Abstract

MARKETING COMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT TRAINING ON BUSINESS PRODUCTS OF FAMILY WELFARE EMPOWERMENT GROUP IN CUKANGKAWUNG VILLAGE, TASIKMALAYA REGENCY. This community service aims to assist partners in developing partner-owned businesses through marketing communications. Cukangkawung Village is rich in natural resources, one of which is processed from nature as a product that can be marketed and has the potential to compete in the market. However, this is constrained in marketing partner products. One of the problems is that marketing is still local in nature, does not have a brand and packaging is still plain. The condition of partner product packaging is still using clear plastic with staples attached and the copy product brand, of course this does not provide added value to partner products. Therefore, assistance is needed on how to market products, one of which is packaging that attracts consumers. So that the selling value of partner products increases. The results of the activity show change in increased knowledge and understanding of the potential, benefits, importance of packaging, digital marketing and promotional techniques. Through this service, products that have added value in promoting are created and supported by providing packaging and sealer for three partner groups in Cukangkawung Village, namely Molring in Cilogata village, snacks in Bangbayang and Harapan Mukti village business group.

Abstract

Housing is one of the basic human needs. Meanwhile, in fact, from the data on the number of Sharia mortgage customers at Bank Jabar Syariah, namely the PPR IB Maslahah product for the 2017-2020 period, it fluctuated and tend to decrease. In addition, it needs a good financing risk management implemented by the company. The objective of this research is to find out how the risk management of financing and product management of PPR IB Maslahah Bank BJB Syariah KCP Kuningan. This study uses premier data from interviews conducted to several employees of Bank BJB Syariah KCP Kuningan, by triangulation technique. Meanshile, the results of this study are:1). The financing risk management carried out by Bank BJB Syariah is in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 65 / POJK.03 / 2016 concerning the Implementation of Risk Management for Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units as stated in article 3 in point c; 2) Management of PPR Products carried out by Bank BJB Syariah Kuningan has been implemented, however in fact they have limited authority from the headquarters.  .

Abstract

Liquidity is an important point in banking operations as well as in the resilience and sustainability of a sharia bank. FDR at Bank BNI Syariah tends to decrease during the period 2013-2017. In addition, there is a phenomenon of a gap between the development NPF and GGDP against FDR in PT Bank BNI Syariah. This study has a purpose to know the partial influence of NPF and GGDP on FDR. In addition, this study aims to determine how much the simultan influence of NPF and GGDP on FDR.In some opinions and research results found by other researchers that NPF, and GGDP will affect FDR. GGDP increase, FDR will also increase, and vice versa. Whereas when the NPF increases, the FDR will decrease.The research method used is descriptive analytical verification by a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements published by PT Bank BNI Syariah during the 2013-2017. Data analysis techniques used were linear regression, PPM correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t test and F test) using SPSS 22.0.The conclusion obtained from this study that partially NPF has a significant effect on FDR with a determination coefficient of 56.7% and GGDP has no significant effect on FDR with a coefficient of determination of 0.2%. While simultaneously NPF and GGDP affect FDR with a coefficient of determination of 60.7%. In addition, it was found that the value of F calculated ≥ value of Ftable (12,374 3,630). This means that the estimated regression model is appropriate to explain the influence of NPF and GGDP on FDR at PT Bank BNI Syariah for the 2013-2017 period.

Abstract

Abstrak – Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mengenai pengaruh pelatihan, komunikasi, komitmen, kecerdasan emosional, dan stres kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pengelola jurnal di Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelola jurnal yang belum dan sudah terakreditasi Sinta di Tasikmalaya dengan ukuran sampel minimal 60 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan pada bab sebelumnya, maka dapat ditarik suatu simpulan yaitu, terdapat pengaruh pelatihan (X1), komunikasi (X2), kecerdasan emosional (X4), dan stress kerja (X5) secara parsial terhadap efektivitas kerja pengelola jurnal di Tasikmalaya. Sedangkan variabel komitmen (X3) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja pengelola jurnal di Tasikmalaya. Secara simultan, variabel pelatihan (X1), komunikasi (X2), komitmen (X3), kecerdasan emosional (X4), dan stress kerja (X5) mampu menjelaskan perubahan pada variabel efektivitas kerja pengelola jurnal di Tasikmalaya. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah untuk menambah variabel penelitian lain yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas kerja pengelola jurnal serta memperluas scope tidak hanya di Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Islamic financial inclusion and literacy has a fairly high gap with financial inclusion and literacy in general. Likewise with MSMEs, which are one of the driving wheels of the economy, the level of Islamic financial literacy is not yet known, especially for MSMEs in Tasikmalaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of Islamic financial literacy in food and beverage SMEs in Tasikmalaya. The research method uses the mix method, questionnaires using the guttman scale. The results showed that the level of MSME Islamic financial literacy in Tasikmalaya was in the low category, namely 41.6 percent. or are in the low category. Therefore socialization and promotion related to Islamic financial literacy are needed by MSMEs to increase knowledge and increase the level of MSME Islamic financial literacy in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Literasi halal food dan Sertifikasi halal sangat penting bagi pelaku usaha pangan. Hal tersebut untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk yang dijual. Bahkan menurut BPJPH, di tahun 2024 produk pangan berupa makanan, minuman, serta hasil dan jasa sembelihan wajib bersertifikasi halal. Tetapi, tidak semua pelaku UMK mengetahui terkait literasi halal food dan sertifikasi halal, khususnya Ibu-ibu PKK dan para pelaku usaha makanan ringan di Desa Cukangkawung yang memiliki potensi dalam mengembangkan produknya. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menyampaikan literasi terkait pentingnya halal foods dan sertifikasi halal pada produk mitra melalui pelatihan literasi dan pendampingan sertifikasi halal. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan observasi, diskusi dan pelatihan. Lokasi kegiatan dilakukan di Desa Cukangkawung Kecamatan Sodonghilir Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Setelah kegiatan ini dilakukan, >85% literasi peserta terkait halal food dan sertifikasi halal meningkat.

Abstract

Delay delivery on Fadhila Aqiqah distribution process occurred frequently. The problem was there’re waste in their production process. In islam, it called tabdzir. Tabdzir can minimized so the production process being more efficient. The purpose of this research is to find out how to minimize waste by analyzing the lean manufacturing approach. The research method used is a qualitative approach, namely lean manufacturing with tools in the form of value stream mapping and fishbone diagrams. Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to describe the flow of the production process from raw materials to finished products. VSM is depicted with symbols representing activities, then grouped into value added and non value added. Tabdzir or waste is identified by finding the root of the problem through a fishbone diagram. The implication of this research is that the company is able to know how to minimize the occurrence of waste in the production process.

Abstract

The cosmetics market in Indonesia is vast and will continue to grow every year. The large selection of local and foreign cosmetic brands in Indonesia causes customers to increasingly consider buying decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotion, brand image, and halal labeling on cosmetic purchasing decisions for Muslim consumers partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is unknown, the sample in this study used purposive sampling, namely cosmetic users as many as 100 respondents. The data collection technique is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique is the correlation coefficient, regression coefficient and determination. The results of the study were obtained: 1) There is an effect of sales promotion on purchasing decisions by 28.6%. 2). there is an influence of brand image on purchasing decisions by 36.2% 3) there is an influence of the halal label on purchasing decisions by 37.1%. and 4) There is an influence between sales promotion, brand image and halal labeling on purchasing decisions by 45%. So it can be concluded that sales promotion, brand image, and halal labeling have a positive and significant effect on cosmetic purchasing decisions for Muslim consumers both partially and independently.

Abstract

Skin infections that always attack students become a problem in the cottage or dormitory, especially the Tahfidz Quran Al Hanan House. Using chemical drugs does not solve the problem, but adds to the problem for the patient's skin and the environment if used. Therefore, natural products are needed that can prevent irritation or infection on human skin, one of which is herbal soap. In addition, herbal soap has a business opportunity to be developed by students in the RTQ Al Hanan environment. This community service aims to provide training in making herbal soap and entrepreneurial-based life skills to Al Hanan students. The method used in this activity has three stages, namely counseling/delivery of material on Clean and Healthy Life Behavior and entrepreneurship as well as demonstrations of making herbal soap and soap-making practices by students, and the packaging of herbal soap products. The results of this activity show that the target audience understands the importance of clean and healthy living, has skills in making herbal soap, and will develop a herbal soap business as a superior product of RTQ Al Hanan.  ---  Penyakit infeksi kulit yang selalu menyerang santri menjadi permasalahan di pondok atau asrama, khususnya Rumah Tahfidz Quran Al Hanan. Pengunaan obat kimia tidak menyelesaikan masalah, namun menambah masalah pada kulit penderita dan lingkungan jika secara terus menerus digunakan. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan produk alami yang mampu mencegah iritasi atau infeksi pada kulit manusia salah satunya sabun herbal. Selain itu, sabun herbal memiliki peluang usaha untuk dikembangkan oleh santri di lingkungan RTQ Al Hanan. Tujuan pengabdian bagi masyarkat ini adalah untuk 1) memberikan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya hidup sehat, 2). Pelatihan kewirausahaan, dan 3) pelatihan pembuatan sabun herbal sebagai produk yang dapat digunakan sebagai tindakan preventif dan produk unggulan mitra. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah tiga tahap yaitu penyuluhan/penyampaian materi  tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat dan kewirausahaan serta demonstrasi pembuatan sabun herbal dan praktek pembuatan sabun oleh santri dan ketiga pengemasan produk sabun herbal. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan khalayak sasaran memiliki pemahaman tentang pentingnya hidup bersih dan sehat, memiliki pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan, dan memiliki keterampilan membuat sabun herbal, dan akan mengembangkan usaha sabun herbal sebagai produk unggulan RTQ Al Hanan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of halal literacy in food and beverage MSMEs which includes halal literacy based on fiqh law, additives and critical points for non-halal food ingredients, and literacy in the halal certification process. Questionnaire using the guttman scale. The results show that the level of halal literacy of MSMEs actors in Tasikmalaya is in the medium category. The literacy dimension regarding certification has the lowest score, namely 48 percent or is in the low category, while the dimensions of halal knowledge in Islamic sharia (fiqh), and additives and the critical point of no-halal food ingredients are in the high category, 93.9 percent and 84 percent.Thus the mentoring process is needed by MSMEs to increase knowledge and help their products become halal certified.
