Abstract

AbstractRelationship marketing is an integrated effort to identify, maintain and build relationships with individual consumers and is continuously enforce connection in a benefit to both parties through interactive contacts, individualization which contributes added value in the long period. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is any significant relationship between Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, Emphaty, and reciprocity of the Buying Decision on Auto2000 Pluit simultaneously and partially.The data collection techniques used in this research is to conduct a field study and literature survey. Primary data was collected from 83 respondents to the questionnaire spread.Based on the results it can be concluded that the discriminant simultaneously factor Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, Emphaty, and reciprocity does not significantly influence the purchase decision. While partially Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, and Emphaty significantly influence purchase decisions and reciprocity are not only significantly influence the purchase decision .Keyword: relationship marketing, purchasing decisions, trust AbstrakRelationship marketing adalah usaha terpadu untuk mengidentifikasikan, menjaga dan membangun relasi dengan konsumen individu dan secara terus menerus menegakkan koneksi dalam manfaat untuk kedua belah pihak melalui kontak interaktif, individualisasi yang memberikan kontribusi nilai tambah dalam periode waktu yang panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan antara Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, Emphaty, dan Reciprocity terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Auto2000 Pluit  secara simultan dan parsial. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi lapangan dengan melakukan survey dan studi pustaka. Data primer dikumpulkan dari 83 responden dengan menyebar kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil diskriminan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan faktor Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, Emphaty, dan Reciprocity tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sedangkan secara parsial Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, dan Emphaty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dan hanya Reciprocity yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.Kata kunci: relationship marketing, keputusan pembelian, trust

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh online transaction experience terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada perbankan syariah, pengaruh online transaction experience terhadap kepuasan nasabah dimoderasi oleh religiusitas nasabah pada perbankan syariah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah perbankan syariah di Jakarta. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 nasabah perbankan syariah. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh online transaction experience terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada perbankan syariah, terdapat pengaruh online transaction experience terhadap kepuasan nasabah dimoderasi oleh religiusitas nasabah pada perbankan syariah. Adapun implikasi yang dapat diberikan yaitu perbankan syariah diharapkan dapat mengedepankan aspek religiusitas sebagai alat promosi. Dalam berpromosi sebaiknya bank syariah mengubah konten promosi menjadi bentuk komunikasi digital mengikuti perkembangan marketing digital. Bank syariah sudah terkenal memiliki pelayanan transaksi online dan layanan tersebut sangat menarik bagi para nasabah, selain mendapatkan layanan transaksi secara cepat, transaksi ini mudah diakses dan sesuai dengan kepentingan nasabah. Abstract

Purpose: Currently, many fake certificates or diplomas are used to apply for jobs to get a better paying job. With that said, currently certificates cannot prove a person's expertise or skills. However, some students have implemented a Blockchain system in securing their certificates so that data manipulation is minimized, but only partially. Therefore, this research aims to motivate anyone, especially students in this Blockchain system and students will get incentives from all activities that are followed by racing in Blockchain gamification concept 4.0. Study design: This study uses the Pieces method to classify a problem (problem), opportunities (opportunities), and existing directions. Data collection techniques used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires in the form of google form to respondents by involving students (n = 1129). Conclusions were analyzed with the SUS trial using a Likert scale with the cut and SUS method. Result: The results of this study are expected to Gamification in the system Blockchain can run optimally in implementation. The use of Gamification on the Alphabet Blockchain is included in the acceptable category. Value: The platform can check certificates that are not genuine.

Abstract

Kecamatan Ciledug merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang berada di kota Tangerang dengan luaswilayah tercatat seluas 8.77 km2, dan berjarak sekitar 15 km dari titik pusat kota Tangerang. Secarageografis, kecamatan Ciledug terdiri dari 8 kelurahan yaitu Kelurahan Tajur, Parung Serab,Peninggilan, Peninggilan Utara, Sudimara Selatan, Sudimara Barat, Sudimara Jaya dan SudimaraTimur dengan ibu kota kecamatan terletak di Kelurahan Sudimara Barat. Kelurahan SudimaraBarat merupakan lokasi pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat khususnya di Rt 02/013,yang masuk wilayah Perumahan Griya Kencana 2 Ciledug Tangerang. Jumlah KK di Rt 02/013berjumlah 77 KK, dan sebagian besar ibu-ibunya adalah ibu rumah tangga. Kegiatan ibu rumahtangga di luar rumah antara lain Posyandu dan Arisan bulanan, dan itupun dilakukan sebulan sekali,sehingga banyak waktu luang ibu-ibu di rumah. Untuk itu perlu dibuat suatu kegiatan untuk ibu-ibuberupa pelatihan ketrampilan yang sifatnya mempunyai nilai ekonomi. Ketrampilan tersebut tidakhanya untuk mengisi kekosongan waktu dirumah, juga bisa menghasilkan uang. Secara tidaklangsung akan menambah uang belanja bagi keluarganya, serta akan meningkatkan pendapatankeluarga. Beberapa kegiatan pelatihan ketrampilan akan dilakukan secara kelompok, artinyakegiatan ini akan dilakukan secara bersama-sama, antara lain : Pelatihan dalam rangkameningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan di kalangan ibu-ibu Kelompok PKK dan Pelatihan ManajemenUsaha yang meliputi materi pemasaran, perencanaan anggaran dan akuntansi sederhana. Padakegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini kami akan memberikan gagasan, ide dan motivasi untukmeningkatkan ketrampilan ibu-ibu yang bernilai ekonomi serta memberikan Pelatihan ManajemenUsaha (Pemasaran, Perencanaan Anggaran, Akuntansi sederhana). Dari kegiatan pengabdianmasyarakat ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kewirausahaan dan meningkatkan ketrampilan ibuibuyang bernilai ekonomi, sehingga selain bisa memanfaatkan waktu luangnya, juga bisameningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Abstract

The present study reports the comprehensive study after pandemic era in early 2024, aims to determine an effective methodical approach in exploiting the impact of thought inequality when using social media as an effort to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS (LGBT) infections. The preparation of this literature review uses the narrative literature review method by entering keywords into the PubMed, ProQuest, Wiley, CINAHL and databases of ScienceDirect. The results of the research show that the effective method used in utilizing social media in efforts to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS (LGBT) infections including Network Monitoring Systems and direct intervention. The Network Monitoring System method can analyze the scientific role of health sociology in statistical data or social change trends which are used as material considerations in formulating health promotion policies. Meanwhile, direct intervention with a comprehensive educational approach in empowering individuals, communities or groups becomes a stimulant for one is the potential to oversee health problems independently. In conclusion, both produce outputs in the form of increasing awareness in the prevention and transmission of HIV/AIDS (LGBT), healthy sexual knowledge, minimizing stigma towards HIV/AIDS sufferers, getting accurate target tracing paths, education will be provided.

Abstract

The existence of digital and online-based technologies has aided in societal upheaval. This also altered the dynamics of the education industry, allowing it to influence the growth of digitalization, which became a watershed moment in the Industrial Revolution. 4.0. Because today's learning material is relatively accessible to get through Video On Demand on the internet, the presence of formal education is beginning to gain popularity. Although, with the advent of the virtual learning paradigm, more and more institutions are providing informal education. Take advantage of this chance to give informal education for new business prospects. The researchers discovered, using Mediamorfosis Theory, that the convergence of informal education has modified the pattern of learning that is connected to technical skill for audiences who have a high level of education.

Abstract

In the Information Systems Department of Raharja University, where blended learning is used, this study intends to describe the propensity for student learning independence. Data analysis is done using percentages utilizing a descriptive quantitative methodology. There were 90 respondents in the study, which included students from the class of 2021 in the department of information systems at Raharja University. An open-ended statement-style questionnaire with a Likert scale was utilized to collect the data. According to the findings, student learning about independence is generally beneficial. Each variable indicative of learning independence yielded analytical results that fell into the group of favorable outcomes. The percentage results for each indicator are as follows: 1) independence from other people is 78%; 2) confidence is 75%; 3) disciplined behavior is 74%; 4) sense of responsibility is 78%; 5) act on own initiative is 75%; and 6) exercising self control is 76%. While using blended learning, teachers can more easily guide their students through the learning process.

Abstract

The development of the internet causes the flow of information to move quickly without knowing geographical boundaries. Likewise with the development of the digital industry, although the condition of the digital industry in Indonesia is still in its early phase, where infrastructure and ecosystem support is still very minimal, the optimism from digital industry players in Indonesia is very strong, both from the startup side and from investors. Problems arise when investors, both local and foreign, wish to invest in local digital startups in Indonesia, namely the unpreparedness of local startups to receive relatively large amounts of funding for business development. This raises doubts for investors whether startups can manage the funds raised and generate future profits for investors. Therefore, an initiative was born from investors and stakeholders in the digital technology industry to activate business incubators, with the aim of being able to prepare local startups to be able to develop more optimally. The results of this study reveal various tangible benefits received by local startups to increase their capacity.

Abstract

By relying on ideas and knowledge from human resources as the main key in driving economic activity, economic activity is required to intensify information and creativity to support the flow of creative industries. Because they control and oversee family finances, housewives are usually important members of society. Due to various constraints, such as family finances, caring for the family at home, etc., housewives cannot fully realize their ability to support the family's economy. However, there are problems, especially the dynamics of the world economy that are constantly changing, which also have an impact on Indonesia, which is also experiencing an economic crisis. In addition, this has an impact on uncertain and unpredictable market conditions. Even though people's purchasing power has fluctuated, this industry continues to thrive and even seems to be growing. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 which led to advances in science and technology and changed human perceptions of life, also had an impact on world economic development. The purpose of this research is to expand the business of housewives so they can build an independent society.

Abstract

This research examines and analyzes the influence of product quality, brand image, price simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The sample selection criteria in this study were aged 17-28 years who had purchased packaged tea (Tea Pucuk and Teh Botol) during the last 6 months in the West Jakarta area. The questionnaires collected were 160 respondents, the data was then processed using the multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the variables product quality, brand image, price simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, the variables product quality, brand image, price have a positive influence on purchasing decisions.
