Abstract

Introduction to financial literacy from an early age will make children accustomed to managing finances properly and correctly in the future. This study aimed to analyze the financial literacy level of fifth-graders at public elementary schools in the Gondokusuman Sub-district. This research is a descriptive quantitative survey method. The population was 394 students, with a total sample of 196, following Krejcie Morgan’s minimum sample determination table, by using a cluster sampling technique. The data collection technique used a closed statement questionnaire. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the financial literacy level of fifth-graders was obtained from four indicators. Indicator of personal financial planning and personal financial control, on average, were at a moderate financial literacy level, with a financial literacy level of 75.74%; indicator of saving was at a high financial literacy level, with a financial literacy level of 82.03%; indicator of risk control was at a moderate financial literacy level, with a financial literacy level of 69.34%; indicator of income management and investment benefits was at a moderate financial literacy level, with a financial literacy level of 76.07%. From the accumulation of all these indicators, the resulting level of financial literacy in fifth-grade students at public elementary schools in the Gondokusuman Sub-district was 77.39%, included in the category of moderate financial literacy level. Thus, it needs to be improved by providing financial literacy knowledge, such as distinguishing between needs and wants and managing personal finances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of flipped classroom-based blended learning on students' critical thinking skills. This study is a type of meta-analysis research. Data sources come from 14 national and international journals published in 2018-2023. The process of finding data sources comes from Google Scholar, ERIC, DOAJ, EBSCO, ProQuest, ScienceDirect and PLoS ONE. Keywords search for blended learning data, blended learning based on flipped classroom, and the effectiveness of blended learning based on flipped classroom on students' critical thinking skills. Data analysis techniques with the help of JSAP applications. The results of the study concluded that the average value of effect size (ES = 0.838) high sizeeffect category and standard error of 0.109 . These findings explain that the flipped classroom-based blended learning model has a positive influence on students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The ability of students' mathematical understanding is one of the aspects needed by students in learning mathematics. With the ability to understand mathematics will make it easier for students to solve problems because students will be able to relate and solve these problems with the concepts they have understood. This study aims to see the improvement of the mathematical understanding ability of junior high school students using a discovery learning model on Relation and Function material. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research with the research sample being all grade VIII students in one of the junior high schools in West Bandung. This study consists of 2 cycles where each cycle consists of planning, action and implementation, observation and reflection stages, with before and after the study given 2 test instrument in the form of a description. In each cycle there is an activity observation sheet. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, it is seen from the test results provided, then all data and data results are processed using SPSS software. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in the completeness of learning scenarios for teachers by 92.31% and for students by 81.25%. In addition, the results of filling out the tests given each cycle showed good results with the number of students who scored above the minimum completeness criteria in cycle I by 73.08% and cycle II by 81.88%, meaning an increase of 8.8%. Based on this, it is expected that educators can apply the Discovery Learning Model with good planning and implementation so that student learning outcomes on relation and function material can increase.

Profil pelajar Pancasila dilakukan dalam pembelajaran intrakurikuler, kegiatan kokurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler fokus terhadap pembentukan karakter dan kemampuan keseharian yang ada diri peserta didik pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi profil pelajar Pancasila dimensi kreatif kelas IV dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi profil pelajar Pancasila dimensi kreatif di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar sudah baik dan tampak pada saat kegiatan intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler, P5 dan budaya sekolah yang mengacu peserta didik dalam memberikan ide meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kreativitas mereka

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for a local wisdom Uma Lengge social studies learning module that can improve Cultural Literacy for fifth grade elementary school students. This article was written with the aim of developing a local wisdom Uma Lengge-based social studies learning module to improve Cultural Literacy for fifth grade elementary school students. The type of research used in this study is Research and Development (R&D). The research was conducted involving three validators, two elementary school teachers for needs analysis, and 23 students who were subjects in the trial process of the local wisdom Uma Lengge-based social studies learning module to improve Cultural Literacy. Observation, interviews and document studies are data collection techniques used in the study. Data analysis uses quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of the study are (1) The ADDIE development model is used in the development of a local wisdom Uma Lengge-based social studies learning module to improve Cultural Literacy for fifth grade elementary school students. (2) The quality of the IPS module with a Likert scale of 1-4 is included in the criteria of "Already Suitable" and the average score is 3.30 which is included in the category "No Revision Required" (3) The results of the implementation of the IPS module, the average score is 51.5 before using the module, the average score is 87.3 after using the module, the overall percentage increase in module use is 59% with the category "High".

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning videos and determine the quality of the results of developing learning videos in social studies class IV SD. This research was conducted at SDN Bhaktikarya Condongcatur. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study: 1) development of learning videos based on the ADDIE stages, namely analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate, 2) The quality of learning videos obtained from validation results through 2 media experts and 2 material experts got a score of 4.53 entered into the category "Very good". The videos developed are also proven to be able to train students' creativity and innovation skills based on the results of observation scores, questionnaires and interviews. Thus it is concluded that the learning videos have very good quality and are suitable for use in the learning process.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran dan mengetahui kualitas hasil pengembangan video pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Bhaktikarya Condongcatur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini: 1) pengembangan video pembelajaran berdasarkan tahapan ADDIE, yaitu analyze, design, develop, implement dan evaluate, 2) Kualitas video pembelajaran diperoleh hasil validasi melalui 2 ahli media dan 2 ahli materi mendapatkan skor 4,53 masuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Video yang dikembangkan juga terbukti mampu melatihkan keterampilan kreativitas dan inovasi peserta didik berdasarkan hasil skor observasi dengan rerata 4,14 masuk kategori “Baik”. Hasil kuesioner tertutup memperoleh rerata 4,49 masuk kategori “Sangat Setuju” kemudian hasil wawancara mendukung hasil observasi dan kuesioner. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa video pembelajaran memiliki kualitas sangat baik dan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.
