Abstract

Edwardsielliosis is a disease that commonly infects freshwater fish including catfish (Clarias sp). Edwardsielliosis is caused by Edwardsiella tarda infection and causes mass mortality in catfish farming. Overcoming diseases in freshwater fish can use drugs or antibiotics that are classified as safe and their use is in accordance with government regulations. This study aims to determine the appropriate dosage of Oxytetracycline in catfish infected by E. tarda bacteria through histological analysis. The study design used Completely Randomized Design with 3 treatments, 1 control and 3 replications in each treatment. Catfish used were ± 25 cm in size and the dose of oxytetracycline used were 15, 30, and 45 ppm. The results showed tissue damage edema, vacuolization, necrosis, and haemorhage in fish infected with Edwardsiella tarda bacteria with the lowest damage at 45 ppm of oxytetracycline treatment. The results indicate that oxytetracycline has an effect on muscle histology and recovery of fish health.

Abstract

The development of technology in the world of education is characterized by the implementation of e-learning as a learning tool. E-learning as an application of educational technology deserves to be further utilized by the school / college because its existence is a new innovation in helping learners learn. The application of e-learning must of course be followed by the readiness of technology acceptance by all academic community. Readiness to accept the use of information technology can be defined as the user's willingness to use information technology to support the tasks that have been designed. To be able to see the readiness of technology acceptance today, you can use the two models developed, Technology Readiness (TR) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which are used simultaneously, Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM). TR and TAM models when integrated will produce an explanation of the intentions or desires of users in using technology.The results of this study are only discomfort variables that have asignificant effect on perceived usefulness while other variables do not significantly influence.

Abstract

The use of technology has been carried out in many areas of life as has been the number of applications based on both websites or android that are friends to all society. Most of the people can only use this technology and a small part of others not only can use but also can make this technology with the help of a programming tool. Self-programming can made with a native concept or the concept of OOP (Object Oriented Programming). Lots of programmers can program with native concepts but not many programmerswho can create programs with the OOP concept. Apart from programmers, there are many students who do not understand the concept of OOP let alone to make it in form a website. Like it or not, these students have to take part in the workshop training on OOP so that knowledge in the IT field can improve. Based on the problem That is, the lecturer service team held a service on Object Training Oriented Programming in Today's Website Development. OOP is a Object-based programming that implements class and object methods as supporters. The dedication carried out is not only a theoretical explanation but also practically so that students can immediately practice what they have explained by the tutor. The result of this activity is that students can make a websites created using OOP and their knowledge and insights about programming can increase.

Abstract

The risk of falling in the elderly can be influenced by changes due to the aging process and an unsafe environment. One of the changes in cognitive function resulting in a decline. The purpose of this study was to carry out nursing care actions for elderly people with visual impairments with nursing problems at risk of falling. Nursing care for the elderly with visual impairments with nursing problems at risk of falling was carried out at the Tresna Werdha Panti Social Unit, Magetan Regency for 6 days from 09 June to 14 June 2022. The research method used was the nursing process including assessment, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. The results of the study found that Mr. J has visual impairment which gets a score of 13 so he is included in a high risk condition for falling. Nursing action taken is fall prevention. It can be concluded, after taking nursing actions the problem of falling risk is partially resolved. The client is able to maintain the balance of the stick, the client is able to overcome vision problems by using an umbrella when leaving the room so as not to be dazzled by the sun. The client can explain again how to prevent the risk of falling that has been taught by the researcher. The research results achieved are in accordance with theory and facts, so there is no gap between theory and results.Keywords : Elderly, Visual Impairment, Fall Risk

Abstract

Ikan koi (Cyprinus carpio) adalah salah satu komoditas ikan air tawar yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis tinggi. Adanya serangan penyakit pada budidaya ikan koi seperti Aeromonas hydrophilla dapat menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi dalam budidaya. Banyak upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengobati serangan bakteri A. hydrophilla salah satunya menggunakan fitofarmaka ekstrak kasar daun api-api (Avicennia marina). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan ekstrak kasar daun api-api (A. marina) serta mengetahui dosis terbaik terhadap histopatologi hati ikan koi yang diinfeksi bakteri A. hydrophilla. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 4 perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan A (10 ppm), perlakuan B (30 ppm), perlakuan C (50 ppm) dan perlakuan D (70 ppm). Ikan koi (C. carpio) diinfeksi dengan bakteri A. hydrophilla dengan kepadatan 107 sel/ml. Perendaman ekstrak kasar daun api-api (A. marina) dilakukan pada hari pertama setelah penginfeksian bakteri selama 48 jam. Hasil pengamatan histopatologi hati pada ikan koi diperoleh adanya kerusakan berupa kongesti, hemoragi dan nekrosis pada organ hati. Perendaman dengan ekstrak kasar daun api-api (A. marina) menunjukkan hasil yang berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) hal ini terbukti dari semakin tinggi dosis ekstrak yang digunakan semakin rendah kerusakan pada hati ikan. Oleh karena itu, perendaman ekstrak kasar daun api-api (A. marina) mampu memberikan efek penyembuhan pada ikan koi (C. carpio) yang diinfeksi bakteri A. hydrophilla. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil terendah didapatkan pada perlakuan A (10 ppm) dan hasil terbaik ada pada perlakuan D (70 ppm).

Abstract

Water quality can affect the survival and growth of aquatic organisms considering water is a living medium for fish. This study aims to determine how the effect of different models of different ponds on water quality fluctuations for the growth of white shrimp (L. vannamei) intensive pattern. The method used in this study is a comparative descriptive method. The statistical test used is using T test two samples (independent). The main parameters in this study were the results of measuring the growth of white shrimp (L. vannamei) while the supporting parameters in this study were measurements of water quality and total bacteria. The results of this study can be seen that differences in cultivation models have a significant effect on temperature, pH (Power of Hydrogen), DO (Dissolved oxygen), nitrate and have no significant effect on salinity, ammonia and nitrite. The average Specific Growth Rate (SGR) of vaname shrimp in the indoor culture model is 4.5±0.003%/day and the average Growth Rate (GR) is 0.29±0.024 g/day. While the outdoor cultivation model is 3.9±0.003%/day and the average Growth Rate (GR) is 0.26±0.017 g/day.

Abstract

One of the critical things in handling children is the parent's parenting style. This parenting style is very attentive and attentive to children. Caregiving requires several interpersonal skills and emotional tolls, but very little formal education can handle these tasks. Mesut's parents learned parenting practices from their parents. This research aims to determine parental parenting patterns for children aged 4-6. The design used in this research is cross-sectional correlation. This study's population was mothers with children aged 4 - 6 years, and a sample of 50 shamans was taken using total sampling techniques. The Kiwanta data observation technique uses questionnaires and observations, while the Kiwanta data analysis uses the analysis coefficient test. This research shows that most parents' parenting patterns are overprotective, namely 29 respondents (58%). The application of overprotective parenting can include the task of feeding children. To minimize the negative impact of this parenting style, parents can use authoritative parenting to accommodate children's tasks according to their age.
