Abstract

CV. Anugerah is a retail company in Solo which has four branches. CV. Anugerah sells products of stationery,clothes, and various accessoris. CV. Anugerah has 5.784 items things that every day are evenly 926 items sold.Some problems that CV. Anugerah often faces are there are many kinds of things sold there, the brand of the thingsfrequently changes into other brands; it makes the customers and the shokeepers frequently confused. To find thethings they need, it takes long time. A supermarket manager can learn more about the customers’ “shoppingpattern.” Market Basket Analysis can be done on the data of retail customers’transaction in the shop. The results ofthe analysis can be used to plan the markerting strategy or the advertisement and also the shop layout catalog design.Customer relationship management (CRM) has been broadly assumed as one methodology and organization processto interest and defend the customers through improving customers’ satisfaction and loyality. CRM technologies arecategorized into: Collaborative, Operational and Analytical. This research will develop a Market Basket Analysis onMobile Customer Relationship Management which can be used by management party of CV. Anugerah as theOperational and Analytical CRM in real time by mobile device. By creating this system, it is hoped that it canincrease the service and the turnover of CV. Abstract

Abstract.PT. Hidroponik Agrofarm Bandungan (HAB) is one of the company working in cultivating hydroponic fruit and vegetable. PT. HAB experiences two main issues selling the crops. First, the crops which has no preservatives will not stay fresh for longer time. Second, the difficulties of determining customer’s habit so that it makes some products are not optimized sold in the market. PT. HAB needs to improve the marketing strategy. The customer’s habit pattern of buying the product can be acquired by using data mining association technique. There are two algorithms in association analysis namely Apriori and FP-Growth. This research proposed FP-Growth algorithm implementation with Weka open source software to measure the retail marketing strategy of hydroponic product. There are two measurement used in the association analysis. They are support and confidence. Support is used to measure the level of domination of product in each transaction and Confidence is used to measure the level of confidence of the product that are sold altogether with other products. This research used minimum support 0,05 and minimum confidence 0,9 ,resulting in 21 rules that can be used as marketing strategy for PT. HAB.Keywords: FP-Growth Algorithm, Data Mining, Hydroponic Retail.Abstrak. PT. Hidroponik Agrofarm Bandungan (HAB) perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang budidaya sayur dan buah hidroponik. PT. HAB mengalami permasalahan dalam menjual hasil panen. Permasalahan pertama, produk PT. HAB adalah sayur dan buah segar tanpa pengawet yang tidak dapat bertahan lama. Permasalahan kedua, perilaku pelanggan sulit ditebak di pasar sehingga barang tidak terjual maksimal. PT. HAB memerlukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Kebiasaan belanja pelanggan dapat dicari polanya menggunakan teknik data mining asosiasi. Ada dua algoritma dalam analisis asosiasi, yaitu Apriori dan FP-Growth. Penelitian ini mengusulkan implementasi algoritma FP-Growth dengan software open source Weka untuk strategi pemasaran ritel hidroponik. Ada dua ukuran yang digunakan dalam analisis asosiasi, yaitu support dan confidence. Support untuk mengetahui tingkat dominasi suatu barang dalam sebuah transaksi, confidence untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan suatu barang yang terjual bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan minimum suport 0,05 dan minimum confidence 0,9, menghasilkan 21 rule yang dapat digunakan sebagai strategi pemasaran PT. HAB.Kata Kunci: Algoritma FP-Growth, Data Mining, Ritel Hidroponik.

Abstract

Presence Management Information System can monitor employee productivity through attendance. By looking at attendance data, leaders can assess whether employee productivity has increased or decreased. STAB Negeri Raden Wijaya does not yet have a Presence Management Information System that can automatically record employee attendance because they still use Google Forms. This study aims to design and build an Employee Presence Management Information System at Raden Wijaya Wonogiri State Buddhist College with the Waterfall method. The stages are data collection, system analysis, system design, system development, system testing, system implementation and maintenance. Based on the results of the Black Box Testing test, the Presence Management Information System for STAB Negeri Raden Wijaya which was developed in this study functionally all modules can function properly. And based on the results of the User Acceptance test, the following results were obtained: as many as 97.59% of employees said that the Raden Wijaya State Employee Presence Management Information System could be used properly on employee mobile phones, as much as 100% of employees said that the Raden Wijaya State Employee Presence Management Information System Wijaya makes it easier for employees to take attendance, as much as 98.80% of employees say that the Attendance Management Information System for State STAB Raden Wijaya makes it easy for employees to view attendance recaps, as much as 100% of attendance admin employees say that Raden Wijaya State Employee Presence Management Information System very helpful for admin attendance in monitoring attendance, as much as 100% of admin attendance employees said that the Attendance Management Information System for Civil STAB Raden Wijaya was very helpful for attendance admin in conducting attendance recap.

Abstract

Electronic Learning, also known as e-learning, has become an integral part of modern education systems, revolutionizing traditional learning practices in higher education. This research paper presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of virtual learning environments (VLEs) and online course delivery in higher education. The study involves data collection from reputable academic databases, including Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, and institutional repositories. The research methodology includes co-authorship network analysis, journal and conference analysis, citation analysis, and keyword co-occurrence analysis using VOSviewer software. The analysis reveals collaborative patterns among researchers, influential publication outlets, highly cited papers, and emerging research themes in electronic learning. The results offer valuable insights into the evolution of electronic learning research, identifying key contributors, trends, and gaps in the field. This study aims to guide educators, researchers, and policymakers in enhancing electronic learning experiences and shaping the future of education in higher institutions.

A systematic literature review is conducted to collect relevant articles within a specific timeframe. The analysis identifies key research areas, influential authors, and the overall impact of healthcare technology. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, researchers, and practitioners, guiding evidence-based decision-making and shaping the future of healthcare technology.

Through analysis and visualization, we gain insights into the trajectory of IoT research, its multidisciplinary nature, and the evolving challenges it addresses. This study serves as a compass for researchers, policymakers, and practitioners navigating the intricate IoT ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam penanaman konsep matematika pada siswa sekolah menengah. Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek menempatkan siswa sebagai pemain aktif dalam pembelajaran dan mengintegrasikan konsep matematika ke dalam proyek-proyek yang relevan dengan kehidupan nyata. Dalam penelitian ini, kami melakukan studi literatur dengan menggunakan metode pencarian dan seleksi yang telah ditentukan. Kami menganalisis dan mengevaluasi studi literatur yang relevan untuk menyelidiki efektivitas model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep matematika. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, kemampuan menerapkan konsep matematika dalam situasi praktis, dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar matematika. Namun, implementasi model ini juga menghadapi tantangan seperti kesiapan guru dan perencanaan yang cermat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam menginformasikan para guru dan pengambil kebijakan pendidikan mengenai penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam penanaman konsep matematika pada siswa sekolah menengah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memahami perbedaan dalam hasil belajar di antara penggunaan model pembelajaran Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) dan model pembelajaran make a match. Metode eksperimen dipergunakan pada kajian ini dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan tes hasil belajar yang diberikan kepada siswa sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisa data mencakup anova 2x2 dan independent samples t test. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan jika terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar antara penggunaan model pembelajaran Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) dan model pembelajaran make a match di kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri.

Abstract

Industri kreatif telah muncul sebagai kekuatan transformatif yang mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan perkembangan budaya di kota-kota di seluruh dunia. Perusahaan desain grafis, sebagai pemain kunci di sektor yang dinamis ini, berada di garis terdepan dalam mendorong inovasi bisnis. Strategi kolaboratif telah diakui sebagai hal yang penting dalam mendorong inovasi dalam industri kreatif. Studi kualitatif ini menyelidiki strategi kolaboratif yang digunakan oleh perusahaan desain grafis di Kota Bandung, Indonesia, untuk mendorong inovasi bisnis. Melalui wawancara mendalam dengan perwakilan dari perusahaan terpilih, studi ini mengidentifikasi kolaborasi lintas disiplin, kreasi bersama dengan klien, jaringan dengan pemangku kepentingan eksternal, dan budaya kerja yang terbuka dan inklusif sebagai tema utama yang berkontribusi pada inovasi.
