Document are Kohort and Buku KIA. The level of accuracy of data recording and reporting only reached 70 % , while the timeliness of reporting only 80 % . There are two midwives who do not report on time for 2 months . Data quality scores only reached 66 % . Cross-tabulation showed there is  linkage motivation , workload , facilities and working period with  the quality of data. Suggestion for motivation and use of information technology

Abstract

Key factor successful of an institution especially hospital is Human Resources. Human resources referred to medical support (doctor and nurse), general support and administrative officer. Hospital very important to create quality human resources, have skills and highly capable. Therefore the passage of the process of Public Services Agencies in hospital of Bhayangkara 1st Level Raden Said Sukanto Jakarta surely need high quality from human resources itself in terms of proficiency and mental attitude. The leader with background as a police and background of employees as a government employee create motivation and different leadership style which perceived by employee that could create different work performance from another government hospital. Purpose of this research was knowing relation between leadership style and motivation with performance of employees Bhayangkara hospital 1st level Raden Said Sukanto Jakarta. This research was quantitative research with cross sectional measuring by questionnaire. Population of this research all of government employees and police member who works part bottom line managers in staffing structure of Bhayangkara hospital 1st level Raden Said Sukanto Jakarta. Sampling of this research by using random sampling technique total 80 respondents from 400 employees.Bivariat analysis by using chi square test. Result of bivariat analysis shows that there is a relation between leadership style (p= 0,006) and motivation (p=0,001) with performance employees Bhayangkara hospital 1st level Raden Said Sukanto Jakarta. Recommendation for Bhayangkara hospital 1st level Raden Said Sukanto Jakarta to do an evaluation employees performance objectively so that will show achievement from employees and make two ways communication between leader with employee to push ahead employee motivation at work.

Abstract

Humman Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in the city of semarang experienced an increase from 427 cases in 2011 be 520 cases in 2012 and 430 cases in 2013. This research aims to analyze the application of Comprehensive Ongoing Service management function of HIV-IMS in health center. This research is descriptive research that uses qualitative approach. The collection of data using interview method to 4 main informant and 5 triangulation informant. The results of this research showed that the planning function has been going including identification of problems, analyze risk of factors and the preparation of action plan, The function of organizing for the establishment of the implementing team have been done during the training activities but there are still some positions/expertise that does not exist, for the formulation of job networking activities are already well corresponding with the duties and function. The implementation function of training activities has already been given, but there is still some training that has not been given in accordance with that stated in the manual implementation of LKB-HIV-STI. Supervisory function consists of internal supervision and external supervision from the Distric Health Office. Conclusion from this research the aplication of management fuction have been done in this service management and suggestion for the Distric Health Office is to do the supervision regularly.

Abstract

Human Resources Health is one component that needs to be considered in the implementation of health services in Puskesmas. PuskesmasPoncol only has three nurses so there is a gap if based on the standard of the Minister of Health Regulation number 75 of 2014. PuskesmasPoncol has many development programs, puskesmas auxiliaries, and experienced a significant increase in the number of visits in the era of JKN. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the workload and the need of nurse personnel at the Poncol Community Health Center. This research was conducted using qualitative research method by using observational work sampling technique and then for the calculation of the need of nurse employed by Health Workload Analysis method.Based on the result of the research, it is known that productive time used by nurses is 84,52% and non productive time is 15,48%. The percentage has exceeded the standard productive time of 75% so it is concluded that nurses have high work productivity. The workload of nurse personnel is highest on Monday and Thursday, because patients who come more crowded, there are schedules puskesmas auxiliary, and often use overtime. It describes that the current work productivity is too high and affects the workload of nurses. The ideal nurse requirement is 4 people. The results of this study suggest that PuseksmasPoncol can minimize the division of tasks that are not nurse area. In addition, nurses can maximize communication and coordination with other health personnel in the completion of tasks.

Abstract

Integrated Development Center of Non-Communicable Diseases (Posbindu NCD) is a program that aims to increase community participation in prevention and earlydetectionofNCDriskfactorsthat implemented integratedly, routine and periodic. The target is all group of people aged 15thyears old and older. The participation of teenager to attend the Posbindu NCD Program is very low in Semarang. According to George C. Edward, there are four variables that determine the success of a policy, i.e. communication, resources, attitudes, and a bureaucratic structure. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of Posbindu NCD program in Puskesmas Srondol Kulon, Semarang area. The research method is observational descriptive study with qualitative approach through in-depth interviews. This research was conducted in July 2017. The results of this research showed that Posbindu NCD program in Puskesmas Srondol Kulon is not implemented. Referring from communication variable, communication has not been made to all program objectives and incorrect information that makes miss understanding of the Posbindu’s target. The quantity of Human Resource to implement Posbindu program has fulfilled the requirements, but they lack of specific expertise for checking up the participants. Posbindu PTM only use the existing facilities, other supporting equipment bought with self-financing money. There are no SOP forPosbinduNCDimplementation, butthere is already a division with each task and responsibles to implementthePosbinduNCD program.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the whole world, especially in Indonesia, had a significant impact on the health sector, especially in the provision of health services for the community. With this condition, the Indonesian government began to develop long-distance services (Telemedicine), where these services are aimed at preventing the spread of Covid-19, especially in health care facilities, as well as providing convenience for the community to reach health services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Of several hospitals in Surakarta, Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Orthopedic Hospital is one of the hospitals that develops telemedicine services during the Covid-19 pandemic. From this, an overall analysis is needed regarding the implementation of telemedicine services whether they are appropriate and can achieve their goals and have a significant level of use and impact during the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, this study aims to analyze the context, input, process, and product aspects of telemedicine services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: This research was conducted using the CIPP theory by Daniel L. Stufflebeam (1966) which consists of aspects of context, input, process, and product. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection carried out by in-depth interviews selected based on purposive sampling.Results: The results showed that the operation of telemedicine services was carried out due to the Covid-19 pandemic condition with the aim of providing complete services to patients during the Covid-19 pandemic, lack of socialization regarding guidelines for implementing telemedicine to related implementing staff, poor coordination in the planning process, the inclusion of telemedicine into the annual and five-year planning of the Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Orthopedic, there is no report to the authorities regarding telemedicine services, there is no patient satisfaction survey regarding the telemedicine services provided.

Abstract

To prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic, the government establishes a policy of new normal adaptation by implementing health protocols in daily life. However, the community should be active in implementing new normal adaptation. Forum Kesehatan Kelurahan (FKK) as a forum for community participation in the health sector has an important role in the success of supporting health programs at the village level. Based on research studies, the application of new normal adaptation in Tembalang District by the community hasn’t been optimal. Therefore, the role of FKK in Tembalang District has to adapt new normal from the family. The ability and knowledge of FKK cadres regarding adaptation of new normal must be good in order to have sufficient capacity to support new normal families in Tembalang District. In this case, the capacity building of the FKK carried out through activities to 38 FKK cadres representing each sub-district in Tembalang District. Counseling done by doing pre-test, presenting materials, discussions with participants, and ended by post-test. The results of discussion, the community had made efforts to support the implementation of the new normal, there are education, field operations, reporting of COVID-19 cases, and jogo tonggo. Challenges for FKK are community’s lack awareness of COVID-19 pandemic and health protocols impportance. Post-test result showed increasing number of cadre with good knowledge about New Normal. In this activity, participants were also given a booklet. The capacity of FKK cadres to mobilize community will be stronger that hopefully can contribute more efforts to support the adaptation of new normal in the family and be able to solve challenges well.

Abstract

South Tangerang City is a city that has used the Integrated Referral System (SISRUTE) in 29 Health Centers and 30 hospitals. However, the use of SISRUTE in the referral process at the South Tangerang City Health Center had decrease in 2019-2021. Meanwhile, in 2022 the use of SISRUTE in the referral process began to increase. The Puskesmas officer stated that they still found several obtacles in the use of SISRUTE such as the understanding of officers, facilitating conditions, the quality of the SISRUTE application and the absence of SOP’s related to the use of SISRUTE in the referral process. The purpose of this study was to related factors to the use of SISRUTE in South Tangerang City Health Centers. This research is quantitative study with cross sectional approach that which was carried out on February-August 2022 at South Tangerang City Health Centers. There are dependent variables (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions) and independent variable (use behavior) used in this research. The research sample was 58 people from 15 South Tangerang City Health Centers with kuota sampling technique. The results obtained are the most (62.1%) respondents use SISRUTE well. In conclusion, performance expectancy (p-value = 0.004), effort expectancy (p-value = 0.005), and facilitating conditions (p-value = 0.005) are related to use of SISRUTE. Meanwhile, social influence is not related to use of SISRUTE (p-value = 0.098).

Abstract

The number of visits to telemedicine applications has increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. Halodoc is the most commonly used telemedicine platform in Indonesia. The return of public activity to health services after the easing of the pandemic were a challenge and opportunity for telemedicine service providers. Marketing is an important factor in influencing people's decision to use a product/services. This study aimed to examine the effect of Marketing 4.0 strategies on the usage of Halodoc's telemedicine services in Bogor City. The study used a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach, total research sample are 270 respondents who used Halodoc's telemedicine services, accidental sampling are used to select participants for the study, and the questionnaire had been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was analyzed using the logistic regression test. The results showed that Co-creation strategy (Sig.=0.016) and Conversation strategy (Sig.=0.028) had an effect on the usage of telemedicine services through the Halodoc application in Bogor City, while Currency (Sig.=0.216) and Communal Activation strategy (Sig.=0.152) did not. The researchers recommend Halodoc to evaluate, improve, and develop an effective and sustainable marketing strategies to increase the use of telemedicine services in Bogor City.
