Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Mengetahui Profil dan Mekanisme Kerja di UPTD Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan (PPI) Popoh, 2) Pengaruh variabel-variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (Bukti Fisik, Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, dan Empati) terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, 3) Mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh Dominan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan analisis deskriptif  kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan purposive sampel untuk responden pelaksana UPTD. Sedangkan random sampling untuk mendapatkan responden dari nelayan (pelanggan). Instrumen Penelitian berdasarkan skala sematic dengan pemberian skor. Analisa data menggunakan fungsi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Unit  Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) adalah unsur pelaksana Dinas dalam melasanakan fungsi pelayanan di bidang Kelautan dan Perikanan yang meliputi Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan Popoh (PPI Popoh). Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan yaitu Bukti Fisik (X1), Keandalan (X2), Daya Tanggap (X3), Jaminan (X4), dan Empati (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil uji t diketahui bahwa t hitung < t tabel pada variabel Bukti Fisik (X1), Keandalan (X2), Daya Tanggap (X3) dan Jaminan (X5). Sedangkan Variabel Empati (X5) diketahui t hitung (2,816) > t tabel (2,064),  kesimpulannya yaitu variabel empati berpengaruh sangat nyata dan merupakan fakor yang paling dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.     Kata Kunci :  Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

Rajungan (Portunus pelagicus) is sea crab which found on Indonesia waters. Rajungan also kind of fisheries comodity which have important economic value and high enough in Indonesia. This research doing for knowing supply chain of Rajungan from upstream to downstream at Pangkah Wetan Village’s Ujungpangkah District, Gresik. Method of research used descriptive with qualitative approach. Number of sample used amount 50 respondents therefore can be said sampling is full. Method of collected data using interview, observe, documentation, and literature review. Method of data analysis used describtive qualitative and enhanced with triangulasi. Result of analysis supply chain research rajungan comodities produced by researchers are there supplu chain’s flow where the difference is when fishermans borrow to their boss and fisherman who determining to own money. The member who run activitiy is fisherman, the large scale traders, the large scale traders large and companies. Market share of rajungan is great demand in international market likes United State of America, Singapore, China, Japan, and others. The trust among partners and making fisherman-company’s contract  deals is urgenly needed for advantages to both sides.

Abstract

This research to analyze alternative policies could be done to improve the income of seaweed farmers. The method is survey. Analysis of the data used simulation analysis policy. From the results, alternative policies could be done: a). rising labor costs 15%, the addition of one year of experience and the addition of long talus 15%, b). the addition of one year of experience, the addition of one year of education, and increasing the length of the talus 15%, c). rising labor costs 15%, the addition of one year of experience and the addition of one year of education, d). rising labor costs 15% and improving sanitation 5%, and e). the addition of one year of experience, the addition of one year of education and the addition of 5% level of cleanliness. The suggestions: a). to take the policy in a way to rising labor costs 15%, the addition of one year of experience and a 15% increase in length talus together, b). seaweed farmers need to be tested first, in order to determine the level of success of the policy alternatives, c). in the future the policy makers can simulate their own policy by using existing software. Keywords: Simulation, seaweed, aquaculture, policy, development

Abstract

Farm Fish Booster Centre is one of the business actor in Indonesia whom focus on cultivation  and catfish manufacture that named as healthy catfish booster. The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of satisfaction and consumer loyalty toward healthy catfish booster purchasing. Research method that used is descriptive with quantitative approach. The number of samples that usedare 100 respondents who determined by slovin formula. The method of collecting data by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Satisfaction variables indicators consist of the performance and interests: brand, price, taste, clean from foreign objects, ease of finding the products, packaging design, the availability of halal guarantee, the availability of the expired date, shelf life of the product and sale locations. Loyalty variables indicators consist of price, habit, satisfaction, likes and loyal to the brand. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, importance performace analysis (IPA) and customer satisfaction index (CSI). The results of this study showed that customer satisfaction towards every attribute the highest one is attribute flavor (91,04%) while lowest attribute is the availability of expiration date (33.05%). Consumer overall stated are quite satisfied with the value of CSI (64.4%) towards healthy catfish booster. The degree of consumer loyalty are weak classified, 73% of consumers classified as a switcher buyer. Keywords: satisfaction, consumer, loyalty, lele boster
