Abstract

Abstrak ─ Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh produk penelitian tahun 2020-2021 tentang Mobile VCDLN Flatform yang ingin dipertahankan. Proses pemanfaatan ini membutuhkan sistem baru yang berorientasi pada Multiplatform Super-App Ecosystem pada tahun 2022 dengan fokus meliputi Survey, Desain Aplikasi, Pengembangan dan produksi, yang dampaknya kemudian diukur dengan sejumlah indikator untuk sistem pembelajaran online. Proses pengukuran ini dilakukan terhadap guru dari Indonesia,. Metode yang digunakan adalah R&D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa program Super-app Multiplatform Ecosystem VCDLN sangat direkomendasikan oleh guru untuk dilanjutkan; (b) Perancangan Super-App Multiplatform telah dikembangkan sesuai dengan standar Super App Versi aplikasi untuk kenyamanan aspek visual dengan prosedur pemrograman C++; (c) Menghasilkan Konten Video Pembelajaran menjadi Multiplatform mobile VCDLN Versi Android Mobile telah dilakukan dengan standar industri yang berkualitas; (d) Hasil pengukuran Multiplatform mobile VCDLN berada di atas rata-rata dan mampu mencapai skor maksimal dengan kisaran 178 hingga 199.Kata Kunci ─ Aplikasi Super Multiplatform, VCDLN, Mobile Learning Abstract ─ This research is motivated by the 2020-2021 research product about the Mobile VCDLN Flatform that you want to maintain. This utilization process requires a new system oriented to the Multiplatform Super-App Ecosystem in 2022 with a focus on surveying, application design, development and production, the impact of which is then measured by a number of indicators for online learning systems. This measurement process is carried out on teachers from Indonesia. The method used is R&D. The results of the study indicate that: (a) The survey results indicate that the VCDLN Multiplatform Ecosystem Super-app program is highly recommended by teachers to be continued; (b) The design of the Multiplatform Super-App has been developed according to the Super App standard. The application version for the convenience of the visual aspect with C++ programming procedures; (c) Produce Learning Video Content into Multiplatform mobile VCDLN Android Mobile Version has been carried out with quality industry standards; (d) Multiplatform mobile VCDLN measurement results are above the average and are able to achieve a maximum score in the range of 178 to 199.Key Words ─ Super Multiplatform App, VCDLN, Mobile Learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pandangan Susan Wolf selaku filsuf Amerika Serikat di Era Modern, mengenai kebahagiaan dan kehidupan bermakna, guna mewujudkan keseimbangan hidup, melalui perspektif, konsep pendidikan karakter. Sebagai upaya ilmiah untuk mengembangkan kajian pendidikan karakter, agar semakin komprehensif dan bermutu, untuk mengatasi persoalan mengenai moral, mental, sosial, dan ideologi yang dihadapi Indonesia, akibat semakin dinamis juga kompleks. Riset ini berbasis kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, analisis data secara bertahap, adalah, reduksi, display dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian, yaitu, pertama, konsep kebahagiaan Susan Wolf memiliki relevansi dengan pendidikan karakter, baik pada esensi maupun impementasi, karena mengutamakan kebahagiaan yang diperoleh melalui siasat dan upaya beradab, dan perlu bermanfaat bagi kebahagiaan masyarakat umum, kedua, substansi kehidupan bermakna Susan Wolf relevan dengan pendidikan karakter, baik pada esensi maupun implementasi, karena berupaya untuk mewujudkan kehidupan bermakna, berarti, bernilai, agar menimbulkan kedamaian, kebahagiaan, kesejahteraan serta keadilan, secara lahir dan batin, baik untuk diri sendiri maupun lingkungan sosial, maka Susan Wolf menegaskan keterlibatan publik perlu direalisasikan dalam mewujudkan kebahagiaan dan kehidupan bermakna, agar seimbang.

Abstract

Jepang mengalami staganasi ekonomi akibat ageing population, walau Pemerintah Jepang sudah menerapkan kebijakan perekrutan tenaga kerja asing produktif serta terampil, tetapi hanya sebatas mempertahankan predikat Jepang sebagai kekuatan ekonomi ke-3 di dunia, belum mampu membawa Jepang kembali posisi ekonomi terkuat ke-2 di dunia, yang terakhir diperoleh pada 2009. Maka riset ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi argumentatif, mengenai pentingnya memberdayakan pariwisata Jepang, sebagai solusi alternatif dan strategis untuk mengatasi stagnasi ekonomi Jepang, karena berkontribusi positif pada PDB Jepang. Riset ini berbasis kualitatif, dengan metode studi literatur, analisis data pada riset ini, yaitu, reduksi, display, lalu verifikasi, atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil riset yaitu, pemberdayaan pariwisata Jepang, direalisasikan dengan mengoptimalkan: 1) lingkungan hidup, 2) keterbukaan masyarakat, dan 3) kuliner, tren meningkatnya wisatawan asing dari Indonesia dan ASEAN, membuat Jepang mewujudkan konsep pariwisata halal dan berbasis pembangunan berkelanjutan, tetapi hasilnya tidak instan, terlebih ketika Pandemi Covid-19 mewabah secara masif, tentu berdampak pada tidak optimalnya sektor pariwisata untuk memajukan ekonomi Jepang, tentu persoalan itu mulai bisa diatasi, sehingga pemberdayaan pariwisata Jepang kembali bisa diandalkan untuk mengatasi stagnasi ekonomi Jepang.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berupaya untuk memberikan informasi argumentatif tentang realitas hambatan, tantangan, strategi, dan upaya dalam membentuk karakter birokrat yang berakhlak, sekaligus memberikan rasionalisasi pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi, informasi, dan komunikasi dalam pelayanan publik. Riset ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, analisis data, adalah, reduksi, display, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan Hasil riset yaitu: 1) hambatan dan tantangan yang bersifat dinamis dan kompleks, mengarah pada, realitas kompetensi birokrat, distorsi mental melayani, Revolusi Industri 4.0, serta kepastian hukum, 2) strategi dan upaya dalam membentuk karakter birokrat berakhlak, kapabel melalui, pendidikan dan pelatihan, peningkatan melek teknologi, program supervisi, serta kebijakan tentang kesejahteraan, 3) di era modern, birokrasi perlu mengoptimalkan kemajuan teknologi, informasi serta komunikasi, agar efektif dan efisien, supaya cekatan dan profesional. Sehingga pembentukan birokrat berakhlak menjadi solusi alternatif dalam mengatasi stigma juga stereotip mengenai dunia birokrasi yang dipandang kaku, konvensional, prosedural dan pragmatis, agar berubah menjadi tata kelola pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik berkelas dunia.  ABSTRACTThis study seeks to provide argumentative information regarding the reality of obstacles, challenges, strategies, and efforts in shaping the character of bureaucrats who have good morals, as well as to rationalize the importance of using technology, information, and communication in public services. This research was carried out through a qualitative approach with literature study methods, data analysis, namely, reduction, display, and verification or conclusion. The results of the research are: 1) dynamic and complex obstacles and challenges, leading to the reality of bureaucratic competence, mental distortion of serving , the Industrial Revolution 4.0, as well as legal certainty, 2) strategies and efforts in shaping the character of moral, capable bureaucrats through education and training, increasing technology literacy, supervision programs, and policies on welfare, 3) in the modern era, the bureaucracy needs to optimize technological progress , information and communication, to be effective and efficient, to be agile and professional. So that the formation of bureaucrats with character is an alternative solution in overcoming the stigma and stereotypes about the world of bureaucracy which is seen as rigid, conventional, procedural and pragmatic, so that it turns into world-class governance and public services.

Abstract

Character education is so important to teach in schools and in universities, because it relates to civic virtue, character education is a vehicle for transforming the values ​​of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution to the younger generation, this research aims to analyze substance, realization, policy support , obstacles are also the potential of character education in schools and in tertiary institutions, because it is mandated through the constitution, government regulations, and curriculum, so that all schools and tertiary institutions are required to carry out character education to form superior or Pancasilaist character of the younger generation. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach with the method of literature study, data analysis was: reduction, display and verification. Research results: 1) the application of character education in schools is emphasized by the Merdeka Curriculum 2022, through the Pancasila student profile program, which contains the values ​​of divinity, humanity, unity, creativity, critical thinking, and self-reliance, is closely related to character education, the model of character education in schools are: autonomy, integration, extracurricular, and collaboration, the goals of character education need to become the vision of the institution, so that the curricular and instructional goals of each subject in schooling accommodate strengthening the character of students, to overcome obstacles and challenges of character education, schools need to consistently innovate on the curriculum and learning, strengthening teacher qualifications, optimizing extracurriculars, optimizing technology, information and communication, and increasing students' attention, 2) character education policies in tertiary institutions, are heavily influenced by university autonomy, because they are authorized to compile and develop curricula on character education, realization of character education in tertiary institutions, can be through MKWK, special courses, student activity units, service learning models, as well as student character development activities, to overcome obstacles as well as challenges to character education, tertiary institutions need to: develop science and knowledge, innovate in curriculum and learning, strengthening lecturer qualifications, optimizing technology, information and communication, and realizing pentahelix collaboration. The conclusion of the research is that the existence of character education in schools and in tertiary institutions accommodates the vision of forming a superior young generation, supported by the concept of character education which is holistic and integrative, but must be accompanied by commitment, consistency and exemplary of each party.

Abstract

The process of conveying meaning between two languages is called translation. This qualitative research study aims to depict changes in form and meaning during the translation of subtitles from the Korean variety show "Battle Trip (배틀 트립) episode 14," titled "Trip to Bandung," as it transitions from Korean to Indonesian. Additionally, this study delves into the underlying factors that contribute to these translation shifts. This research used a theory of translation shift and translation meaning shift. The data were collected by jotting down the phrases, clauses, or sentences in the subtitles that contained form and meaning shifts and classifying them into an analysis table, based on the type of translation shift. The results showed that from 147 units of analysis, there were 167 translation shifts. Almost all types of form shifts were found in this study. The most commonly occurring type of translation shift was category shifts, especially the structure and unit shifts. This was due to the differences in grammatical rules, sentence structure, and language units between the Korean and Indonesian languages. Meanwhile, the concept of meaning shift is categorized into two distinct groups: generic-to-specific transitions and shifts stemming from divergent cultural perspectives. The most dominant meaning shift was the generic-to-specific category because the translator used equivalents that were not too close but the meaning conveyed did not change. In addition, the difficulties in finding the close equivalents due to the differences in the cultural background were another factor in the occurrences of translation shifts.

Abstract

Jepang tengah menghadapi problematik serius, yaitu, menurunnya populasi produktif atau ageing population, secara masif di masyarakat, yang mengakibatkan aktivitas ekonomi, bisnis, industri, dan teknologi Jepang menjadi tidak optimal. Dari permasalahan tersebut perlu dipandang sebagai potensi dalam mengoptimalkan bonus demografi Indonesia untuk bekerja di Jepang. Namun, hal tersebut tidak akan optimal apabila terdapat persoalan kompleks yang menimpa tenaga migran Indonesia, seperti culture shock, akibat standarisasi atau tuntutan kinerja yang tinggi di Jepang, sehingga mencerminkan kemampuan adaptasi yang kurang, termasuk persoalan mengenai diskriminasi pemenuhan hak dan pelayanan kerja terhadap tenaga migran Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pembinaan karakter dan budaya Jepang kepada calon tenaga migran Indonesia yang berada di Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja Indonesia terhadap problematik culture shock dan diskriminasi berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi ketika tenaga migran Indonesia yang sedang bekerja di Jepang, supaya terbentuk kapasitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia, yang unggul, berkarakter dan kompetitif. Hasil penelitian ini, berupa pembinaan karakter dan budaya Jepang pada tenaga migran Indonesia untuk penguatan performance character, dilakukan berbasis pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan datanya, berupa angket. Hasil penelitian, yaitu: 1) culture shock dan penguasaan keterampilan yang beraga menjadi masalah utama tenaga migran Indonesia di Jepang, 2) penguatan performance character berbasis karakter dan budaya Jepang, adalah solusi efektif dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut, dan 3) tenaga migran Indonesia memiliki atensi kuat dalam menerapkan performance characterdalam pekerjaan dan keseharian, karena bersifat holistik dan mampu menjadi modal sosial dalam berkarier, berkompetisi dan hidup di Jepang.
