Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is very much felt among sellers and not a few of them have gone out of business. However, with increasingly sophisticated technology, many sellers use it to sell their products online. The online sales platform that is currently widely used by the public is one of them through Lazada e-commerce. There are many risks that may occur when we shop online, for example, the goods sent do not match the picture. Therefore, this study wanted to find out what factors influence someone to make a decision to make a purchase, including consumer trust and security in the e-commerce. This research is a quantitative research with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. Distribution of data using google forms with a sample of 80 people. (From the results of the study, it was found that security had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while trust had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Analisis ini mempunyai tujuan untuk melihat apakah Kualitas Poduk serta Citra Merek akan memengaruhi keputusan pelanggan untuk membeli Laptop Acer. Lalu populasi di analisis ini yakni Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur yang menggunakan Laptop Acer. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai yakni non probability sampling lalu teknik pengambilan responden dengan cara accidental sampling. Sampling yang ada pada analisis ini yakni sebanyak 75 responden. Data primer adalah data yang dipakai pada analisis ini yang merupakan data kuesioner dari tanggapan responden dan data sekunder berupa data penjualan Laptop Acer selama dua tahun (2020-2021). Analisis yang dipakai yakni Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasar hasil analisis, yang ada, ditemukan Kualitas Produk dan Citra Merek ternyata memberi pengaruh kepada Keputusan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur untuk membeli Laptop Acer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price perceptions on Samsung Smartphone purchasing decisions. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The research population was taken from East Java "Veteran" UPN Faculty of Economics and Business students who used Samsung smartphones. Samples or research respondents were taken by means of non-probability sampling through accidental sampling, and a sample of 66 people was obtained. The research data is in the form of primary data obtained from the answers of respondents who filled out the questionnaire, and secondary data in the form of Samsung Smartphone sales data for two years (2020-2021). The analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that product quality on purchasing decisions has a path coefficients value of 0.362610, and a T-statistic value of 4.002994 > 1.96 (0.05), meaning that the significance is positive; b) price perception on purchasing decisions has a path coefficients value of 0.578573, and a T-statistic value of 7.394289 > 1.96 (0.05), meaning that the significance is positive. In conclusion, the better the quality of a Samsung Smartphone product and the perception of price, the better the influence on Samsung Smartphone purchasing decisions. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu sandal Eiger di Store Wiyung Surabaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian dan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya hidup, citra merek dan kualitas produk. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling terdapat 85 responden dan analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). hasil analisis penelitian ini bahwa Gaya Hidup berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu sandal Eiger di Store Wiyung Surabaya dengan path coefficients sebesar 0.149310, dan nilai T-statistic sebesar 2.176391 > 1,96 (nilai T-tabel dari Zα = 0,05), Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sepatu sandal Eiger di Store Wiyung Surabaya dengan path coefficients sebesar 0.499406, dan nilai T-statistic sebesar 4.991450 > 1,96 (nilai T-tabel dari Zα = 0,05) dan Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sepatu sandal Eiger di Store Wiyung Surabaya dengan path coefficients sebesar 0.168160, dan nilai T-statistic sebesar 2.060594 > 1,96 (nilai T-tabel dari Zα = 0,05).

Abstract

The current study was conducted to identify how much influence product quality and brand image have on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones at Megastore Pakuwon Mall Surabaya. This study explains the relationship between independent variables, namely product quality and brand image with purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. This research is currently being conducted using quantitative methods with a sample size of 55 people. The distribution of statements to the samples is assisted through Google Forms software. How to collect samples using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Sampling was based on samples who had purchased a Samsung smartphone at Megastore Pakuwon Mall Surabaya and were aged 17 years and over. With the data obtained from the results of filling out the statement form, research will be carried out using analytical techniques using the SEM (Structural Equation Model) method on a component basis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of data processing in the current study can be concluded that the purchase decision of Samsung smartphones is positively and significantly influenced by the variables of product quality and brand image

Abstract

This Research aims to measure customer satisfaction of Ninjaxpress in Nganjuk. It will give benefit for the merchant of Ninjaxpress Nganjuk which sell their product into Marketplace such as Lazada, Shopee and Tokopedia. The customer satisfaction will make the business environment more professional specifically in online business. By understanding, customer satisfaction of Ninjaxpress Nganjuk, the merchant will accelerate their product shipment to end customer. The methodology used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with quantitative approach. The data is collected from literature review, business report, and survey which is distributed to 65 loyal customers from Ninjaxpress in Nganjuk using purposive sampling. Purposive sampling uses inclusive criteria which are above 17 years old and they are experienced using Ninjaxpress Services. The result of this research is that Quality (X) has positive impact with customer satisfactions (Y), with path coefficients 0,876508, T-Statistic Value 23,327372 > 1,96 (From table Zα = 0,5) or P-Value 0,000 < 0,05. There is a positive coloration between the quality of services and customer satisfactions Keywords: Service Quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian Grab Food di Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini diambil sampelnya dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah 112 responden. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Alat bantu smartPLS digunakan sebagai teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, brand image memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Media sosial dan penggunaan e-commerce telah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan. Banyak masyarakat yang membicarakan suatu produk di media sosial dan banyaknya potongan harga pada aplikasi Shopee mengakibatkan tingginya tingkat pembelian impulsif pada penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari E-WOM dan potongan harga terhadap perilaku Impulse Buying. Populasi dari penelitian ini menarik sampel dengan metode nonprobability sampling teknik purposive sampling yaitu adalah pengguna dari aplikasi Shopee yang pernah membaca ulasan produk dan melakukan impulse buying di Kota Surabaya sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa E-WOM berkontribusi pada perilaku Impulse Buying dan potongan harga berkontribusi terhadap perilaku impulse buying.

Abstract

Jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan ialah program pemerintah yang memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan perlindungan sosial supaya setiap tenaga kerja dapat terlindungi dari berbagai risiko kecelakaan kerja dan sebagainya. Bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan guna memperluas pemahaman dan mengedukasi kepada masyarakat bahwa perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan dari BPJS Ketenagakerjaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Metode pengumpulan informasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan hasil observasi alami secara langsung. Dan juga beberapa metode, di antaranya: metode penyuluhan, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Dengan diadakannya proyek sosialisasi dan edukasi dalam meningkatkan awareness perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan kepada masyarakat yang ada di Surabaya Timur, mahasiswa menemukan beberapa masyarakat langsung peduli dengan dirinya sendiri untuk terhindar dari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan dan di luar kendali saat sedang bekerja.

Abstract

One of the problems that is often carried out by MSME actors is not recording and/or recording conventionally. Such records can cause business financial data to be lost, wet, distorted and other problems. Digital-based financial governance is a solution to the problems faced by partners. The partner of the community service activities in this journal is Ms. Anik Riyani who owns a business in Karangsari Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. The method used is through 3 stages, the first stage is problem identification through questionnaires and interviews. The second stage is implementation by means of socialization and digital financial management assistance through the BukuWarung application. The third stage is evaluation and maintenance which will contain criticism, suggestions and input from partners and ongoing assistance while the community service activities are still ongoing.
