Abstract

Background: PP and PL kemenkes directorate RI reported cumulative cases HIV/AIDS in Indonesia since it was first discovered in 1987 until31 December 2012 amounted to 98.390 cases and 45.499 cases of HIV/AIDS, with new cases in 2012 as many as 21.511 people HIV, AIDS 5.686 man and 1.146 people died. West Java was ranked 4th out of 33 provinces in Indonesia by number of cases of HIV and AIDS as many as 7.157 cases of 4.098.  The prevalence of HIV/AIDS in Karawang, West Java increased sharply, AIDS Prevention Commission Report (KPA) Karawang the patients of HIV/AIDS as many as 283 people from the age of 15-30 years. Objective: To know  the characteristics of respondents by sex and age, as well as reveal the respondents knowledge about the prevention of HIV/AIDS. Methods:Research conducted was descriptive research that is done in SMK AL-Hurriyyah Karawang with 54 samples. Results:The characteristics showed that most  respondents by sex as much as 37 respondents were women(68.5%) and by the age of 16-18 years of age were 53 respondents (98.1%). While the respondents knowledgeabout the prevention of HIV/AIDS the most categories is the less category as many as 47 respondents (87%) and category ample much as 7 respondents (13%). Conclusion:Knowledge about the prevention of HIV/AIDS among adolescents in SMK Al-Hurriyyah in less category.Keywords: Knowledge, Youth SMK Al-Hurriyyah, Prevention of HIV/AIDS.

Abstract

Based on a brief survey conducted by the author to 40 lecturers at FIKES UNSIKA (Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang) on September 5, 2022, it was found that the number of lecturers who had never written scientific publications indexed by Scopus and WoS was 17 lecturers (43.6%). And in an effort to reduce these problems, it is necessary to socialize and educate about research publications in international journals in the form of workshop activities. Evaluation of participants in scientific writing workshop activities for internationally reputable journals was carried out using pre-test and post-test methods. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, it is known that the participants' knowledge has increased overall. And overall the evaluation of the workshop participants' assessment related to the evaluation of organizing activities is good and very good. The participants' suggestions for organizing workshop activities in the future so that they can be scheduled regularly, continuously, and continuously and it is hoped that in the future they will hold a journal article clinic with one on one coaching until submitting the manuscript. Abstract

According to BPJS Kesehatan data, the number of health facilities that cooperate with BPJS Kesehatan does not necessarily increase, even in 2019 the achievements of the FKRTL that work together have decreased, even though every year NHI participants have increased. BPJS Kesehatan continues to try to optimize the NHI’s system so that the benefits can be felt by participants and health facilities as providers, one of which is an increase in hospital visits. This study aims to determine the effect of cooperation with BPJS Kesehatan on the number of hospital visits in Indonesia. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross-sectional study design. The research samples were all hospitals in Indonesia that were designated as referral hospitals and other hospitals were sampled using a sample size calculation. The selected sample was 532 hospitals. The statistical test results obtained a value of p = 0.0001 for all independent variables so that there was a significant difference in the average number of emergency patients, number of inpatients, number of outpatient visits, and number of laboratory visits between hospitals cooperating with BPJS Kesehatan and hospitals that are not partners with BPJS Kesehatan. Thus, there is an influence between cooperation with BPJS Kesehatan on the number of hospital visits in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Kepuasan Rumah Sakit Di Indonesia Bekerja Sama Dengan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan. Data BPJS Kesehatan menyebutkan bahwa setiap tahunnya peserta JKN mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan ini, perlu diiringi dengan penambahan fasilitas kesehatan yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Namun, fasilitas kesehatan terutama rumah sakit tidak serta merta mengalami peningkatan bahkan masih mengalami penurunan dalam menjalin mitra dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan rumah sakit di Indonesia bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian mengunakan data sekunder dari Riset Fasilitas Kesehatan (Rifaskes) tahun 2019 yang dilaksanakan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Adapun sampel penelitian adalah seluruh rumah sakit di Indonesia yang ditetapkan sebagai rumah sakit rujukan, dan rumah sakit lainnya dilakukan sampling dengan menggunakan perhitungan besar sampel. Maka sampel terpilih sebanyak 456 rumah sakit. Kerangka teori penelitian dibuat berdasarkan teori kepuasan service quality (SERVQUAL) meliputi lima dimensi: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan 80,7% rumah sakit puas bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Dari 19 indikator, hasil analisis bivariat seluruh indikator berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan rumah sakit dalam bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Sedangkan indikator yang berpengaruh dalam analisis multivariat adalah beban kerja akibat pelayanan JKN sepadan dengan imbalan yang diterima oleh rumah sakit, BPJS Kesehatan mendukung peningkatan kinerja RS dalam pelaksanaan JKN, BPJS Kesehatan bersifat responsif terhadap keluhan ataupun masukan, aturan yang dibuat oleh BPJS Kesehatan tentang pembiayaan JKN dapat diterapkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Maka dimensi yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan rumah sakit bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan adalah reliability, responsiveness, dan emphaty.
