Abstract

Kelompok tani Sapakek Basamo merupakan kelompok tani yang bergerak dalam penggemukan sapi potong yang ada di Kelurahan Tanah Garam Kota Solok. Kelompok tani ini memiliki anggota sebanyak 25 orang dengan kepemilikan sapi masing- masing anggotanya berkisar 1-3 ekor sapi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok mitra selama ini adalah pengelolaan kelompok dan usaha ternak yang masih sederhana, skala usaha yang masih kecil, dan belum mempunyai strategi dan program pengembangan usaha peternakan kelompok. Solusi yang akan diterapkan untuk mengatasi masalah mitra ini adalah melakukan penguatan kelompok baik manajemen organisasi, administrasi dan keuangan. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota dan motivasi peningkatan pendapatan petani diperkenalkan cara menghitung analisa usaha peternakan, dimana untuk pengelolaan sebanyak 5 ekor sapi dapat memberi keuntungan sebesar Rp. 62.675.000. Kelompok mitra juga sudah dapat menyusun beberapa strategi pengembangan usaha peternakan berdasarkan identifikasi kondisi internal dan eksternal kelompok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penguatan sosial ekonomi kelompok tani ini adalah dengan penyuluhan dan FGD (Fokus Group Discussion).

Abstract

Solok Regency is one of the taro producing areas, one of which is in Tanah Sirah Nagari Koto Anau. Farmers in this area have cultivated a lot of taro plants. Taro plants in this area have also been processed into taro chips, as is done by the Khalista household business. This study aims to determine the strategies that can be used for the Khalista taro chips household business in developing its business. The research was conducted using the case study method. The data collected is in the form of primary and secondary data. Sampling of farmers using the Simple Random Sampling technique and samples were taken as many as 31 people or 40% of the 78 people (population). Data analysis used is SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the Khalista Talas Chips household business, it is known that the Khalista Talas Chips Home Industry has been established since 2015 and continues to produce until now. This business, which is managed by simple management, continues to grow, producing processed products made from taro plants which are purchased from farmers around the location. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the position of the Khalista Taro Chips home industry business in Lembang Jaya District, Solok Regency is in quadrant I with coordinates (0.84; 1.21), with the strategy formulation being S-O (Aggressive Strategy). This strategy uses internal strengths by taking advantage of external opportunities.

Abstract

According to PP 11 of 2021, Village-Owned Enterprises, hereinafter referred to as Village BUM, are legal entities established by villages and/or together with villages to manage businesses, utilize assets, develop investment and productivity, provide services, and/or provide other types of businesses for the maximum welfare of the village community. BUM-Nag is a form of alternative business entity that needs special attention and is developed to improve the nagari economy, with the aim that the birth of Bum-Nag can create new economic resources for Nagari that are used for the economic welfare of the Nagari people. The service activity aims to contribute thoughts and counseling on strengthening the BUM-Nag institution as a form of effort in improving the nagari economy. Service activities were carried out in Nagari Koto Laweh, Lembang Jaya District, Solok Regency. Community service uses the Group Discussion Forum (FGD) method, assistance and counseling carried out by delivering BUMNag Institutional material by UMMY Solok Lecturers. The result to be achieved in this service activity is to improve science, understanding and and the ability or capacity of Nagari's apparatus to strengthen the institution and management of BUM-Nag as a form of efforts to improve the Nagari economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pemasaran Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L) di Nagari Paninggahan Kecamatan Junjung Sirih Kabupaten Solok” bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemasaran bawang merah dan permasalahan yang dihadapi petani bawang merah di Nagari Paninggahan Kecamatan Junjung Sirih. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Simple Random Sampling (acak sederhana), yaitu 10 persen dari sejumlah 441 populasi yang ada di Nagari Paninggahan Kecamatan Junjung Sirih. Saluran pemasaran bawang merah yang terdapat di daerah penelitian secara umum hanya terdapat dua pola saluran pemasaran yaitu Saluran I yang melibatkan petani, pedagang pengumpul, pedagang antardaerah, pedagang pengecer, dan konsumen.Kemudian saluran II yang melibatkan petani, pedagang antardaerah, pedagang pengecer, dan konsumen. Harga yang diterima petani pada saluran pemasaran I sebesar Rp26.000 dan saluran pemasaran II sebesar Rp28.000 dengan margin pemasaran masing-masing saluran sebesar Rp6.000 dan Rp4.000 dari harga yang dibayar konsumen. Jika dilihat bagian yang diterima petani pada saluran pemasaran I yaitu 81.25% dan saluran ke II 87,5%. Total biaya pemasaran pada saluran I yaitu Rp1.615 (5,05%) dan terendah pada saluran pemasaran II Rp455 (1,42%).  Dilihat dari rasio margin pemasaran dengan biaya pemasaran yang tertinggi pada saluran II yaitu 7,7912 dan terendah pada saluran I yaitu 2,7152. Permasalahan yang dihadapi petani bawang merah di Nagari Paninggahan adalah rendahnya produksi yang dihasilkan oleh petani karena tingginya serangan hama, penyakit, dan pengaruh iklim dengan adanya kabut. Permasalahan utama terkait pemasaran adalah tingkat harga jual bawang yang tidak stabil atau adanya fluktuasi harga yang tidak menentu

Abstract

The respondents used in this research were the purpose sampling method and simple random sampling. The number of samples taken was 20% of the population of farmer groups, so the total sample was 84 farmers. The analysis technique in this research uses a qualitative descriptive research type using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research results show that in improving the welfare of farmers, farmer groups act as learning class units, cooperation units and production and farming units which have a very good impact on the farmer groups themselves. The problem faced by farmers as a learning unit is that there are still farmer groups participating in groups. As a cooperative unit, the division of tasks within farmer groups is not realized properly. As a production and farming unit, the farming process is disrupted by weather and unsupportive farming facilities.
