Abstract

Abstrak: revolusi industry 4.0 telah membawa perubahan yang luar biasa terhadap kehidupan manusia dalam berfikir, hidup, dan berinteraksi. Perubahan ini terutama dipengarhi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang begitu cepat. Dampak revolusi industry 4.0 turut mempengaruhi pendidikan. Pendidikan yang dianggap sebagai lokomotif perubahan dan perkembangna budaya, dituntut responsif terhadap lahirnya era ini agar mampu bersinergi terhadap melesatnya perkembangan dunia. Untuk menghadapi perubahan semacam ini, manajemen sumber daya manusia menjadi kunci utama dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan yang mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman yang begitu cepat. Pendekatan human relation dapat digunakan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Pendekatan ini memberikan makna dalam memanusiakan manusia dalam sebuah organisasi, sehingga personalia organisasi dapat bekerja dengan nyaman, senang dan puas karenawrea merasa dihargai. Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) sebagai lading pendidikan dalam mendidikan siswa diharapkan mampu mengelola sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan baik. Dengan pendekatan human relation diharapkan SMA mampu menghadapi revolusi industry 4.0. Kata kunci: revolusi industry 4.0, pendidikan, sumber daya manusia, human relation. Abstract: industrial revolution 4.0 has brought extraordinary changes to human life in thinking, living and interacting. This change is mainly affected by the rapid development of technology. The impact of the industrial revolution 4.0 also influenced education. Education which is considered as the locomotive of change and cultural development, is demanded to be responsive to the rising of this era in order to be able to synergize the rapid development of the world. To deal with this kind of change, human resource management is the main key in improving the quality of education that is able to adapt to the changing times that are so fast. The human relations approach can be used in human resource management. This approach is useful in humanizing human beings in an organization, so that organizational personnel can work comfortably, happily and satisfied because they feel valued. Senior High School (SMA) as an educational field in educating students is expected to be able to manage human resources well. With the human relations approach, it is expected that high schools will be able to face the industrial revolution 4.0. Keywords: industrial revolution 4.0, education, human resources, human relations
