Abstract

Background: Pulmonary TB is an infectious disease caused by mycobacterium tuborkulosis and is contagious. The family of pulmonary TB patients plays a very important role in the transmission of pulmonary TB disease. Preliminary data collection shows that four out of five (80%) families of pulmonary TB sufferers so far have gained knowledge about the transmission of pulmonary TB, but in their daily use personal protective equipment is rarely used. The family said they rarely wear masks because they feel fine without the masks, the family also feels wearing masks will hurt the feelings of people with pulmonary TB.Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy on preventive measures for transmission of patients with pulmonary TB.Methods: This study used a quasy experiment research design with a non-randomized control group design pretest-posttest approach. The sample in this study was the family of pulmonary TB patients at UPTD Puskesmas Puhjarak Kediri who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The independent variable of this study was Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and the dependent variable was family preventive measures. The instrument used to measure preventive measures for pulmonary TB transmission is a questionnaire which contains 12 questions, and for the independent variable of memory therapy is SAK research. The research data were processed using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test and Mann-Whitney. Alternative hypotheses are accepted if p <0.05.Results: The results showed that the Mann Whitney test results in the treatment and control groups at the time of the pretest showed a value of p = 0.690 and at the posttest was p = 0.000. Wilcoxon signed rank test results show in the treatment group after treatment p = 0.005, while in the control group when posttest was p = 0.317.Conclusion: The results of the assessment of preventive measures for pulmonary TB transmission between the treatment group and the control group after the implementation of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy showed that there were differences in the value of preventive measures for pulmonary TB transmission between the treatment group and the control group after receiving Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy

Abstract

Abstrak : Latar Belakang : Anak berusia preschool dengan sibling rivalry mengalami negative emotionality yang sangat mempengaruhi kualitas hubungan secara internalisasi dengan saudara kandung, sehingga harus di upayakan terjalin secara adaptif untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan sosial di tahap perkembangan selanjutnya. Tujuan : Sistematik review ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak sibling rivalry terhadap permasalahan emosional pada anak preschool. Methode : Sistematik review ini dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi literatur pada artikel ilmiah yang telah dipublikasikan antara tahun 2012-2021 di database internasional di Google Scholar, PubMed, Scient Direct dan Spinger. Pencarian juga dilakukan melalui google search dan juga portal e-resource di Indonesia. Seleksi dilakukan dengan PRISMA flowdiagram. Setelah diperoleh 20 artikel yang relevan untuk dianalisis menjadi sistematik review. Hasil : Dampak sibling rivalry pada anak usia preschool mengalami permasalahan kejiwaan psikososial hubungan interaksi kehangatan atau kedekatan, keberpihakan orang tua, persaingan, regresi kegelisahan, antagonisme, perubahan dan perilaku negative. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan fakta tersebut sebagai deteksi dini dampak sibling rivalry pada anak usia pra school sebagai antisipatif dampak negative dari persaingan saudara kandung dan meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional pada anak usia preschool sehingga dapat meningkatkan status kesehatan mental pada anak usia pra school. ABSTRACT : Background: The Preschool children sibling rivalry experiences negative emotionality which greatly affects the quality of internalized relationships with siblings, so efforts must be made to establish adaptively to improve social skills next development stage. Objective: This systematic review aimed to identify the impact of sibling rivalry on emotional problems in preschool children. Method: This systematic review began by identifying the literature on scientific articles that have been published between 2012-2021 in international databases in Google Scholar, PubMed, Scient Direct and Springer. Searches were also carried out through google search and also e-resource portals in Indonesia. The selection had by the PRISMA flow diagram. After obtaining 20 relevant articles to be analyzed into a systematic review. Results: The impact of sibling rivalry on preschool children experienced psychosocial psychological problems in the interaction of warmth or closeness, parental alignment, competition, anxiety regression, antagonism, change and negative behaviour. Conclusion: Based on these facts as early detection impact sibling rivalry in preschool children as an anticipatory negative impact sibling competition and increasing emotional intelligence in preschool children so as to improve mental health status to preschool children. Abstract

This study aim to examine the relationship of knowledge discuss between nurses and leaders in the effectiveness of implementing nursing care. This type of research is descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach, with sampling by cluster sampling, and obtained a sample of 80 respondents. Research data were collected by questionnaire and observation form by researchers. The results of the study found the significance value of knowledge discuss to effectiveness nursing care is p = 0.002 which can be interpreted that there is a relationship between knowledge discuss to effectiveness nursing care by supervision , with a percentage of the opportunity to influence by 51%. Nursing care is the main service in the hospital that must be maintained quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between academic guidance by lecturers and nursing students' burnout syndrome. The type of this study was descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach involved 79 respondents selected by total sampling of nursing students who have passed the clinical practice period. The research data then analyzed with linear regression test with a significance level of p <0.05.The study found the significance value of academic guidance with burnout syndrome of nursing students is p = 0.000 with 76 % chance of influence. Intensive academic guidance by lecturers needed to determine the academic and psychological conditions of students in nursing education greatly helps students to be more resilient and regain optimism in completing the study period so as to reduce the burnout syndrome of nursing students

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Usia anak prasekolah berada pada fase tahap perkembangan praoperasional untuk pembentukan dasar mental dan emosionalnya. Periode ini anak sensitive menerima stimulus di lingkungannya Sehingga anak yang memiliki saudara kandung rentan mengalami sibling rivalry yaitu tidak stabil mengendalikan emosi dapat mempengaruhi ketidakstabilan motivasi belajar berdampak potensi intelektual menurun. Maka peran orang tua diperlukan mencegah dampak negative dari sibling rivalry. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat sibling rivalry dengan pengetahuan orang tua dan perkembangan pada anak prasekolah Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang mempunyai anak bersekolah di Taman Kanak-kanak Pembina Kediri dengan jumlah 85 orang yang diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Sibling rivalry merupakan variabel independen. Pengetahuan dan tingkat perkembangan merupakan variabel terikat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sibling rivalry dan kuesioner pengetahuan yang telah valid dan reliabel, serta standar baku kuesioner pra skrining perkembangan (KPSP). Analisis data menggunakan Spearman-rho. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat sibling rivalry memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan pengetahuan (r=0,405, ρ value = 0,027) dan tingkat perkembangan (r=0,722, ρ value = 0,000). Diskusi: Orang tua yang memiliki beberapa anak yang salah satunya berusia prasekolah berpotensi mengalami sibling rivalry maka disarankan memperhatikan pengetahuan aspek psikologis untuk menstimulasi perkembangan anak supaya tetap optimal. Abstract

Anak usia sekolah merupakan generasi masa depan bangsa, sehingga diperlukan ketahanan dan kesehatan mental yang optimal supaya anak produktif sesuai dengan fase perkembangan industry. Jika hal tersebut tidak dilakukan maka akan mengalami gangguan perkembangan psikososial. Saat ini masih banyak keluarga di komunitas yang belum memahami mengenai cara menstimulasi perkembangan anak usia sekolah pada beberapa jenis perkembangan seperti motorik, kognitif dan bahasa, emosi dan kepribadian, moral dan spiritual, serta psikososial. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk menstimulasi anak usia sekolah pada perkembangan industry secara optimal melalui pendekatan terapi kelompok terapeutik (TKT) usia anak sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga tahap adalah tahap persiapan, pelaksaanaan tindakan TKT yang terdiri dari lima (5) sesi dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan mayoritas peserta terjadi peningkatan tingkat perkembangan dengan baik pada anak usia sekolah setelah dilakukan TKT. Oleh karena itu, terapi kelompok terapeutik direkomendasikan sebagai promosi untuk menstimulasi perkembangan secara optimal yang mempengaruhi pada kesehatan jiwa anak usia sekolah pada tatanan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa di masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstrak  Keadaan kesehatan anak sekolah dasar akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas dan prestasi belajar anak. Kemudahan akses informasi dalam hal apapun dewasa ini, membuat anak-anak banyak menerima berbagai hal dari media, baik informasi yang bersifat konstruktif dan mendidik, maupun informasi yang bersifat destruktif. Salah satu hoaks yang banyak tersebar di media sosial ialah informasi tentang kesehatan. Menurut survei yang dilakukan oleh peneliti terdahulu, sebanyak 90% lebih informasi tentang kesehatan yang tersebar di media sosial memiliki sumber yang tidak jelas dan tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Information Literacy adalah salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap orang tanpa terkecuali anak usia sekolah dasar. Program literasi kesehatan anak usia sekolah dasar bertajuk KIDSTERATION yang digagas oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat STIKES Pamenang dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan melalui keterampilan siswa sekolah dasar dalam berliterasi kesehatan melalui rangkaian kegiatan yang menarik disesuaikan dengan tugas perkembangan anak usia sekolah dasar yaitu membangun keterampilan membaca dan hidup sehat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi teaching tentang literasi dan kesehatan,, read and explain, focus group discussion, study lapangan dan evaluating yang ditujukan pada siswa kelas 3 dan 4 MI Roudlotul Mubtadiin Bendo Pare. Peningkatan pengetahuan dapat diketahui dari hasil pre post test dimana didapatkan hasil peningkatan pengetahuan rerata sebanyak 30%. Dengan adanya perubahan pengetahuan, terbentuknya struktur organisasi, jadwal kegiatan, serta beberapa kerjasama keberlanjutan program, diharapkan program KIDSTERATION dapat terlaksana semaksimal mungkin sebagai program percontohan literasi kesehatan anak usia sekolah dasar untuk mewujudkan anak Indonesia yang sehat. The ease of access to information in any case today has made children receive a lot of things from the media, both constructive and educational information, as well as destructive information. One of the many hoaxes spread on social media is information about health. According to a survey conducted by previous researchers, as much as 90% of information about health spread on social media has unclear and unaccountable sources. Information Literacy is one of the skills that must be owned by everyone, without exception for elementary school-age children. The health literacy program for elementary school-aged children entitled KIDSTERATION which was initiated by the Pamenang STIKES community service team was implemented to increase knowledge through the skills of elementary school students in health literacy through a series of interesting activities adapted to the developmental tasks of elementary school-age children, namely building reading skills and healthy living. Methods for implementing this community service activity include teaching about literacy and health, read and explain, focus group discussions, field studies and evaluating aimed at grades 3 and 4 MI Roudlotul Mubtadiin Bendo Pare. The increase in knowledge can be seen from the results of the pre post test where the results of an increase in knowledge are obtained by 30%. With changes in knowledge, the formation of an organizational structure, a schedule of activities, and several collaborations for program sustainability, it is hoped that the KIDSTERATION program can be implemented as fully as possible as a pilot program for elementary school-aged children's health literacy to create  healthy Indonesian children.  Keywords : Literacy, Health Literacy, Elementary School Age Children's Health

Abstract

Abstrak Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita dengan tanda tinggi badannya berada di bawah standar. Stunting mempunyai dampak yang buruk pada anak jika tidak segera ditangani. Kader merupakan salah satu unsur pendukung keberhasilan dalam pemantauan pertumbuhan balita. Sehingga kader perlu untuk selalu mendapatkan edukasi untuk diteruskan ke masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran kader balita dalam penatalaksanaan stunting dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang stunting. Kegiatan dilaksanakan tanggal 14-15 Juni 2023 di Kelurahan Kaliombo Kota Kediri, dengan sasaran 44 kader balita. Kegiatan hari pertama berupa pendidikan kesehatan melalui media power point dengan materi stunting dan peran kader posyandu serta membagikan booklet kepada kader balita. Kegiatan hari kedua berupa kunjungan ke rumah keluarga dengan anak stunting bersama dengan kader balita, bidan desa, dan petugas Puskesmas Kota Wilayah Selatan Kediri. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner dengan hasil baik untuk peran kader balita. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terhadap kader balita dapat meningkatkan peran dan fungsi kader balita di Kelurahan Kaliombo Kota Kediri. Penalaksanaan stunting membutuhkan kader yang memiliki pengetahuan, pemahaman, keterampilan dan berperan aktif dalam melaksanakan perannya. Kata kunci: Peran, Kader, Balita, Stunting Abstract Stunting is a condition of failure to grow in children under five years old whose height was below standard. Stunting harms children if it is not treated immediately. Cadre is one of the supporters of success in monitoring the growth of children. So that cadres need to always get education for things related to the community. This community service activity aims to optimize the role of toddler cadres in the management of stunting through increased knowledge about stunting. The activity was held on August 14-15, 2023, at Kaliombo Village Kediri City, targeting 44 toddler cadres. On the first day, this activity is in the form of health education in powerpoint, the material presented was about stunting and the role of posyandu cadres and distributing booklets to toddler cadres. The second day's activities consisted of visiting the homes of families with stunted children together with toddler cadres, village midwives, and officers at the City Health Center in the Southern Region of Kediri. Evaluation of community service activities has used a questionnaire with good results for the roles of toddler cadres. The community service activity to toddler cadres can optimize the role and function of toddler cadres at Kaliombo Village Kediri City. Abstract

Remaja merupakan masa tansisi dari anak-anak menuju dewasa. Remaja suatu periode yang kritis, serta dimulainya eksplorasi terhadap hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan seksual dan romantisme. Tanpa dibekali dengan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi yang baik, akan ada banyak masalah kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja termasuk remaja akan cenderung berperilaku seksual berisiko. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahun remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi melalui edukasi kesehatan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masayarakat ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, diantaranya persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan tanggal 13 Agustus 2023 di Desa Sambirobyong Kabupaten Kediri, sasaran 16 remaja. Kegiatan berupa pendidikan kesehatan melalui media power point dan video edukasi dengan materi defnisi dan klasifikasi remaja, perubahan pada remaja, cara menjaga kebersihan organ reproduksi, serta masalah-masalah kesehatan reproduksi. Evaluasi kegiatan edukasi kesehatan dilakukan dengan memberikan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui dampak kegiatan edukasi kesehatan yang dilakukan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja, yaitu didapatkan data sebelum edukasi nilai mean 65 dan sesudah edukasi nilai mean 81,87. Dengan pengetahuan yang baik diharapkan dapat meminimalkan perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja sehingga angka pernikahan dini juga menurun. Adolescence was a critical period, and it was the beginning of concerning sexual and romanticism. Without good reproductive health knowledge, there were more problems of reproductive health in adolescents that related to sexual behavior. This community service activity aims to increase adolescents’s knowledge about reproductive health through health education. The methods of community service activity were preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The activity was held on August 13, 2023, at Sambirobyong Village, Kediri Regency, targeting 16 adolescents. This activity is in the form of health education in PowerPoint and an educational video with material on the definition and classification of adolescents, changes in adolescents, how to maintain the cleanliness of reproductive organs, and reproductive health problems. Evaluation of community service activities has used a questionnaire by giving pre-tests and post-tests to determine the impact of health education. Health education through community service activity to adolescents can increase knowledge, the data obtained before education has a mean value of 65 and after education the mean value is 81,87. Good knowledge can minimize risky sexual behavior in teenagers so that the rate of early marriage also decreases.  Keywords: reproductive health, knowledge  adolescen
