Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose: This study aims to identify the main factors that influence the travel intention of urban millennial travelers and why travel intentions are essential to be studied by stakeholders. Research methods: This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which implications travel intention from the point of view of urban millennial travelers to the main factors that affect travel intention. Travel Intention became a unit of analysis and the main focus of this research. Purposive sampling techniques were used to establish the sample number of this study, which is 100 respondents. Results and discussion: The results showed that the identification of travel intention popular among urban millennial travelers in Jakarta four important factors significantly affect the quality of the place that is the leading destination of urban people in Jakarta. The factors are, self-conformity, attitude, destination image, and perceived quality. Implication: The attitude became a reasonably popular factor that the respondents chose. Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose: This research aims to harmonize marketing communication strategies and programs to create interesting messages and information. Research Methods: The research uses a qualitative approach, namely the assessment of how Integrated Marketing Communication strategies and models in integrating the marketing communication mix. Kota Tua Jakarta (the Old City Jakarta) became a locus in this study. Observation, interview, documentation, and focus group discussion are research data collection techniques. Results and discussion: The delivery of promotions and publications is directed at electronic media and social media by the reputation and target audience. Kuta Tua Jakarta’s website is designed to follow the dominant identity of building colors and tourist attractions from communities that are members of one community. Regional structuring and improving facilities and infrastructure and strengthening the cooperation network with stakeholders are the priorities of the manager. Implication: The concept of the Integrated Marketing Communication model with planning is presented through organizational communication among stakeholders. Keywords: IMC model, marketing communication mix, tourism product.

Abstract

Hotel adalah suatu jenis akomodasi yang mempergunakan sebagian atau seluruh bangunan untuk menyediakan jasa penginapan, makanan dan minuman serta jasa penunjang lainnya yang dikelola secara komersil. Dilihat dari kebutuhan wisatawan pada saat melakukan perjalanan, bisnis perhotelan sangat membantu wisatawan dalam hal akomodasi. Setiap hotel menawarkan harga yang berbeda-beda sehingga menjadi pertimbangan wisatawan dalam memilih tempat menginap. Maka pihak hotel memiliki kebijakan dalam menentukan harga kamar sebelum mengimplementasikannya agar harga tersebut bisa diterima oleh masyarakat dan dapat berpengaruh baik kepada tingkat hunian hotel. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Dafam Wonosobo yang terletak di daerah wisata Dieng. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan seperti apa yang dimiliki oleh Hotel Dafam Wonosobo dalam menentukan harga kamar dan untuk melihat perkembangan tingkat hunian disetiap perubahan harga kamar setelah mengikuti kebijakan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara. Sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Wawancara dilakukan dengan Sales Manager Hotel Dafam Wonosobo, dan Room Division Manager Hotel Dafam Wonosobo. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penafsiran data, dan kesimpulan untuk membuatnya lebih mudah dipahami. Hasil penelitian mencatat bahwa : Kebijakan penentuan harga kamar yang dimiliki Hotel Dafam Wonosobo didasarkan atas beberapa strategi, panduan dari manajemen pusat, survey pasar, dan kondisi kompetitor. Kebijakan tersebut dibuat agar harga yang ditawarkan dapat diterima oleh konsumen dan dapat berbanding lurus dengan faktor yang ada. Hal tersebut membuat kondisi disetiap perubahan harga kamar berdampak kepada tingkat hunian hotel dan perkembangannya pun tidak dapat diramalkan tetapi dari hasil penelitian selain harga kamar terdapat faktor penunjang lainnya seperti lokasi, pelayanan, dan promosi yang dilakukan pihak hotel.

Methods of data collection is using interviews,and library research.Analysis of data is using qualitatif descriptive analysis.Regional development strategy is using a SWOT analysis by analyzing the internal conditions (IFAS) and analyze external conditions (EFAS). IFAS factor sthat support the development of Kolbano Beach area is diversity of attractions, unique resources, natural environment, the beauty of the beautiful sea,openness local community, low price and security. While that block is human resources is still low and insufficient infrastructure supporting tours.

Abstract

Pengaruh Daya Tarik Wisata terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pengunjung di Kebun Bintang Ragunan Jakarta (Alfie Hafiz: 2011140031, 2015) Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang berkisar tentang suatu daya tarik wisata dan pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat kepuasa pengunjung. Daya tarik wisata yang diteliti adalah daya tarik wisata di kawasan Kebun Binatang Ragunan Jakarta.Daya tarik wisata merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam sistem pariwisata seperti yang dikemukakan dalam sebuah teori bahwa kegiatan pariwisata melibatkan tentang daerah asal, daerah yang dilewati serta daerah tujuan pengunjung. Berhasil tidaknya suatu daya tarik wisata adalah tergantung dari diminatinya objek wisata tersebut oleh pengunjung. Bila pengunjung memperoleh hasil sesuai dengan harapannya atau memperoleh hal yang menyenagkan dalam kegiatan wisatanya maka pengunjung tersebut akan puas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa daya tarik wisata yang mengambil kasus di Kebun Binatang Ragunan Jakarta adalah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengunjung. Dan hal ini telah dibuktikan dengan menganalisa menggunakan SPSS. Dengan melihat hasil hasil penelitian di atas diharapkan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dapat dikembangkan hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan pemenuhan kepuasan pengunjung di Kebun Binatang Ragunan Jakarta.

Abstract

Culinary has an important role in the tourism industry because most of the expenditure of tourists is for food and drinks. In 2017 culinary alone reaches a percentage of around 30-40 percent spent by tourists in Indonesia. Tourism destinations that have unique culinary can motivate tourists to travel to Pasar Lama area in Tangerang City. Tangerang City is one of the tourism destinations in Banten Province and ranks the third largest in the Jabodetabek area after Jakarta. This strategic location makes Tangerang City have opportunities for the development of various fields of activity, one of which is the tourism sector. Tangerang City needs to have a good image to be different in the minds of tourists. To improve the image of a destination we can use culinary in the city of Tangerang which was inaugurated in 2012 under the name Pasar Lama Culinary Area. This area is formed from history which was once the oldest trade center in the city of Tangerang and cultural heritage because this area is formed with cultural acculturation. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data sources obtained by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results, the role of culinary is sufficient to contribute in upgrading the image of Tangerang City with the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the image of the tourism destination of Tangerang. Supporting factors include: the taste of food, food ingredients, price setting, and casual atmosphere while the inhibiting factors are: human aspects, cleanliness, placement of culinary carts that are less organized, buskers and less extensive pedestrian paths.
