Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Product Completeness and Price on Purchase Decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling technique, with the number of respondents as many as 98 respondents from consumers of Sinar Mulyo Abadi Building Stores. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed through questionnaires. Data processing in this study used the SPSS 25 software program (Statistical Program For the Social Sciences). The results of the study show that: Service Quality affects Purchase Decisions at Sinar Mulyo Abadi Building Stores, Product Completeness affects Purchase Decisions at Sinar Mulyo Abadi Building Stores, and Price affects Purchase Decisions at Sinar Mulyo Abadi Building Stores.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menguji disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa. kausalitas digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara faktor-faktor melalui pengujian hipotesis, yang merupakan metode penelitian. metode utama pengumpulan data Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Pegumpulan data menggnakan google form. Ada 58 karyawan sebagai sampel. Mengunakan metode sampel jenuh. hasil penelitian dan pembahasan pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

The increasingly sophisticated development of internet technology has made it no longer strange to use the internet to market a product. Business in the culinary sector is a business that is currently developing very rapidly in Indonesia. So the market share that someone has when opening a business in the culinary sector is quite promising. However, businesses in the culinary sector will experience changes, especially in the threats that will be experienced by culinary entrepreneurs. These threats include the number of competitors that will increase, technological advances and customer demands that will continue to change. This research aims to determine the impact of digital promotional strategies, service quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions of study consumers at Lesehan Image. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data sources and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interview techniques and the use of procedures such as distributing questionnaires, while secondary data the researcher obtained data from several supporting literature such as previous journals which were in line with this research topic. The population in this research is consumers from Lesehan Citra who use digital media, consumers who like seafood dishes, consumers who have made more than one purchase and consumers aged 17 to 40 years. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The technique used for sampling in this research uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research are that digital promotion strategies, service quality and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh promosi, kemudahan pengguna, dan online customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan di ShopeeFood. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan memanfaatkan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form, serta data sekunder dari penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang meliputi uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji T, dan uji koefisien determinasi yang difasilitasi dengan program SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada ShopeeFood. Kemudahan Pengguna berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada ShopeeFood. Online customer rating berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada ShopeeFood.
