Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkatkan hasil belajar negosiasi pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share dengan pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach).Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, data dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik yang digunakan untuk keabsahan data adalah triangulasi sumber data. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis secara kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share dengan pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar negosiasi. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I, walaupun belum optimal. Pelaksanaan siklus II menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa mencapai kualifikasi sangat tinggi.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share dengan pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar negosiasi pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Kata kunci: think pair share, Pendekatan Saintifik, hasil belajar The objective of this research is to improve learning achievement of the students in Grade X  Marketing Class 3 of State Vocational High School  1 Sukoharjo through the application of cooperative learning model think pair share with the scientific approach.This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects were students in Grade X  Marketing Class 3 of State Vocational High School  1 Sukoharjo totaling 36 students. Source of data derived from students, teachers, data and documents. Data collection techniques are observation, testing, documentation and interviews. Techniques for the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources. The data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative analysis techniques.The results shows that through the application of cooperative learning model think pair share with a scientific approach (scientific approach) can improve the students’s learning achievement in Negotiations subject matter. The improvement occurred in the first cycle, although not optimal. Application of the second cycle causes the learning acheivement of students achieving very high qualification.The conclusions of this research is the application of cooperative learning model types think pair share with a scientific approach can improve learning achievement of  Negotiations subject matter  in Grade X Marketing Class 3 of State Vocational High School  1 Sukoharjo. Keywords: think pair share, Scientific Approach, learning achievement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya (1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta, (2) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Al-Islam 1 Tahun 2016, dan (3) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Al-Islam 1Surakarta.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan seluruh guru   di SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel  yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik  angket/kuesioner  untuk  mengetahui  data  berkaitan  dengan  gaya kepemimpinan   transformasional   kepala   sekolah   dan   motivasi   kerja.   Try   out dilakukan  terhadap  30  responden  di  luar  sampel,  dalam  penelitian  ini  try  out dilakukan di SMK Batik 1 Surakarta dengan hasil pada kuesioner untuk guru 32 item soal dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dari 43 soal yang diberikan, sedangkan pada kuesioner untuk kepala sekolah seluruh item soal (20 soal) dinyatakan telah valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut ini. Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan  motivasi  kerja  guru  terhadap  kinerja  guru.  Kedua,  Ho  diterima  Ha  ditolak artinya, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, maka dapat disimpulkan apabila motivasi kerja tinggi maka akan meningkatkan kinerja guru, begitupun sebaliknya.  The purposes of this study are to figure out (1) the effect of transformational leadership headmasters and motivation to work on the performance of teachers in SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta, (2) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance in SMA Al Islam 1 2016, and ( 3) the effect of transformational leadership style of headmasters on teacher performance in SMA Al-Islam 1Surakarta. The population in this study are all teachers who teach in SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta. The  sampling  technique  used  is  convenience  sample  is  all  population  research sample. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The collection of data carried out by engineering a questionnaire to find out the data related to the headmaster's transformational leadership and motivation. Try out done on 30 respondents outside the sample, in this study try out to do in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta with the results of the questionnaire for teachers 32 items about the declared valid and reliable of 35 questions given, whereas in the questionnaire for school headmasters  across  an  item  about  (  20  questions)  declared  to  have  valid  and reliable. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership style of headmasters and motivation to work simultaneously on student learning outcomes. Second, Ho is accepted and Ha rejected meaning, there are significant positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership style of the headmaster and motivation. Third, there are significant positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership style of the headmaster and motivation, it can be concluded if either school infrastructure, student learning outcomes can be increased, and vice versa. Based on data from the results of this study concluded that transformational leadership style variable (X1) gives a greater influence on teacher performance compared to variable work motivation (X2.)

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) to determine the influence of organization culture toward the performance organization of economic education laboratory mini market tania in 2018 2) to determine the influence of leadership toward the performance organization of economic education laboratory mini market tania in 2018 3) the influence of work discipline toward the performance organization of economic education laboratory mini market tania in 2018 and 4) to determine the influence of organization culture, leadership and work discipline toward the performance organization of economic education laboratory mini market tania in 2018. This research is a quantitative research. The population of the research was student of 2016 economic education. The sampling technique used was Sampling Jenuh. The number of samples was 53 respondents. The data collection methods used were questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression.             The result of the research shows that the equity of the multiple regression is Y Y = 7,246 + 0,247 X1 + 0,305 X2 + 0,464 X3. The regression coefficient is positive which means that the organization culture is positively toward the performance organization, leadership is positively toward the performance organization and work discipline toward the performance organization. It means that the better the organization culture, the leadership and the work discipline is, the higher the performance organization achievement will be. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that: (1) the cultural organization is positively and significantly influential toward the performance organization which is shown by the probability value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), (2) the leadership is positively and significantly influential toward the performance organization which is shown by the probability value of < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05), (3) the work discipline is positively and significantly influential toward the performance organization which is shown by the probability value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and Adjusted R square value of 0,762%. It is shown that 76,2% of the performance organization is influenced by the organization culture, the leadership and the work discipline, while the rest which is 23,8% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this research.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif pada Mata Pelajaran Prinsip?Prinsip Bisnis pada kelas XI Pemasaran SMK N 1 Karanganyar (2) Mengetahui Pengaruh Proses Pembelajaran dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif pada Mata Pelajaran Prinsip?Prinsip Bisnis Kelas XI Pemasaran SMK N 1 Karanganyar (3) Mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru dan Proses Pembelajaran dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif pada Mata Pelajaran Prinsip?Prinsip Bisnis kelas XI Pemasaran SMK N 1 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan angket atau kuisoner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda, uji t dan uji f.            Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif pada Mata Pelajaran Prinsip?Prinsip Bisnis kelas XI Pemasaran. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel; 9,552 > 1,667. (2) Terdapat Pengaruh Proses Pembelajaran dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif pada Mata Pelajaran Prinsip-Prinsip Bisnis kelas XI Pemasaran. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel; 2,036 > 1,667. (3) Terdapat Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru dan Proses Pembelajaran dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif pada Mata Pelajaran prinsip-Prinsip Bisnis kelas XI Pemasaran. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel; 51,726 > 3,128.  The aims of this research are to know: (1) the effect of the teacher?s competence in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum toward the students? Cognitive learning achievement in the subject of Business Principles of XI Marketing class of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, (2) the effect of the learning process in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum toward the students? cognitive learning achievement in the subject of Business Principles of XI Marketing class of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, (3) the effect of the teacher?s competence and learning process in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum toward the students? cognitive learning achievement in the subject of Business Principles of XI Marketing class of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. This is a casual associative research which used quantitative approach. The technique of sampling used in this research is convenience sampling/saturated sampling. The technique of collecting the data was done by using questionnaire. The technique of analyzing the data used was double regression, t-test and f-test.            Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) there is an effect of the teacher?s competence in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum toward the student?s cognitive learning achievement in the subject of Business Principles of XI Marketing class. It can be shown by the score of tstatistic > ttest; 9,552 > 1,667. (2) There is an effect of the learning process in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum toward the student?s learning achievement in the subject of Business Principles of  XI Marketing class. It can be shown by the score of tstatistic > ttable; 2,036 > 1,667. Abstract

     This study aims to determine (1) The effect of intensity following the Student Activity Unit, learning motivation and self efficacy together to the achievement of the students of Economic Education class of 2015 and 2016, (2) The influence of the intensity of following the student activities toward the achievement of the students of Economic Education class of 2015 and 2016, (3) Influence of learning motivation to student achievement of Economic Education class of 2015 and 2016, (4) Effect of self efficacy to student achievement of Economic Education class of 2015 and 2016.      Object of this research were Student of Economic Education class of 2015 and 2016 which amounted to 127. The population of this research was used to be sample. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Questionnaires were used to collect data on the intensity of Student Activity, learning motivation and self efficacy while documentation was used to collect data for Student Achievement Index. Data were analized by multiple regression analysis.      The results of this study are: (1) There is a significant influence between the intensity of following student activity, learning motivation and self efficacy to the achievement of the students of Economic Education class of 2015 and 2016 which is indicated by the value F count greater than F table, that is 60,517> 2.73. (2) There is a significant influence between intensity of student activity on student achievement of Economic Education class of 2015 and 2016 which is shown by t count of intensity variable following student activity is t count equal to 4,434> t table that is 1,993 and sig value. 0,000 <0.05. (3) There is a significant influence between learning motivation on student achievement of Economic Education class of 2015 and 2016 which shown by t count value of learning motivation is 2,441> t table that is 1,993 and sig value. 0,000 <0.05. (4) There is significant influence between self efficacy to student achievement of Economic Education class of 2015 and 2016 which is shown with self efficacy t count value is 5,590> t table that is 1,993 and sig value. 0,000 <0.05.

ABSTRACTSely Kus Bunga Swara. K7413143. THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHER?S COMPETENCE AND FAMILY BACKGROUND: TO THE STUDENTS? ACHIEVEMENT AT CLASS X STATE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL 7 OF SURAKARTA 2016/2017. Thesis, Surakarta: Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Sebelas Maret University, December 2017.               This research aimed to test the influence: (1) the effect of competence of teacher and family background toward student?s achievement class x state vocational high school 7 of Surakarta 2016/2017; (2) the effect of competence of teacher toward student?s achievement class x state vocational high school 7 of Surakarta 2016/2017; and (3) the effect of family background toward student?s achievement class x state vocational high school 7 of Surakarta 2016/2017.               This Research a quantitative research using descriptive method with correlation study. The population in this research are all student of class X state vocational high school 7 of Surakarta 2016/2017 . This research used proportional random sampling as the technique of collecting sample for 83 students. The data were obtained by using questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using multiple linier regression analysis technique with level significance 0,05.               Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of competence of teacher and family backgorund toward student?s achievement class x state vocational high school 7 of Surakarta 2016/2017by 30,5%. (2) there is a positive and significant effect of competence of teacher toward student?s achievement class x state vocational high school 7 of Surakarta 2016/2017 by 4,88%. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 7 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Teknik penambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proportional random sampling sebanyak 83 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik angket. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05.            Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi guru dan lingkungan keluarga secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 7 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 sebesar 30,5%. (2), terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 7 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 sebesar 4,88%. (3), terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga terhadap terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 7 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017  sebesar 25,9%.

Abstract

 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh pemanfaatan media internet terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi, Pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi, Pengaruh pemanfaatan media internet dan perpustakaan secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Propotional Stratified Random Sampling, dan analisis datanya adalah analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara pemanfaatan media internet terhadap prestasi akademik,  terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara pemanfaatan perpustakaan terhadap prestasi akademik, selain itu juga terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara media internet dan perpustakaan secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi akademik. This research aims to determine: The Effect of utilization of Internet media to academic achievement student of program study economics education, The effect of the utilization of libraries to the academic achievement of students of program study economic education, Effect of utilization of Internet media and libraries together toward academic achievement of students of program study economic education. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Techniques used in this research were proportional stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis.The results of research showed that There is a positive influence and significant partial between use of Internet media to academic achievement, There is positive influence and partially significant between use of the library to academic achievement,There is a significant relationship between internet media and libraries together toward academic achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) mengetahui sarana prasarana sekolah berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pemasaran di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, (2) mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pemasaran di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, (3) mengetahui sarana prasarana sekolah dan motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah angket atau kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi berganda, uji T dan uji f.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh antara sarana prasarana sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pemasaran di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, (2) Terdapat Pengaruh antara motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pemasaran di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, (3) Terdapat pengaruh antara sarana prasarana sekolah dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pemasaran di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. AbstractThis research is aimed to know: (1) the school?s infrastructure affects the students? learning achievement of Marketing students in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, (2) the students? learning motivation affects the students? learning achievement of Marketing students in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, (3) the school?s infrastructure and the students? learning motivation affect the students? learning achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. This research quantitative research with descriptive methods. The population and sample of this research is the students of Marketing  and XI of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The technique to determine the sampling used is proportional random sampling. The technique to collect the data is by using questionnaire and documentation. The technique of   analyzing the data is by using double regression, T-test and f-test.Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that: (1) there is an effect of the school?s infrastructure toward the students? learning achievement of Marketing students in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo,  (2) there is an effect of the students? learning motivation towards the students? learning achievement of Marketing students in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, (3) there is an effect of the school?s infrastructure and the students? learning motivation toward the students? learning achievement of Marketing students in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.

Abstract

This research aims test the influence (1) family environment towards interest to follow PPG on students, (2) peer environment against student interest to follow PPG on students, (3) economic motivation on student interest to follow PPG on students. The population in this research are students of Economic Education, Accounting Education and Office Administration Education on 2014/2015 at FKIP UNS which amounted to 170 students. Samples in this study as many as 63 respondents taken with Proportional Random Sampling technique. This research used quantitative method with explanatory survey. The data were collected by questionnaire  and documentation technique analysis. The results of this research are: (1) There is a  positive and  significant  influence of family environment on the interest to joining PPG. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of peer environment  on the  interest to joining PPG. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of economic motivation on the interest to joining PPG. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of family environment, peer environment, and economic motivation to the interest to joiningPPG.The relative contribution of the family environment is 20.8%,the peer environment  is 59.6% and the economic motivation is 19.6%of the interest to joining PPG. Meanwhile, effective contribution of family environment variable equal to 15,59%, peer environmental variable equal to 44,51%, and economic motivation variable equal to 14,59% to interest to joining PPG

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran komunikasi bisnis dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran artikulasi. Bentuk penelitian ini penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar yang berjumlah 41 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu: (1) observasi, (2) dokumentasi, (3) (tes). Validitas yang digunakan adalah triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dengan teknik statistik deksriptif komparatif dan teknik analisis kritis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran artikulasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan proses pembelajaran pada siswa. Peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari empat aspek yaitu: (1) keaktifan siswa dan bertanya dan menjawab pertanyaan, (2) kesungguhan siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas, (3) keaktifan siswa dalam kelompok, dan (4) kedisiplinan siswa. Pada siklus I dan II, rata-rata siswa tergolong aktif dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Sementara untuk hasil belajar pada siklus II presentase jumlah siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM ada 84%. Pada siklus II meningkat mecapai 96%.  The aim of research to improve student learning outcomes and to improve the quality of the learning process of business communication subjects by applying the learning model articulation. This study forms of classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of Class X Marketing 3 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar totaling 41 students. Data collection techniques used, namely: (1) observation, (2) documentation, (3) (a test). The validity of the method used is triangulation and triangulation of data sources. Data analysis technique used is the analysis with comparative descriptive statistical techniques and techniques of critical analysis. The results showed that the application of learning models articulation can improve learning outcomes and learning in students. Improving the quality of the learning process can be viewed from four aspects, namely: (1) active students and ask and answer questions, (2) the seriousness of students in doing the task, (3) involvement of the student in the group, and (4) the discipline of students. In cycle I and II, the average students classified as active in the learning process in the classroom. As for the second cycle of learning outcomes in the percentage of the number of students who achieve 84% KKM there. In the second cycle increased mecapai 96%.
