Abstract

The standard of critical thinking in this study, namely: first, interpretation is on a problem can showing / writing what they know and what is asked about the problem correctly; second, analysis is the activity of identifying the relationship between statements, questions and concepts in a problem through making mathematical models and accompanied by the right reasons; third, evaluation is the right strategy in solving problems and fourth, conclusion is accuracy in drawing conclusions from what is asked. While the type of research used is descriptive qualitative type. The instruments used were interview guidelines and test questions. The interview used is a structured interview and the test used in the form of a math problem test with derived application material consisting of 3 problem descriptions with material that has been received by students. Student performance levels in this study are at the Apprentice level and the Novice level. The acquisition of data at the Apprentice level the average value is different, this is because the acquisition of data on each indicator is different overall. This is because the subject is not accustomed to or accustomed to working on open questions or also problem stories / problems. Student performance levels in this study are at the Apprentice level and the Novice level. Abstract

Advertising Broadcasting is the main source of revenue from radio broadcasting business. The advertiser company / agency entrusts the broadcasting of its product advertisements to radio that it believes can effectively introduce its products or services to the public. Thus the main business of the radio is to provide the advertisers with the optimal service as customers by providing confidence in their professional performance.This study discusses how to build a management information system that is intended to provide services to customers of radio advertisers to meet the demands of professional services. These needs include the accuracy of the selection of broadcasting hours for advertising a particular product or service so that the effectiveness of ad broadcasting is fulfilled, ad scheduling rapid broadcasting, easy and reliable up to the need for a disciplined performance of broadcasting ads made in accordance with the agreement contained in detail at Purchase order. The method used in this research is WaterFall Development Life Cycle System (SDLC). The first step is done in this study by conducting data collection by observation, interview and documentation study at PT. Swaramedia Pewaran (Radio Karysma FM).The results of this study is the realization of ad-based information management information system oriented to meet customer needs with system functionality such as online ad scheduling, arrangement and supervision of the broadcasting of advertisements until the presentation of reports for advertisers and management of accurate radio in the form of documentation of transactional evidence that became part Of customer advertising services.

Abstract

Analisis media sosial khususnya pada Twitter merupakan implementasi pemrosesan teks secara eksplisit dengan menggunakan data cuitan pada media sosial Twitter untuk menghasilkan informasi. Teknik ini sangat efektif dalam memahami informasi-informasi yang terkait terhadap suatu topik tertentu yang sedang dibahas oleh pengguna Twitter. Analisis media sosial pada twitter yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk mengekstrak dan menganalisis komentar publik atau tweets tentang topik-topik yang terkait pelaksanaan pemberian vaksinasi covid-19 di Indonesia. Komponen pengukuran yang dianalisis meliputi centrality untuk menunjukkan aktor sentral dalam media sosial, dan modularity untuk mendapatkan jumlah komunitas yang terbagi pada media sosial, dan analisis konten yang menghasilkan frekuensi kata yang banyak muncul pada komentar user (tweets) tentang vaksinasi covid-19 di Indonesia yang direpresentasikan dengan word clouds. Adapun tahapan-tahapan pada analisis media sosial dimulai dengan definisi permasalahan, pengumpulan data, pembersihan data, analisis, visualisasi, dan kesimpulan. Gephi digunakan sebagai tool untuk menganalisis pengukuran centrality dan modularity yang dihasilkan dari data tweet. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari visualisasi analisis berupa graph tweets dihasilkan 185 nodes dan 101 edges, nilai modularity : 0.815, jumlah komunitas sebanyak 20 grup, dan Influencial Users adalah 'tvOneNews', ‘ryolandafit’, ‘renatarecreio', ‘detikcom’.Kata kunci: Analisis Media Sosial, Centrality, Modularity, Word Cloud

Abstract

Anemia is a disease related to the level of hemoglobin which is called red blood cells and causes a decrease in the level of oxygen that the body absorbs. Anemia is a disease that often occurs and occurs quite a lot in society. This study aims to determine the accuracy value of the certainty factor and forward chaining methods in an expert system for diagnosing anemia. This study designed an expert system by combining two methods, namely certainty factor and Android-based forward chaining. The use of the forward chaining method can make the system perform reasoning like an expert, then combine it with the certainty factor method with the aim that the system to be designed can measure the level of certainty of disease diagnosis. The results of this study are tests that have been carried out using 15 test data samples and produce a system accuracy value of 93.33%. Design using the certainty factor and forward chaining methods can work on expert systems in diagnosing anemia and shows the meaning that this system is feasible to use and is able to apply knowledge from experts to be able to diagnose anemia with a fairly accurate level.

Abstract

Polusi udara adalah masalah yang banyak dialami berbagai negara di dunia. Polusiudara terjadi karena adanya kandungan zat pencemar atau polutan dalam udara, salah satunyayaitu Particulate Matter (PM2,5) atau disebut juga partikel debu yang berukuran kurang dari2,5µm. Jika zat tersebut terhirup dan terakumulasi dalam jumlah banyak maka akanmenyebabkan banyak gangguan kesehatan atau bahkan kematian. Untuk dapat melakukanpencegahan sebelum terlambat, digunakan teknologi peramalan untuk mengetahui kandunganPM2,5 dimasa mendatang. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Fuzzy Time Series untukmeramalkan kandungan PM2,5 dengan langkah pertama yaitu menentukan himpunan semesta,kemudian pembentukan interval, fuzzifikasi, bentuk FLR dan FLRG, didefuzzifikasi, laluhitung nilai hasil peramalan, dan terakhir ukur ketepatan hasil peramalan menggunakanMAPE, kemudian diimplementasikan pada sebuah sistem berbasis Web. Penelitian inimenggunakan 2 skenario pengujian sistem yaitu variasi periode data yang berpengaruhterhadap jumlah interval dan variasi nilai input konstanta D2 yang berpengaruh pada panjanginterval pada tahap pembentukan interval. Berdasarkan pengujian tersebut, kandungan PM2,5pada tanggal 1 Januari 2015 jam 00.00 WIB menggunakan periode data 6 bulan sebelumnyadan input konstanta D2 sebesar 10 adalah 12,884 µg/m3 dengan jumlah interval yangterbentuk sebanyak 17 interval dan panjang setiap intervalnya sebesar 31,3. Kemudian tingkatkesalahan MAPE yang dihasilkan sebesar 17,9164%. Karena memiliki tingkat kesalahanMAPE kurang dari 20%, maka peramalan pada penelitian ini termasuk peramalan yang baik.Kemudian untuk peramalan periode tahunan, grafik yang dibentuk mengandung pola datamusiman. Air pollution is a problem experienced by many countries in the world. Air pollutionoccurs because of the pollutants presence or pollutants in the air, one of them is Particulate Matter(PM2.5) or also known as dust particles that are less than 2.5µm in size. If these substances areinhaled and accumulate in large quantities, it will cause many health problems or even death. Tobe able to take precautions before it is too late, forecasting technology is used to determine thefuture PM2.5 content. This research applies the Fuzzy Time Series method to predict the PM2.5content with the first step, namely determining the set of universes, then interval formation,fuzzification, FLR and FLRG forms, defuzzification, then calculating the value of forecastingresults, and finally measuring the accuracy of forecasting results using MAPE, then implementedon a Web-based system. This study uses 2 system testing scenarios, namely the variation of thedata period that affects the number of intervals and the variation in the input value of the constantD2 which affects the length of the interval at the interval formation stage. Based on this test, thePM2.5 content on January 1, 2015 at 00.00 WIB uses the previous 6 months data period and theD2 constant input of 10 is 12.884 µg / m3 with the number of intervals formed as many as 17intervals and the length of each interval is 31.3. Then the resulting MAPE error rate is 17.9164%.Because it has an MAPE error rate of less than 20%, the forecasting in this study is a goodforecast. Then for forecasting the annual period, the graph that is formed contains seasonal datapatterns.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang berkembang, sebagian besar dari penduduknya bergantung pada pertanian yang menjadi sumber penghidupan. Namun, banyaknya masyarakat yang masih kesulitan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya. Program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) merupakan kategori bantuan sosial pangan yang didistribusikan oleh otoritas publik dalam struktur nontunai kepada pihak Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) yang mempunyai Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) melalui sistem pencatatan elektronik. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan suatu sistem berbasis komputer yang ditujukan untuk membantu pengambil keputusan dalam memanfaatkan data dan model tertentu untuk memecahkan berbagai persoalan yang tidak terstruktur. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan teknik yang mampu membantu dalam mengevaluasi kriteria dan alternatif untuk proses pengambilan keputusan secara kompleks. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan metode AHP dalam proses pemilihan calon penerima bantuan BPNT dapat membantu dalam menentukan prioritas kriteria dan alternatif yang ada, sehingga proses pengambilan keputusan menjadi lebih mudah dan tepat.
