Abstract

AbstractThe House is one of the primary requirements for the community. But sometimes to get information on home ideals must take that much because of the need to visit the offices of developer the related needs and income. Problems of information and time is less effective make the researcher wants to help people who want to get information about housing so there is no need to leave the Office only requires internet access so that everyone who wants to buy a home can get the information detail, because on the web developer developer gathering designed in the field in one of the web so that people who want to have a home can look, choose, which corresponds to a location location, price, specs and a home equipped with galleries. This is because the activities of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is still traditional. The absence of an organized marketing well, many industrial developers who do marketing and consumer saving data offline. In this research will be an application of Customer Relationship Management to marketing. Consumer relationship should be done with a web media with a variety of on-site CRM. So consumers will be comfortable in the update information.AbstrakRumah merupakan salah satu yang sudah menjadi kebutuhan primer untuk masyarakat. Tetapi terkadang untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang rumah idaman harus memakan waktu yang banyak karena harus mengunjungi kantor-kantor developer yang terkait yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan pendapatan. Permasalahan informasi yang kurang dan waktu yang kurang efektif membuat peneliti ingin membantu masyarakat yang ingin mendapatkan informasi tentang perumahan sehingga tidak perlu meninggalkan kantor hanya membutuhkan akses internet sehingga setiap orang yang ingin membeli rumah bisa mendapatkan informasi yang detail, karena pada web yang dirancang mengumpulkan developer developer dikota padang dalam satu web sehingga masyarakat yang ingin mempunyai rumah bisa melihat, memilih, yang sesuai dengan lokasi yang strategis, harga, spesifikasi rumah dan dilengkapi dengan galeri. Hal ini disebabkan karena kegiatan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang masih traditional. Tidak adanya pemasaran yang terorganisasi secara baik, Banyak Pelaku industri developer yang melakukan pemasaran dan menyimpan data konsumen secara konvensional. Dalam Penelitian ini akan dibangun suatu aplikasi Customer Relationship Manajemen untuk pemasaran. Hubungan dengan konsumen akan dilakukan dengan suatu media web dengan berbagai fasilitas CRM. Sehingga konsumen akan nyaman dalam update informasi.

In this study, the competitiveness of the tourism industry can be measured Use four indicators to measure competitiveness World Tourism Organization (WTO), namely Human Tourism Index (HTI), Infrastructure Development Index (IDI), Environmental Index (EI), Open Index (OI)). Secondary school data. The analytical method used in this study is tourism competitiveness index. Analysis shows that the 8th tourism industry competitiveness Indicator variable IDI (Infrastructure Development Index) environmental indicators (EI) indicates that this value is highly competitive, while other indicators have .low Competitiveness.

Abstract

Saat pandemi covid-19 seperti ini, mengakibatkan proses pembelajaran tatap muka langsung di kelas tidak mungkin dilakukan. Maka sangat perlu dibuatkan sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh atau sistem daring. Namun pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada pendidikan di SD Yayasan Dar El Iman – Padang ini masih mengalami berbagai kendala dengan sistem pendidikan yang konvesional yaitu tersedianya ruang komunikasi yang sangat terbatas dalam menjalankan proses belajar-mengajar dan melaksanakan PBM daring hanya dengan menggunakan aplikasi Whatsapp, sehingga diperlukan pemanfaatan teknologi secara optimal dalam menunjang pelaksanaan pendidikan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan adalah dengan penerapan pembelajaran secara online yaitu dengan konsep e-learning. Konsep yang dikenal dengan sebutan e-learning ini membawa pengaruh terjadinya proses transformasi pendidikan konvesional ke bentuk digital, baik secara isi dan sistemnya. Dalam kegiatan ini penulis melakukan metode pelatihan, demonstrasi, praktik dan pendampingan dalam penerapan e-learning yaitu menggunakan google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran. Dengan adanya e-learning ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keefektifan, pemahaman serta pengetahuan dan ketarampilan guru dalam menggunakan sistem pembelajaran online pada sekolah SD Yayasan Dar El Iman – Padang.

Abstract

Gouty arthritis or gout is a type of joint disease that occurs due to uric acid levels that are too high in the blood. Under normal conditions, uric acid dissolves in the blood and passes through the urine. But under certain conditions, the body can produce uric acid in excessive amounts or experience a disruption in removing excess uric acid, so that uric acid accumulates in the body. Following this, a system is created that is able to provide patients with information like Gout by using methods forward chaining. This system is built using research and development methods that point to output in the form of expert system applications with the reading of the data carried out in forward chaining.

Abstract

Gastroenteritis is a digestive system disorder in the form of inflammation of the digestive system involving the stomach and small intestine. Gastroenteritis is usually called a stomach bug, gastro, or stomach virus. Although it has no connection with influenza, it is often referred to as stomach flu. Gastroenteritis is the most common digestive problem in children. Severe gastroenteritis will cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalance, this is caused by body fluids lost through diarrhea or vomiting. This system is a prototype and made as simple as possible, so that users can easily use it and redesign this expert system for other types. Because Because there are still many parents who do not know the symptoms of a disease. So an expert system was made that could diagnose early in gastroenteritis. By using a web-based forward chaining method, using this expert system, Gastroenteritis can be identified by looking at symptoms that can explain and describe whether a child is suspected of having a Gastroenteritis.

Abstract

The issue of poverty is a classic humanitarian problem and a solution needs to be found. In Indonesia, the causes of poverty itself are also diverse, including an inadequate minimum wage, a large number of family members and increased unemployment due to the difficulty in finding jobs. Not only in urban areas, the problem of poverty is even more so in regions or villages. Therefore, an integrated effort is needed to overcome this problem. As an effort to accelerate poverty reduction, since 2017 the government has implemented the Family Hope Program (PKH). In order to be right on target in distributing aid, an expert system was designed to determine the recipients of this regional assistance. With the existence of an expert system for determining regional aid recipients for poor families in the Family Hope Program (PKH), it will improve services for poor families to have access and make good use of social services such as health, education, food and nutrition, care, assistance, and various other social protection programs. This research was also conducted to minimize misunderstandings that occurred in the community in deciding the criteria for receiving regional assistance according to the conditions of the recipient. Then the results of the analysis are applied in an application design that is able to make decisions consistently, quickly, precisely and has the percentage needed in making the final decision using the Visual Basic programming language and the MySQL database
