Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar secara parsial dan simultan terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif jenis survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56  siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh  secara signifikan antara fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar secara parsial dan simultan terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta. Besarnya pengaruh variabel  fasilitas  belajar  dan  motivasi  belajar  terhadap  prestasi  belajar  siswa secara simultan diperoleh dari perhitungan R square sebesar 47,9%. The objective of research were to find out the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation simultaneously towards economic lesson achievement in XI grade Social Sciences in SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta academic year 2015/2016. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative method with survey . The sample in this study were 56 students? XI grade Social Sciences in SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta academic year 2015/2016 . The data collection techniques used  questionnaires.  The  data  were  analyzed  by  using  multiple  regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of learning facilities  and  learning  motivation  simultaneously  towards  economic  lessonachievement.The magnitude of the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation towards economic lesson achievement simultaneously obtained from the calculation of the R- square of 47,9%.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are : 1)  describe the implementation of link and match in business and industry field toward the graduate of marketing major at SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta; 2) describe the supporting factors and obstacles of the implementation of link and match in business and industry field toward the graduate of marketing major at SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta  3) describe the solution to overcome the problems. This research is a qualitative, case study research. Sources of data in this research are words, actions and written manuscripts. Techniques used to collect the subject of the research are purposive and snowball sampling. Techniques used to collect the data are observation, interview, documentation and triangulation. Technique used to test the data validity uses triangulation source technique. Technique used to analyze the data is interactive model which consist of data reduction, data display and verification. Based on the finding of the research, the implementation of the link and match program starts from preparation or planning stage, the implementation phase in the learning process in school and the cooperation toward industry, as well as the evaluation phase. Otherwise, the supporting factors of link and match program are: the cooperation between school and business and industry field and the positive feedback from students? parents and the government. In the other hand, the obstacles of the implementation of link and match divided in to two major factors; external and internal factors. The solutions to overcome the problem (a) to solve problem in internal factors: school should give provision to maximize the function of shop as practical laboratory, school will make cooperation with Luwes (b) to solve problem in external factors: school will try to maximize and customize the existing curriculum to the work processes in industry field so there is no deviation to basic competence which set by Education Department. Those five programs implemented to improved and support the graduate?s qualification to suit the needs and demands of business and industry world. Based on the findings, there is 52,5%  of the marketing major graduate n 2017/2018 get the suitable jobs. There is 1,7% who opens the independent business with the suitable major criteria. Moreover, there is 45,8% of marketing major graduate who haven?t able to identified their jobs. The total number of 59 marketing graduate with waiting period to get the job is 5 months after the graduation time.

Abstract

The purpose about this research is 1) for informing the impact of laboratory to learning outcomes through by the interesting subject on group C3 marketing class grade XI SMK 1 Karanganyar year 2017/2018, 2) for knowing the impact of laboratory to learning outcomes on group C3 marketing class grade XI SMK 1 Karanganyar year 2017/2018, 3) for knowing the interest learning as mediating variable to learning outcomes on group C3 marketing class grade XI SMK 1 Karanganyar year 2017/2018. Sampling technique is Proportional Random Sampling. The sum of sample is 60 respondent. Data collection technique by questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis that writer used is Partial Least Square (PLS).               The result of this research showing that the laboratory through by the interesting subject produce t-statistic in amount of 2,050, so it can be known that value t-statistic greater than alpha (2,050>1,96), while the value of p-value is 0,041 less than 0,05, original sample showing the positive value 0,279. The result show that laboratory through by interesting subject significant so that can take effect to learning outcomes and state that laboratory through by the interesting subject take positive effect to learning outcomes.            Based on the result research can conclude that (1) laboratory take positive effect and significant to learning outcomes through by the interesting subject which can be shown by p-value 0,041<0,05, (2) laboratory take positive effect and significant to learning outcomes which can be shown by p-value 0,010<0,05, (3) the interesting subject as mediating variable take positive effect and significant to learning outcomes which can be shown by p-vlue 0,019<0,05, and R square value 57,5%. So it can be show that laboratory through by the interesting subject can explain the result of learning outcomes 57,5%, while the rest is 42,5% explained by the other research variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the influence of learning motivation, learning environment, and learning facilities toward the students achievement; (2) the influence of learning motivation toward the students achievement; (3) the influence of learning environments toward the students achievement; and (4) the influence of learning facilities toward the students achievement. This research used quantitative research using descriptive method. The population are students of the academic years 2013-2016 of economic education of UNS Surakarta. The data collection techniques used was questionnaire. The data validity was obtained through tryout result from 30 respondents. The data analysis technique was used multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that: first, there is a positive and significant both Organizational Activity and Learning Achievement toward the work readiness of economic education FKIP UNS (Fcount 84,498 > Ftabel 3,07) for 57,7%. Second, there is positive and significant influence of Organizational Activity toward the work readiness of economic education students FKIP UNS (tcount 11,120 > ttabel 1,65723) for 49,98%. Third, there is positive and significant Learning Achievement toward the work readiness of economic education students FKIP UNS (tcount5,529 > ttabel 1,65723) for 18,23%.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi dan prestasi belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa; (2) pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa; (3) pengaruh lingkungan belajar di sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; dan (4) pengaruh prestasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angakatan 2013-2016 Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS Surakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner. Validitas data diperoleh melalui hasil tryout dari 40 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut ini. Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan keaktifan berorganisasi dan prestasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS (Fhitung 84,498 > Ftabel 3,07) sebesar 57,7%. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan keaktifan organisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS (thitung 11,120 > ttabel 1,65723) sebesar 49,98%. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS (thitung 5,529 > ttabel 1,65723) sebesar 18,23%

Abstract

Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  meningkatkan  hasil  belajar ekonomi  siswa  kelas  XI-IIS  6  SMA  Negeri  8  Surakarta  Tahun  Pelajaran2015/2016 melalui penerapan kombinasi model pembelajaran kooperatif Two Stay Two Stray dengan Make A Match. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI-IIS 6 SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan kombinasi model pembelajaran kooperatif Two Stay Two Stray dengan Make A Match dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI- IIS 6 SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Hal ini dibuktikan pada   pra tindakan, siklus I dan siklus II bahwa hasil belajar siswa meningkat setiap aspeknya. Hasil belajar siswa aspek kognitif pada pra tindakan dengan persentase ketuntasan siswa 42,86%, siklus I 67,86%, dan siklus II 85,71%. Hasil belajar siswa aspek afektif pada pra tindakan sebesar 42,85%, siklus I 78,58%, dan siklus II 92,85%. Hasil belajar siswa aspek psikomotor pada pra tindakan sebesar 0,00%, siklus I 57,14%, dan siklus II 85,71%. The objective of this research are to improve the economic learning outcomes  in  the  XI-IIS  6  grade  of  SMA  Negeri  8  Surakarta  through  the application of combination of the cooperative learning model between Two Stay Two  Stray  with  Make  A  Match.  This  research  used  the  Classroom  Action    Research  (CAR).  The  study  was  conducted  in  two  cycles,  with  each  cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects were 28 students in the XI-IIS 6 grade of SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta in academic year 2015/2016. Data collection techniques are observation, test, documentation and  interview.  The  result  of  research   can  conclution  that  application  of combination of the cooperative learning model between two stay two stray with make a match can improve the ecconomic learning outcomes in the XI-IIS 6 grade of SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta in academic year 2015/2016. It proved from prior- action, cycle I and cycle II that the students learning outcomes is viewed  from increases every aspect. The proportion aspect cognitive of students learning outcomes passing are 42.86% in prior action, 67.86% in cycle I, and 85.71% in cycle II. Affective aspect of student learning outcomes were 42.85% in prior action, 78.58% in cycle I and 92.85% in cycle II. The psychomotor aspect of student learning outcomes were 0.00% in prior action, 57.14% in cycle I, and85.71% in cycle II.

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1) to know the impact between self-potency and social environment to the interest to continuing education into the college on students of SMA Negeri 1 Karanggede Boyolali Academic Year of 2017/2018, 2) to know the impact of self-potency to the interest of continuing study into the college on students of SMA Negeri Karanggede Boyolali Academic Year of 2017/2018, 3) to know the impact of social to the interest of continuing study to the college on students of SMA Negeri Karanggede Boyolali Academic Year of 2017/2018. Sampling technique used in this research was Proportional Random Sampling. The total number of sample was 240 respondents. Data collecting technique used was questionnaire and documentation. Analysis data technique used was multiple linear regression.          The result shows multiple linear regression obtained Y= 15,662 + 0,467 X1 + 0,380 X2, regression coefficient is positive and significant which means that self-potency gives positive impact to the interest of continuing study into the college. Moreover, it shows that social environment gives positive and significant impact on the interest of continuing study into the college. It means that stronger self-potency on each student will lead to bigger interest to continue study to the college.         Based on the result, it can be concluded (1) both self-potency and social environment affect the interest on continuing study to the college with <0,05 (0,000<0,05) probability, (2) self-potency affect to the interest on continuing study to the college with <0,05 (0,000<0,05) probability, (3) social environment gives impact to the interest of continuing study to the college with <0,05 (0,000<0,05) probability, and 55,1% R square. This shows 55,1% of interest on continuing study into college was affected by both self-potency and social environment while the rest of 44,9% was affected by other factors that unexplained in this research.

Abstract

                    This study describes internship experiences contribution as an antecedent on the relationship between Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and entrepreneurial intention. Internship experiences can be divided into five aspects: sensory experiences, affective experiences, physics experiences, cognitive-creative experiences and relation experiences. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the TPB and its impact on entrepreneurial intention. This research used descriptive quantitative method and the technique of data analysis used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).The respodents of the research  are fourth and fifth year students of economics education.                    This research showed that : (1) There were a positive and insignificant influence between sensory experiences and attitude toward behavior; there were a negative and insignificant influence between sensory experiences and subjective norm; there were a positive and insignificant influence between sensory experiences and perceived behavior control. (2) There were a positive and insignificant influence between affective experiences and attitude toward behavior; there were a positive and insignificant influence between affective sensory experiences and subjective norm; there were a negative and insignificant influence between affective experiences and perceived behavior control.(3) There were a negative and insignificant influence between physic experiences and attitude toward behavior; there were a positive and insignificant influence between physic experiences and subjective norm; there were a negative and insignificant influence between physic experiences and perceived behavior control. (4) There were a positive and significant influence between cognitive-creative experiences and attitude toward behavior; there were a positive and significant influence between cognitive-creative experiences and subjective norm; there were a positive and significant influence between cognitive-creative experiences and perceived behavior control. (5) There were a positive and insignificant influence between relational experiences and attitude toward behavior; there were a positive and insignificant influence between relation experiences and subjective norm; there were a positive and insignificant influence between relation  experiences and perceived behavior control. (6) There were a positive and significant influence between attitude toward behavior, subjective norm and perceived behavior control to the entrepreneurial intention.
