Abstract

The Karangasem Strait sub-district, precisely in Duda Timur Village, is a sub-district seen from the perspective of its livelihood, with the majority of the population working as farmers. The majority of the plantation products are salak and head. Aside from being a farmer, some households use their plantation products as business land to be able to supplement their income, one of which is to use coconuts produced from plantations as Tanusan Oil. Tanusan oil is one of the traditionally made oils. This tanusan oil is still in great demand by the people in Bali because by cooking using tanusan oil the cuisine becomes more delicious and tasty. The business of the tanusan oil maker group still has not applied marketing management in its business processes so that the marketing method is only done by entrusting the products produced in stalls and according to order and so the bookkeeping has not been implemented in running its business so that it cannot know exactly how advantages and disadvantages clearly obtained. To help overcome these problems, we provide assistance in the field of marketing and simple bookkeeping so that in the future continuity of business can compete in the future. The results achieved in this community service are that this group of tanusan oil makers has been able to recommend its products to a wider market share and has been able to also do bookkeeping in a simple way.

Abstract

Covid19 pandemic has caued a lot of disruption in every community activity, especially work. Almost all people carry out activities at home or work from home. However, not all companies implement this, because this pandemic has also made many companies temporarily close their businesses until the Covid19 pandemic ends. This happens in almost all over the world, including in Indonesia. D Indonesia itself, the impact of this pandemic has greatly disrupted the tourism sector on the Island of the Gods. The Island of the Gods, whose main business is the tourism sector, has made many people lose their jobs and are forced to look for alternative businesses that can generate money to meet their daily needs. The penek rice business, which is a business that is always sought after because it is a ceremonial necessity for the Hindu religious community in Bali, is one of them. Mr. Suda's penek rice business has only been running for four months and is carried out at his residence in Sidan Village, Gianyar District, Gianyar Regency. This business can be said to have great benefits, but because of the lack of knowledge, there are still obstacles in calculating the profits obtained. Therefore, to help this business we provide training on financial recording and digital marketing techniques so that later this business can be more developed and in the future it is hoped that it can also absorb a lot of workforce. This of course aims to improve the welfare of the community in the presence of the Covid19 pandemic.

Abstract

Jatiluwih Village has long been known by tourists, both foreign and domestic as one of the tourist destinations in Tabanan district. The natural scenery in the form of terraced terraces offered to tourists has been recognized worldwide and has become one of UNESCO's protected cultural heritage. To support the economy, Jatiluwih village is also known as a center for rice barn and broiler breeding. The product of purebred chicken eggs produced in Jatiluwih village is one of the largest in the Penebel district. So far, the production of purebred chicken eggs has been used to meet the people's need for eggs and sold to markets. The training and mentoring provided for community service aim to invite people to increase creativity and innovate with chicken egg products produced by making salted eggs. These training and mentoring activities include training on making salted eggs from chicken eggs, demonstrations and practice of making salted eggs, tips on branding the salted eggs produced, and assistance in marketing the products. The benefits that can be obtained from this training and mentoring are the creation of other types of superior products from Jatiluwih village, namely salted eggs from chicken eggs and being able to increase the income of the Jatiluwih village community. The strategic target of this training and mentoring activity is PKK Jatiluwih village women with 20 participants. The expected output is the creation of salted egg products from chicken eggs which will become one of the superior products of Jatiluwih village, Penebel District, Tabanan.

Abstract

Seaweed has long been known as a type of marine plant that has economic value and is widely used in cosmetics, food, industrial, and other industries. Seaweed is mostly processed in dry form after going through the drying process or processed into ready-to-eat foods, such as lunkhead, sweets, and drinks. The number of seaweed cultivation groups in Ped village is 8 (eight) groups with a total of about 120 members. This activity was able to attract attention and interest as well as the participation of at least 29 people from the total number of members of seaweed farmers in Ped Village, Nusa Penida District, Klungkung. This entrepreneurial training for making seaweed lunkhead aims to increase the creativity and entrepreneurial interest of seaweed farmers in diversifying seaweed processed products so that they are able to provide added value and economic value for seaweed processed products, and ultimately increase the income of seaweed farmers in Indonesia. Ped village, Nusa Penida district. The expected outcome of this outreach and entrepreneurship training for making seaweed lunkhead is that seaweed farmers are able to make seaweed lunkhead products as one of the processed products that are ready to be marketed and consumed. The method of implementing this community service activity is the method of providing counseling, in the form of exposing material about the potential and benefits of seaweed, and training on practical skills in making seaweed lunkhead which is given directly to seaweed farmers.

Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to explain The Value of Pancasila in Foundation Financial Accountability Practices. Financial accountability is a demand that attempts tonot only ensure that fiancial governance is well effiient, but also to create public trust. The compilation and submission of fiancial reports is one approach of applying fiancialaccountability procedures in a non-profi organization that engages with the public. Through the phenomenological approach, it is found that applications of the teaching of God, Human Value, Spirit of Unity, Spirit of Collaborative, and Justice that constitute Pancasila’s spirit also inspire the Foundation’s spirit of accountability implementation.

Abstract

Keadaan topografi desa Meliling merupakan daerah pertanian dengan iklim kemarau dan hujan. Mata pencaharian masyarakatnya adalah bertani dan beternak dengan jumlah terbesar, dilanjutkan pedagang maupun industri rumah tangga lainnya. Selain sebagai petani, beberapa rumah tangga memiliki kemampuan dalam industri rumah tangga yang berkembang di kecamatan Kerambitan adalah menjahit kebaya tradisional. Industri rumah tangga penjahit kebaya dilakukan oleh kedua mitra yaitu Ibu Kadek Ari Asih sebagai mitra 1 (Desa Meliling kawan, kecamatan Kerambitan, Tabanan) dan Ibu Wayan Sri Asih sebagai mitra 2 (Jl. Wagimin No 21 A Kediri, kecamatan Tabanan, Tabanan). Selama proses diskusi terdapat kendala yang mereka hadapi. Antara lain: kurangnya alat jarit untuk mendukung kegiatan produksi, tidak ada ide untuk menciptakan model baru dalam pengembangan variasi motif produk kebaya, pengemasan produk masih tergolong biasa dengan pembungkus plastik tanpa merek dagang, belum memiliki kemampuan dalam manajemen keuangan yang masih bersifat tradisional sehingga jumlah pengeluaran maupun pemasukan tidak jelas dan terpenting manajemen pemasaran dengan melibatkan teknologi agar pemasaran makin luas. Kemudian kedua mitra juga ingin mengembangkan produksi produk kebaya modern dengan sasaran anak muda agar lebih bervariasi dan tidak monoton. Prosedur kerja dari kegiatan pengabdian ini terdapat tiga bentuk kerja utama yang dimulai dari sosialisasi kegiatan, kemudian peningkatan kualitas dan jumlah produksi, kemasan yang lebih baik, peningkatan teknologi pemasaran, manajemen keuangan, manajemen produksi dan manajemen pemasaran. Hasil pengabdian terdapat peningkatan dalam proses produksi, peningkatan pendapatan, desain kemasan produk lebih menarik dan memiliki website agar pemasaran lebih luas.

Abstract

The success of an individual to become an entrepreneur is highly dependent on the entrepreneurial interest that the individual has. The role of entrepreneurs is needed by a country because it also determines the success of national development. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, motivation and the environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship at universities in Denpasar City. This research is an associative study or research and is carried out on students who come from colleges equivalent to private universities in Denpasar City. The research population is students from six universities in the city of Denpasar, with a total of 225 students as respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed online. The method of data analysis is descriptive and inferential. The results or research findings are the positive and significant influence of entrepreneurship education on motivation and interest in entrepreneurship. The environment has no significant effect on motivation, but has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Artikel ini mencoba menggambarkan praktik transpransi pada pengelolaan ritual upacara di Pura Ulun Danu Batur. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif, artikel ini menjelaskan adanya pengungkapan dan penyediaan informasi keuangan yang dijalankan oleh Pengempon Pura pada saat Upacara Ngusaba Kadasa sebagai bagian dari penerapan tata kelola organisasi yang baik. Transparansi aktivitas keuangan yang dijalankan tersebut setidaknya menjadi sebuah keunikan tersendiri bagi wajah pengelolaan Pura sebagai tempat ibadah. Artikel ini juga menunjukkan upaya pengempon untuk menampilkan keterbukaan informasi keuangan sebagai bagian dari bentuk persembahan yang tulus kepada Ida Bhatara.

Abstract

Ayurveda is one of the oldest holistic treatments in the world. Ayurveda herbal products have the potential to be developed as health products that have competitive advantages. Sustainable competitive advantage is done through strengthening brand equity, namely brand awareness, brand perceived quality, brand association, and brand loyalty. This research was conducted on consumers in the city of Denpasar, using 200 research respondents. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results showed that overall the respondents of the study both non-consumer respondents and consumer respondents had brand awareness, brand association, brand perceived quality, and good brand loyalty in Ayurveda herbal products. Where consumers' perceptions of brand awareness, brand association, brand perceived quality Ayurveda herbal products are higher than non-consumer respondents. In addition, the results of the analysis show that there are significant differences in brand association between consumers who have never consumed consumers who have consumed Ayurveda herbal products. While the perception of brand awareness and brand perceived quality did not show a significant difference in the two groups of respondents. Based on the results of these studies, developing brand equity of Ayurveda herbal products is very important to create competitive advantage. So that consumers are expected to prefer to use Ayurveda herbal products compared to other traditional medicines or modern / synthetic medical drugs that exist today.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an employee's feelings about his work, whether happy/like or not/disliked as a result of employee interaction with his work environment or as a result of employee assessment of his work. The formulation of this research problem is how the partial and simultaneous influence of self esteem, empowerment and teamwork on job satisfaction of employees of PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of self esteem, empowerment and teamwork on job satisfaction of employees of PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar with a total sample of 39 peoples. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques are validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination analysis, t test, and F test. The test results show that there is a positive and significant effect of partially self esteem on job satisfaction where values ​​are obtained Regression coefficient b1 is 0.434 and the calculated t1 value is 2.180 greater than the t-table of 1.697 with a sig value of 0.018. There is a positive and significant effect of partial empowerment on job satisfaction where the regression coefficient b2 is 0.302 and the t2-count is 3.402, greater than t-table 1.697 with a sig 0.002. There is a positive and significant effect of teamwork partially on job satisfaction where a regression coefficient of b3 is 0.309 and a t3-count of 2.194 is greater than t-table of 1.697 and a sig of 0.020. There is a positive and significant effect of self-esteem, empowerment and teamwork simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at BPR Tish in Gianyar. When seen from the results of the F-test obtained F1-count is 39.889 greater than the F-table of 2.92 and a sig value of 0,000. Based on this, PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar provides an opportunity for employees to show their abilities and competencies, give recognition and respect for their abilities and encourage the spirit of collaboration in work teams so as to create satisfaction for the work they do because what they do is successful and creates optimal results.
