Abstract

The Purpose of  this research are: To assess budget performance district  ofPamekasan government through success as accountability of financial management area in fiscal year 2013 s/d 2015 This research shows that the ratio of local financial independence is still relatively very low with an average of 14.62 % score 25, with performance category is not good . The ratio of the effectiveness of local revenues are very effective because each year the percentage ratio is more than 100 %, with an average of 122.03 % had scores 76 with excellent performance categories . Activities ratio : the ratio of recurrent expenditure on average 78.48 % the scoring 76 with excellent performance and development expenditure ratio average of 18.12 % score 25 the performance is not good . Debt Service Coverage Ratio of average 32.29 % score 50 with sufficient performance and the ratio of growth average of 37.86 % score 50 with sufficient performance

Abstract

The promise of the welfare of the capitalist economic system initiated three centuries ago is only realized for the owners of capital. Even in 2017 in The Great Devide, Joseph E. Stigliz reported increasingly alarming data that the wealth of 1% of the world's population is equivalent to 99% of the world's population. This article aims to describe: (1) The concept and philosophical value of welfare in Islam, and (2) historical authentic evidence of the creation of welfare in Islam. To obtain representative and comprehensive data, this article is compiled based on primary and secondary data. The Central Bureau of Statistics reports economic developments regarding the development of people's welfare in Indonesia and reports from world institutions such as the IMF, World Bank, as a comparison of global economic conditions. The data is then discussed under ideal conditions recorded in the golden history of Islam to find that prosperity in an Islamic economy is capable of being realized. The contribution of articles among scientific studies that discuss welfare is about concrete explanations or clear standards of welfare attainment. Namely, the nominal wealth to be called prosperous, an applicative and systematic method of achievement, and the affirmation that the Islamic economic system has proven to be effective in creating prosperity. Through the presentation of this article, it is hoped that efforts to create prosperity as well as equalize welfare will always be pursued through the application and contextualization of a proven and tested economic system.

Abstract

Pandemic covid-19 has surprised people all over the world. It happen suddenly and give many impacts to all aspects of human’s life including education in Indonesia. Since, the minister of education and culture stated that all he activity of teaching and learning should be done at home by online learning, then it gives some positive and negative impact. The negative impacts are; not all teachers, studemts, or parents have a facility to access internet, nor use IT well, for example theachers who are old or students of pre school still need their parents’ help. Then, not all parent can earn money to buy internet quota. Moreover, the positives impacts are; the students become familiar to use IT and it is safe for them to avoid covid-19 outbreak by studying at home.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan bisnis kuliner di Indonesia menunjukkan perkembangan yang pesat dan memiliki prospek menjanjikan dimasa mendatang. Sejalan dengan fenomena tersebut, persaingan semakin ketat dan masyarakat menjadi semakin kritis dalam memilih restoran yang disukai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ragam menu, harga, dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Untuk menjelaskan pertanyaan tersebut peneliti melakukan penelitian di Resto Balai Redjo Pamekasan. Penelitian ini mengonfirmasi data yang dikumpulkan dari 40 responden yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu teknik sampling insidental. Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data-data yang diperoleh berupa analisis kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji hipotesis lewat uji F dan uji t serta uji analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variable (ragam menu, harga, dan lokasi) secara simultan memengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Secara parsial dilakukan t-test yang menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa variable lokasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan demikian setiap pengelola restoran diharapkan untuk memilih dan menentukan tempat yang strategis agar mampu memenuhi selera pelanggan dan memenangkan persaingan. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui bagaimana detail lokasi yang diharapkan oleh konsumen.

Abstract

This study was conducted to describe the abilities obtained by students when they became members of a student cooperative and the role of student cooperatives in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit for students. The research design used in this study is qualitative research with a case study approach. The location of the research was carried out at the student cooperative of the University of Gorontalo. The data collection techniques used in this study were direct observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used by researchers are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that: 1) the abilities obtained by members in student cooperatives include Leadership abilities (leadership), the ability to control themselves and the ability to communicate (public speaking), 2) the existence of student cooperatives is one indicator that the role of student cooperatives can increase the spirit of entrepreneurship among students. As previously explained, the existence of student cooperatives is not just a process of running the cooperative, but more importantly, there is a domino effect obtained by students, which is to awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship. In order to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship and running cooperatives, the University of Gorontalo student cooperatives design and run various programs as a support in forming the spirit and knowledge of entrepreneurship or the procedures for running cooperatives that are good and right in various ways, for example making seminars.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penjaminan   Kredit   merupakan   Kegiatan   pemberian   jaminan   kepada   pihak debitur  atas  kredit  atau  fasilitas  lain  yang  disalurkan  kepada  debitur  akibat  tidak dipenuhi  syarat  agunan  sebagaimana  ditetapkan  oleh  kreditur.  Tujuan  dari  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rasio penjaminan kredit PT. Jamkrindo KUP Pamekasan di masa pandemi. Metode yang diterapkan menggunakan pendekatan deksriptif. Jenis data  dan  sumber  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  kuantitatif.  Hasil  penelitin    ini menunjukkan  bahwa  penjaminan  kredit  di  butuhkan  dalam  suatu  pinjaman  terutama dimasa  pandemi.  Dengan  adanya  penjaminan  kredit  (PT.Jamkrindo)di  harapkan  para usaha mikro kecil atau menengah (UMKM)  Penjaminan kredit merupakan  kegiatan pemberian  jaminan  atau  jasa  kepada  pihak  kreditor  atas  kredit,  yang  diberikan  oleh perusahaan  umum  Jaminan  kredit  Indonesia  (Jamkrindo)  yang  sudah  bekerja  sama dengan pemerintah. Ini perlu dilakukan untuk memberikan perlindungan kepada pihak kreditor, apabila debitur mempresentasikan maka kreditor tetap mendapatkan hak atas piutangnya    guna    mengatasi    kengagalan    dalam    memenuhi    kewajiban    dan pengembalian kredit bank.Kata kunci: Rasio penjaminan kredit, KUR, Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

This study uses qualitative methods, with the type of case study research, in which data collection techniques are used in observation and documentation using primary and secondary data sources according to the research title. the discussion in this study is focused on marketing at Semen Indonesia corporation. Abstract

Al-Qur’an adalah kitab suci yang mengandung petunjuk, pedoman, dan pelajaran bagi umat islam, membacanya saja menjadi ibadah apalagi merenungkannya. Karenanya kemampuan membaca Al-Qura’an dianggap sebagai salah satu yang mencirikan keislaman seseorang. Namun demikian mengajarkan Al-Qur’an tidaklah mudah, karena mengajar membaca Al-Qura’an harus benar makhroj dan tawjidnya. Maka lahirlah metode mengajar Al-Qur’an, diantaranya metode At-Tanzil yang dikarang oleh Ustadz Suroto. Kajian ini bertujuan memaparkan bagaimana praktek mengajar Al-Qur’an yang benar bagi guru Madrasah Diniyah di desa Pegantenan Kecamatan Pegantenan Pamekasan dengan menggunakan metode At-Tanzil sehingga mereka dapat mengajar dengan benar baik makhroj maupun tajwidnya yang dikemas dalam pelatihan mengajar Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan metode At-Tanzil. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyrakat yang dilaksanakan oleh peserta perkuliahan Kerja Nyata (PKN) XXV IAI Al-Khairat Pamekasan di Posko X desa Pegantenan kecamatan Pegantenan
