Abstract

Latar belakang: Kegiatan mengidentifikasi berbagai masalah kesehatan yang ada dan merumuskan beberapa masalah kesehatan utama melalui tahapan penentuan prioritas masalah di suatu wilayah merupakan langkah awal untuk menetapkan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat kegiatan. Data menunjukkkan warga di RW 01 yang terkena penyakit menular yaitu ISPA, demam typhoid dan TB paru 25%, sedangkan RW 03 yang terkena penyakit menular yaitu Diare 42,8%. Sedangkan sebagian besar warga di RW 01 dan RW 03 terkena penyakit tidak menular Hipertensi dengan persentase 35,4% dan 30,8%. Oleh karenanya intervensi dari masalah kesehatan yang telah ditemukan perlu dilakukan untuk peningkatan kesehatan  Metode: Kegiatan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu penentuan prioritas masalah, penentuan akar masalah, prioritas akar masalah, memilih alternatif Intervensi, Penentuan Prioritas Intervensi, kemudian yang terakhir yaitu menyusun Planning of Action (POA) agar kegiatan berjalan secara teratur. Hasil: Hasil penyuluhan pada peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan. Program senam mendapat kesepakatan untuk dilaksanakan setiap hari minggu pagi di Aula Balai Desa. Media KIE hipertensi berupa poster telah diserahkan kepada tokoh masyarakat dan ditempel di tempat pelayanan kesehatan dan tempat strategis berkumpulnya masyarakat, Media KIE hipertensi berupa stiker telah ditempelkan di rumah warga. Kesimpulan: Intervensi yang dilakukan yaitu berupa penyuluhan hipertensi, senam, media KIE poster, media KIE stiker. Kata kunci: identifikasi, masalah kesehatan, intervensi _______________________________________________________________________________________ Abstract Background: The activity of identifying various existing health problems and formulating several major health problems through the stages of determining the priority of problems in an area is the first step to establishing a community service program. The data shows that residents in RW 01 are affected by infectious diseases, namely ARI, typhoid fever, and pulmonary TB 25%, while in RW 03, 42.8% are affected by infectious diseases. Meanwhile, most of the residents in RW 01 and RW 03 were affected by non-communicable diseases Hypertension with a percentage of 35.4% and 30.8%, respectively. Therefore, interventions for health problems that have been found need to be carried out to improve health. Methods: Activities are carried out in several stages, namely determining problem priorities, determining root causes, prioritizing root problems, choosing alternative interventions, determining intervention priorities, then the last one is preparing a Planning of Action (POA) so that activities run regularly. Results: The results of the counseling to the participants experienced an increase in knowledge. The gymnastics program got an agreement to be carried out every Sunday morning in the Village Hall Hall. Hypertension KIE media in the form of posters have been handed over to community leaders and posted at health service places and strategic places for community gatherings. Conclusion: The interventions carried out were in the form of hypertension counseling, exercise, IEC poster media, and IEC sticker media. Keywords: identification, health problems, intervention

Abstract

Latar belakang: Desa Ngroto merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Gubug, Kabupaten Grobogan. Desa ini memiliki dua potensi besar yang masih perlu dikembangkan lagi. Potensinya ialah terdapat beberapa home industry olahan tempe (berupa keripik tempe dan tempe buntel). Dari kondisi ini penulis berinisiatif membentuk gerakan masyarakat untuk pengembangan produk desa melalui branding produk. Metode: metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pertemuan dengan warga setempat, pengembangan sentra industri olahan tempe, evaluasi. Hasil: Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara bertahap yaitu: pertama, sosialisai dilakukan kepada pemilik home indutry supaya mereka mengerti dan mampu melaksankan hygiene dan sanitasi dalam kegiatan produksi. Kedua, sosialisasi inovasi produk bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang inovasi, diharapkan nantinya akan menjadi produk yang lebih bervariasi, serta ketiga, pelatihan untuk pembuatan konsep desain merk. Kesimpulan: Adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan potensi yang ada di Desa. Wawasan dan motivasi produsen juga meningkat dalam mengemas serta menginovasikan produk mereka masing-masing. This village has two great potentials that still need to be further developed. The potential is that there are several home industries for tempe processing (in the form of tempe chips and tempe buntel). From this condition, the author took the initiative to form a community movement for the development of village products through product branding. Methods: the methods used in the implementation of the activities are meetings with local residents, development of tempe processing industrial centers, and evaluation. Results: This activity was carried out in stages, namely: first, socialization was carried out to home industry owners so that they understood and were able to implement hygiene and sanitation in production activities. Second, product innovation socialization aims to provide knowledge about innovation, which is expected to become a more varied product, and third, training for making brand design concepts. Conclusion: There is an increase in public awareness of the potential that exists in the village. Insights and motivation of producers also increase in packaging and innovating their respective products. Keywords: potential development, branding, tempe
