Abstract

Sebagai .istilah·yang··lazim dikenaI, "sumpah" bukanlah tema yang menarik untukdibahas secara ilmiah.Sumpah dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja dan tidak. perlu dibatasi oleh tempat ataupunwaktu demikian pula sumpah· secara· bebas dapat dilakukan oleh dirt sendiri, tanpa melibatkan. orangl~n. Akan tetapi apabila ditinjau dari kedudukan .sumpah, dimana AI Quran banyak menyebutkan tentang hal ini, disertai macam dan jenis~ nya, termasuk di dalamnya rincian hukuman·terhadap.pelanggaran sumpah, sehinggadapat dikategorikan sebagai salah satu syariat Islam, maka akan menarik untuk dibahas dan lebih, khusus dalam hal ini sumpah· yang dikaitkan dengan akibat hukum atau sangsi·tersebut.

Abstract

The cases of HIV/AIDS that happen in Indonesia tend to increase every year. This problem needs to be solved as soon as possible.One of government policy to overcome it is to legislate the Shari’ah Acts or to implement the Shari’ah local acts in Indonesia. According to the writer of the article, there is an expectation to decrease, to solve and to minimize the cases of HIV/AIDS victims in Indonesia if the Shari’ah acts or the Shari’ah local acts implement in Indonesia. Abstract

Intensitas radiasi matahari dan pupuk nitrogen menjadi faktor penting untuk pertumbuhan tanaman sawi putih dan juga dapat mempengaruhi lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan yaitu intensitas radiasi matahari dan input berupa pupuk urea terhadap lingkungan sekitar tanaman dan produktivitas sawi putih. Hasil yang diperolhe penanaman sawi putih dengan perlakuan perbedaan intensitas cahaya matahari dan pemberian pupuk nitrogen menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa perlakuan intensitas radiasi matahari 65% menghasilkan pertumbuhan, dengan hasil pertumbuhan sawi putih tertinggi dan menghasilkan bobot segar ha-1 sebesar 46,79 ton. Perlakuan pupuk nitrogen 300 kg ha-1  menghasilkan bobot segar ha-1 45,78 ton. Pelakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap suhu tanah, namun berpengaruh nyata pada kelembapan tanah saat umur tanaman 35 HST  dan pada rasio transmisi cahaya pada umur tanaman 21-35 HST.

Abstract

Kombucha bunga telang gula stevia merupakan salah satu minuman fermentasi probiotik yang diproduksi melalui konsorsium bakteri dan ragi dengan substrat gula stevia. Bahan baku pembuatan kombucha dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa rebusan bunga telang dimana sampel yang digunakan adalah bunga telang yang berasal dari desa Pekuncen Cilegon. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri kombucha bunga telang pada konsentrasi gula stevia yang berbeda-beda. Konsentrasi gula stevia yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 20%, 30%, dan 40% (b/v) yang masing-masing diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Kontrol positif yang digunakan berupa teh hijau, sedangkan kontrol negatif yang digunakan dalam bentuk akuades steril. Metode difusi sumuran merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam pengujian antibakteri untuk menghitung diameter zona hambat. Fermentasi kombucha bunga telang mempunyai aktivitas sebagai antibakteri dalam spektrum luas. Hal tersebut diindikasikan adanya potensi dalam mencegah pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, dan Escherichia coli. Kombucha bunga telang pada konsentrasi gula Stevia sebesar 40% memiliki aktivitas antibakteri tertinggi, sehingga konsentrasi gula stevia tersebut berpotensi sebagai inovasi terkini pada produk bioteknologi fermentasi dalam menunjang aspek imunitas.

Abstract

Eggplant is a horticultural crop that contains vitamins and nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, phosphorus, iron, protein and carbohydrates. Optimizing eggplant productivity can be supported by the application of mycorrhizal fertilizers as a provider of phosphorus elements and maintaining soil moisture. The aim of this study was to distinguish the timing of mycorrhizal fertilizer application in supporting eggplant productivity. The treatment was divided into three, namely P1: fertilizing two weeks before planting at a dose of 5 kg/ha; P2: fertilizing one week before planting at a dose of 5 kg/ha; and P3: fertilization at planting time of 5 kg/ha. Completely randomized design with 3 replications was tested in this study. The results of the study were that mycorrhizal fertilizers on vegetative observations tended to be better on the treatment at planting time compared to the other two treatments, but on vegetative observations at plant height at the age of 21 DAT the treatment 1 week before planting turned out to be superior to the other two treatments. Generative observations tended to have better results in the treatment 1 week before planting than the treatment at planting time which tended to have lower yields where the fresh weight of the fruit only weighed 150,35 grams while the treatment 2 weeks before planting had a fresh weight of 161,35 grams . The length of the treated fruit 1 week before planting was 27,35 cm far above the treatment at planting with a length of only 24,26 cm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain the right dose of organic fertilizer combination of chrysanthemum flower waste and NPK Mutiara inorganic fertilizer to support the growth and efficiency of nutrient absorption levels of tomato meranti plants. The method used in this study was a complete randomized design (RAK) with 4 treatments and each treatment was repeated 6 time. The treatment made is P0: 500 kg ha-1 NPK Mutiara (100% NPK); P1: Dose of Organic Fertilizer Chrysanthemum Waste 15 Tons ha-1 + 25 % NPK; P2: Dose of Organic Fertilizer Chrysanthemum Waste 10 Tons ha-1 + 50 % NPK; P3: Dose of Organic Fertilizer Chrysanthemum Waste 5 Tons ha-1 + 75 % NPK. With observation parameters, namely plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, dry weight of upper plants, dry weight of lower plants, total dry weight of plants, leaf area index, net assimilation rate, and plant growth rate. The results showed that with the addition of organic matter of chrysanthemum waste fertilizer combined with NPK inorganic fertilizer was able to support the growth of meranti tomato plants in the vegetative phase of plants with a combined dose of chrysanthemum fertilizer 5 tons Ha-1 + 75% NPK showed the best results on plant height parameters, number of leaves and dry weight of plants.

Abstract

Demand for vegetable commodities, including carrots, is high due to the increasing population and increasing public awareness of nutritional value, the need for food consumption is also increasing. The purpose of this study was to obtain the right dose of combination of chicken coop organic fertilizer and pearl npk inorganic fertilizer to support the growth and yield of carrot plants. The method used in this study was a randomized group design (RAK) with 4 treatments and each treatment was repeated 6 times. The treatment made is P0: 100% NPK Mutiara (75 kg ha-1); P1: Chicken manure dose 20 tons ha-1 + 50 % NPK; P2: Chicken manure dose 25 tons ha-1 + 50 % NPK; P3: Chicken manure dose 30 tons ha-1 + 50 % NPK. Research results The results showed that dosing treatment of 30 tons ha-1 + 50% NPK Plants-1 can increase the growth and highest yield of carrot plants compared to other treatments.

Abstract

Kombucha from honey pineapple can be used as an active ingredient in formulations and preparations for shower gel as a pharmaceutical biotechnology product which has pharmacological activity in vitro in inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Psedomonas aeruginosa, and Escherichia coli bacteria. This study aims to make formulations and preparations for shower gel with active ingredients from kombucha fermented pineapple madu subang solution which includes concentrations of 15%, 25% and 35%. This research method is laboratory experimental in nature where the first step is to make a shower gel base without the active ingredient as a negative control. The second step is to make a gel soap base with the active ingredient, kombucha fermented pineapple honey subang at concentrations of 15%, 25% and 35%. Providing widely available commercial body wash as a positive control. Disc diffusion is a popular method for testing the activity of an antibacterial. One way ANOVA and post hoc follow-up test are the parts used in the analysis of each shower gel formulation along with the two positive controls for the overall test bacteria. The results of this study proved that based on a P value <0.05 through a one way ANOVA test and continued through post hoc analysis, namely the formulation and preparation of kombucha shower gel, pineapple madu subang at a concentration of 35%, significantly different from 20% and 30% to the growth of the four test bacteria and 35% concentration of kombucha bath soap pineapple honey subang was the best treatment compared to the two controls and other treatments in inhibiting the growth of the four test bacteria.

Abstract

Most Indonesians work in the agricultural sector, making Indonesia included in the category of an agricultural country. Agriculture has an important role in the welfare of the Indonesian population because natural conditions suitable for farming increase the quality and quantity of agricultural products. This research aims to determine the soil quality index of andisol on potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) agricultural land in Tosari sub-district, Pasuruan district, East Java. The research was carried out in Tosari sub-district, Pasuruan district at an altitude of 1700 meters above sea level. In September 2023 – January 2024. This research uses a random purposive sampling method for taking soil samples. Next, it was analyzed in the laboratory for texture, volume weight, porosity, C-organic, pH, P-available, K-exchangeable and root depth was measured. The soil quality index is calculated using the criteria of Mausbach and Seybold (1998), which can be adjusted to field conditions using the Minimum Data Set (MDS). Based on the research results, it was found that the Soil Quality Index (SQI) of potato fields in Tosari sub-district has two criteria, namely medium and good criteria. Ledoksari Village, Kandangan Village, and Podokoyo Village are classified as Good (G) while Ngawidono Village and Mororejo Village are classified as Medium (M).

Abstract

Parasrejo Village, Pasuruan Regency is one of the villages that has a waste bank program, but over the last three years, it has not been running optimally so people burn their waste without sorting it first. Dry leaf litter becomes rubbish in the home environment which if not processed will disturb the aesthetics of the house and if burned will produce environmental pollution, so this activity aims to introduce composter technology to process dry leaf litter into good quality compost. economical value and able to reduce the existing waste problem. just burn it and leave it like that. Implementation of activities is carried out by combining several methods, including (1) socialization, (2) training or science and technology simulations, and (3) monitoring. The overallconclusion from this activity is that the people of Parasrejo Village are aware of the benefits of leaf litter which until now has only been burned and landfilled to become a processed product witheconomic value, namely compost. The next hope is that the community can make compost independently and there is collaboration between the service team and partners. This activity will be followed up by marketing the product to online stores and registering the brand with the Directorate General of Highways. Intellectual property rights.
