Abstract

In the Pemitra community service activities for development cleaner farming in Desa Ngunut Kecamatan Jumantono kabupaten Karanganyar, has been done for directing activities, training, and mentoring for farmers of cattle and chickens in Desa Ngunut, Jumantono, Karanganyar. In this Pemitra activities have been conductedbriefings and training on producing of liquid and solid organic fertilizer, planting cassava  and  sengon  by  utilizing  manure,  the  introduction  of  biogas  technology applications on cattle ranchers. The results that have been obtained from this Pemitra community activities that partners have been able to understand and have the skills for managing livestock clean the biogas technology applications, the use of probiotics or fermentator in farm management, made of solid and liquid organic fertilizer, as well as the use of organic fertilizer for agricultural development cassava and sengon. The constraints and problems had been faced by the partners were 1) lack of farmer groups  that have  organizational unity  in designing,  managing, implementing  and evaluating the work program. So that the unity and continuity in performing community service activities can not be done well, 2) Most of the participants were active inpemitra was the village officials and their family, so not much give a breadth of benefits to the general public.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana perlindungan anak dalam perspektif UU Negara RI dan Islam, dari data yang didapat dismpulkan bahwa, dalam pandangan UU Negara, Perlindungan Anak diwujudkan dalam hak-hak dan kewajiban yang diatur dalam pasal-pasal yang ada didalamnya dan berdasarkan Pancasila. Sedangkan dalam pandangan Islam perlindungan anak didasarkan pada ajaran Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah Rasulullah saw.Tujuan Perlindungan Anak adalah untuk keselamatan dan kesejahteraan anak dalam tumbuh kembang potensinya agar menjadi manusia yang bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, cerdas dan berbudi pekerti mulia.Adapun tujuan dari perlindungan anak menurut pandangan Islam adalah untuk keselamatan dan kesejahteraan anak agar anak dapat mengembangkan potensinya secara aman sesuai dengan tujuan penciptaan manusia, yaitu menjadi khalifah fil ardl dan Ibadurrahman.

Abstract

Anak usia dini (0-6 tahun) adalah masa yang pentinguntuk penanaman nilai moral dan ketrampilan hidup.  Keluarga mempunyai peranan penting untuk menanamkan karakter positif  terebut. Orang tua dapat menerapkan metode homeschooling untuk anak, orangtua sendiri yang memberikan pendidikan kepada anak. Pendidikan homeschooling lebih fleksibel dilakukan dan tidak terikat waktu seperti di sekolah formal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam implementasi homeschooling pada anak usia dini, serta mengetahui hasil belajar yang diperoleh anak melalui program homeschooling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif study kasus. Informan penelitian satu keluarga, dengan informan utama orang tua, dan informan pendukung anak, paman, dan guru. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara dan observasi partisipan pada keluarga. Data kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis tema. Hasil yang dapat diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah orang tua mengkondisikan lingkungan keluarga sebaik mungkin untuk menunjang pendidikan anak, hal ini dibuktikan dengan diputarkan ayat-ayat Al-qur’an setiap malam, orang tua selalu meluangkan waktu untuk anak, dan komunikasi yang baik dalam keluarga. Selanjutnya adanya komitmen dan peran aktif orang tua dalam pelaksanaan homeschooling anak usia dini juga memiliki dampak positif untuk kemampuan akademik maupun non akademik anak.

Abstract

Paper ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengertian anak di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan, Sistem Perlindungan Hukum bagi Anak di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan di Indonesia, dan Sistem Perlindungan Hukum bagi Anak di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dalam Perspektif Konvensi Hak-hak Anak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah kajian deskriptif-normatif tentang hak-hak dan sistem perlindungan anak dalam berbagai undang-undang. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah metode telaah dokumen terhadap berbagai pasal yang ada di dalam berbagai undang-undang. Hasil telaah dokumen tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif-evaluatif dengan mengkomparasikan antara yang normatif dengan realitas. Paper ini menemukan tiga hal. Pertama, anak adalah amanah Allah yang diberikan kepada orang tuanya, agar dipersiapkan menjadi hamba Allah yang mengabdi kepada-Nya dan menjadi khalifah dimuka bumi untuk menjaga kesejahteraannya. Karena itu perlu adanya perlindungan hukum bagi keamanan dan kesejahteraan tumbuh kembangnya. Kedua, anak yang tinggal di LAPAS dan menjadi anak didik pemasyarakatan atau warga binaan pemasyarakatan mereka mendapatkan perlindungan hukum. Ketiga, Sistem Perlindungan hukum bagi Anak di LAPAS yang termuat dalam UU No. 36 Th. 1999 tentang HAM, UU No. 12 Th. 1995 tentang Pemasyarakatan, UU No. 23 Th. 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak bila ditinjau dari perspektif Konvensi Internasional Hak-hak Anak khususnya artikel 37-40, masih ada hak-hak anak di LAPAS yang belum terpenuhi dan perlu upaya yang sungguh-sungguh untuk pemenuhannya.

Abstract

The future of this nation depends on the quality of its young generation. Sexual violence against daughters that is rampant today can damage the growth of the spiritual and physical body of the young generation. For this reason, a preventive solution is needed for prevention. This initial study will identify the characteristics of sexual violence against girls which occur in two regions, namely Wonogiri and Boyolali. This research was the qualitative descriptive analytic study that explored and described the characteristics of sexual violence against girls in the two regions. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and document review of key informants, PPA Polres officers, Head of P2TP3A, Head of Women and Children Protection, Solopos.com news and Kompasanda.com, and other key informants. Data were analysed using GAP techniques to obtain insightful initial data. The research conclusion is as follows. a) Most intrafamilial abuses are carried out by stepfather, biological father, victim's sibling and grandfather. b) Extrafamilial violence abuse is carried out by the same age victim’s friends and playing that mocking the victims in abuzz and begin with alcoholic parties. The perpetrator with the status of a boyfriend is difficult to trace, and the actual cases are very large in number. c) Institutional violence abuse often occurs in elementary and junior high schools with the perpetrators is a teacher. The victims are more than one student. d) Ritualistic abuse takes the form of shamanic practices. The triggers are such as; a) inharmonious family situation, b) unfavourable economic conditions, c) unhealthy social environment, d) the negative influence of social media use, e) unstable psychological conditions, and f) superficial understanding of religion

Abstract

The aims of this research gender are to describe; 1) The women teachers background at Muhammadiyah school – Surakarta have no ambition to be principal and 2) the relation with doubled role as house wife and teacher. The research subject is case study of women teachers at Muhammadiyah school-Surakarta. Data collection used is: in depth interview towards premmier sources and regarded to know their attitude carrier, while data analysis used Capacities and Vulnerabilities Analysis (CVA) technique. The research result showed that; 1)Women teachers background at Muhammadiyah school – Surakarta have no ambition to be principals, the reasons are; a) Carrier development system and principal candidates recruitment process is conducted by Dinas or foundation is not transparent; b) The role as house wife spend too much times and energy. 2) The conducting of doubled role of women teachers as house wife created role conflict in her profession, thus, structural carrier development did not do in good way.

Abstract

Interaction of mothers and their preschool children could benefit as a stimulation of children’s letter recognition at home. This research is aimed to explore how mothers interact and used learning media in stimulating children’s early literacy skills. Data was collected by observation and interview. There were three dyad mother-children participated in this research, each of them using flash card, story book, and exercise book as learning media to introduce letters. The children were 2-5 years old and they lived in Surakarta. The result showes that during interaction, mothers gave scaffolding to their children and encouraged children to learn. While learning media supported the stimulating interaction and children early literacy skills. However children were still moody in responding to early literacy stimulation. How the findings are compared to Prophet Muhammad suggestion in children education were discussed. In conclusion, all of participants applied the interaction pattern from the Prophet Guidance and stimulated by their own in different ways. Keywords: mother- child interaction, the introduction of literacy, learning media.
