Abstract

To increase the maximum green beans production strongly depends from the available land area, technology and systems of cultivation. One of the system or the way it is with the application of cultivation planting distance and frequency of spraying. This research was carried out in the village of Cungkup Sub-district Shoots lamongan. Located at an altitude of place ± 8 meters above sea level. This study used a Randomized Design Group (RAK) factorial.Factor 1: trunks (J) 20 cm x 10 cm, 30 cm and 40 cm x 20 cm x 10 cm. 2 Factors: the frequency of spraying (F) 6 x, 8 x and 10 x spraying. The conclusion that the combination of the best treatment at planting distance 30 cm x 20 cm and spraying frequency 8 x (J2F2).

Abstract

Abstrak Pengaturan tata letak fasilitas dan area kerja yang efektif dan efisien merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan. Forboys adalah perusahaan yang menjual berbagai macam kemeja, mulai dari kemeja anak- anak, kemeja dewasa lengan pendek dan kemeja dewasa lengan panjang untuk penelitian kali ini penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap satu produk Forboys yaitu Forboys lengan panjang. Forboys memiliki kendala dalam pengaturan tata letak fasilitas dan area kerja. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan produkstivitas pekerja. Agar Forboys dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja, maka dibutuhkan perancangan tata letak fasilitas dan area kerja. Dalam melakukan perancangan tata letak fasilitas dan area kerja peneliti menggunakan satu jenis produk yang diproduksi oleh Forboys yaitu Forboys lengan panjang. Forboys lengan panjang membutuhkan 13 jenis mesin dimana masing-masing mesin tersebut berjumlah 1 mesin. Luas lantai produksi yang optimal untuk Forboys adalah 365.05 m2. Luas gudang bahan baku dan barang jadi juga diketahui sebesar 251.47 m2 dan 99.56 m2. Kemudian peneliti memilih metode terbaik, yaitu graph based karena memiliki jarak rectilinear terkecil sebesar 873.5 m. Dengan penambahan 1 lahan parkir, 7 restroom, 1 musholla, dan fasilitas ruang kantor dihasilkan total luas lahan Forboys adalah  adalah 172.2 m2.  Kata kunci : tata letak pabrik, perencanaan proses, permintaan perencanaan mesin, graphbased

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh macam biochar dan konsentrasi biourine terhadap peningkatan pertumbuhan dan produksi padi.   Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok yang diulang 3 kali. Perlakuan 1 terdapat 4 level : tanpa biochar, biochar jerami padi, biochar sekam padi, biochar kotoran sapi. Perlakuan 2 terdapat 4 level : tanpa biourine, konsentrasi biourine 1 : 0, 1 : 5 dan 1 : 10. Parameter yang diamati tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan per rumpun, berat total tanaman, jumlah malai per rumpun, bobot gabah kering panen, dan bobot 1000 butir gabah. . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya interaksi yang   nyata antara macam biochar dan konsentrasi biourine Perlakuan terbaik yaitu pada biochar kotoran sapi dan konsentrasi biourine 1 : 10. Keywords : biourine sapi, padi (oryza sativa L.), macam biochar, waktu pemberian, konsentrasi

Abstract

Various conditions after the Head Village Election have a great impact to the development of village itself especially on Village Constulative Body structure. The article highight some problems: (1) What is urgency of Village Council developing method, post Head of Village Election in Kalikayen?; and (2) What is the method of Village Council Development, Post Head of Village Election in Kalikayen? Therefore, there is a method of developing Village Council Post Village Election in order to answer the challenges mentioned above. The purpose of this program is to find out the guidance carried out by the regional government of the Village Council, the Village Council to be able to carry out their duties properly, and submit proposals to the government to pay more attention to the implementation of village government. After the completion of this dedication, the Village Council now understands their duties and functions as well as its role in village development. In addition, the Village Council already has the knowledge and experience in drafting village regulations. Outcomes of our service programs include the publication of a village guidebook module that contains the optimization of the implementation of the Village Law, the management of village funds, the techniques for establishing regulations in the Village. The next output is the draft village regulations and the village head regulations, as well as the activity proposal form and problem priority of each backwoods.

Abstract

The KKN-Collaborative Group #2 004 Kencong Village has a focus on maximizing the village's SDGs on the points of Village Care for the Land Environment and Village Consumption Production Villages that are Environmentally Aware. This is because the KKN 004 Kencong Village group sees the potential for processing wet and organic waste which can be utilized to become zero waste with the theme of environmental sanitation. In line with this goal, we found that there was a scarcity of fertilizer availability and a significant increase in the price of chemical fertilizers, without any reduction in demand. from farmers who do not decrease and tend to increase. It is necessary to make alternative fertilizers that can be made at home, namely by using a composter. This research was conducted using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. PAR is a method of raising public awareness about existing potentials and problems and encouraging community participation or participation in change activities that will be implemented. The implementation stage of the composter work program activities begins with the procurement of materials and tools as well as the assembly of composter tools which are carried out at KKN posts, then socialization and training are carried out aimed at the Kencong Village community, especially village officials, PKK, Posyandu Cadres, and farmers. The presence of the KKN-K 004 student work program in Kencong Village provided ideas and encouraged the community in terms of managing organic waste as well as household waste. So that it is hoped that the Kencong Village community will be able to become a sustainable society.

Abstract

Developing Indonesia's food and beverage business is increasing, ensuring product quality must be maintained. One of the products is Cincau Station. Cincau Station is a healthy drink made from fresh grass jelly leaves. However, the product needed a higher quality. Cincau station must have advantages; good quality products can help a business be better than other businesses. One way to increase competitive advantage is to link product quality with customer loyalty. Product quality has a very close relationship with customer satisfaction because product quality can be assessed from the product's ability to create customer loyalty. Product quality also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customers feel that the price of Cincau Station products is affordable, and the taste of Cincau Station products is also better than other brands

Abstract

Padi merupakan komoditas tanaman pangan yang memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan, dan ekonomi Indonesia. Banyak petani belum paham akan efek dari pemberian pupuk kimia. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi padi yaitu penggunaan asap cair dan pupuk kotoran kelelawar. Asap cair dapat meningkatkan sistem pertahanan tanaman dan memperbaiki kualitas tanah. Kotoran kelelawar merupakan pupuk yang ramah lingkungan dan kaya nutrisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian konsentrasi asap cair dan pupuk kotoran kelelawar terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi tanaman padi (Oryza sativa L.). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Bulubrangsi, Kecamatan Laren, Kabupaten Lamongan, pada bulan Februari sampai dengan Mei 2022. Metode analisis data menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial. Faktor pertama yaitu, konsentrasi asap cair dan faktor kedua yaitu macam pupuk kotoran kelelawar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik yaitu perlakuan konsentrasi asap cair 3% dan pupuk kotoran kelelawar cair dibandingkan dengan perlakuan yang lain. Ada interaksi antara kedua faktor perlakuan terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, bobot biji basah per tanaman, dan bobot 1000 biji.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai rawit terhadap pemangkasan pucuk dan pemberian macam pupuk daun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tenggiring Kecamatan Sambeng Kabupaten Lamongan pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan metode rancangan acak kelompok faktorial. Faktor pertama yaitu pemangkasan pucuk, antara lain pemangkasan 2 minggu setelah tanam/MST (P1), pemangkasan 4 MST (P2), pemangkasan 6 MST (P3). Faktor kedua yaitu macam pupuk daun antara lain Mamigro Super N (D1), Gandasil B (D2), Growmore (D3). Data hasil penelitian dianalisa dengan Anova dan jika terdapat perbedaan dilanjut dengan Uji BNT 5%. Pengamatan meliputi: tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah bunga, jumlah buah. Terdapat interaksi antara waktu pemangkasan dan jenis pupuk daun terhadap tinggi tanaman (35 hari setelah tanam/hst), jumlah daun (28 hst dan 35 hst), jumlah bunga (42 hst, 49 hst dan 56 hst), serta jumlah buah (70 hst dan 84 hst). Perlakuan terbaik adalah kombinasi waktu pemangkasan 4 MST (P2) dan Mamigro super N (D1).
