Abstract

Covid-19 yang masih mewabah di Indonesia perlu ditindaklanjuti dan segera dicari solusi bersama. Masyarakat dan pemerintah harus bersinergi untuk meghindari dampak yang semakin dalam akibat Covid-19. Beberapa cara dapat dilakukan untuk menghindari dampak tersebut, seperti menerapkan gizi seimbang, mematuhi protokol kesehatan, dan menambah kekebalan dengan vaksinasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat di Desa Wahas dan Kampung Ampel Maghfur terhadap penerapan gizi seimbang, kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan, dan tingkat penerimaan vaksinasi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan studi pustaka dan hasil kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan skala Guttman dan skala Likert untuk menghitung skor dari pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat. Data yang diperoleh kemudian ditentukan variabelnya, dan untuk data skala likert variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel sikap, sementara untuk skala Guttman variabel yang ditentukan berupa pengetahuan. Hasil studi menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat di Desa Wahas dan Kampung Ampel Maghfur dalam gizi seimbang dan protokol kesehatan lebih tinggi dibandingkan pengetahuan tentang vaksinasi. Sementara untuk variabel sikap, sikap masyarakat terhadap adanya vaksinasi lebih rendah dari gizi seimbang.

Abstract

 The Regional Leading Product Development Program (RLPDP) activities are carried out to sustain the existence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) processed marine products in increasing marketing in the new normal of the Covid-19 Pandemic period. This makes the implementation team assist the strategies used by MSMEs and the effectiveness of these strategies. In this activity, the factors influencing MSMEs’ sustainability were product innovation, packaging, and marketing. The method used was education, training, and mentoring for the innovation of processed seafood using packaging according to its function and marketing. The result of RLPDP was MSMEs have implemented innovations in processed marine products with packaging accompanied by the length of use, labeling, business permits, and halal accompanied by slogans. Marketing of seafood products processing was carried out through the Surabaya UKM center, namely the Siola MSMEs Center, the SIB (Bulak Fish Center) MSMEs, Merr MSMEs, hotels, and participation in exhibition activities organized by the Surabaya City Government and East Java Province. Furthermore, to expand marketing reach, socialization has been carried out through social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and e-mail, as well as the marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Blibli.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity is carried out to educate fishermen's wives on how to process marine products such as fish into processed foods that children like so that children will be more fond of eating fish, processed innovations using raw materials from marine products into dry products and wet products with high-quality nutritional value with high selling value, and increasing the love of eating fish among fishing families to increase intelligence and prevent stunting. The methods used are education, training, and mentoring for innovations in processed seafood which are popular with children and have high selling value, apart from that, education is also carried out about stunting and how to prevent stunting. The result of this PKM activity is that fishermen's wives can make various foods and snacks made from marine products that are popular with children and have value for sale so that they can provide income for fishermen's wives, as well as increase the understanding of fishermen's wives about stunting to prevent the incidence of stunting in fishermen's children and increase the movement for eating fish among fishermen's families.
