Abstract

AbstrakTujuan utama dari civic disposition adalah untuk menumbuhkan karakter warga negara yang meliputi karakter privat dan karakter publik. Pertanyaannya, bagaimana peran PKn dalam membentuk karakter bangsa yang baik di sekolah? Secara kurikuler sebagai program pendidikan, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan mengembangkan sejumlah program pendidikan dan model implementasi dalam mempersiapkan peserta didik menjadi manusia dewasa yang berkarakter melalui lembaga pendidikan. Dengan demikian, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis dalam “pembangunan karakter bangsa”. Uraian dalam kurikulum pembelajaran dikemas sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang ingin dicapai. Kondisi ini menjadi berbeda ketika pandemi COVID-19 terjadi dan pembelajaran dilakukan secara online. Guru PKn sulit mengembangkan disposisi kewarganegaraan atau karakter kewarganegaraan siswa karena pembelajaran dilakukan secara online. Realitas inilah yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Penelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan di beberapa SMA di Kota Ambon yang melakukan pembelajaran secara online. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara purposive sampling melalui teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk menimbang disposisi kewarganegaraan dalam pembelajaran online, guru PKn mengembangkan berbagai strategi dan pendekatan pembelajaran dalam konteks pandemi untuk mengembangkan karakter kewarganegaraan siswa. Salah satunya dengan mengembangkan model blended learning untuk mengukur civic disposition dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran di masa pandemi.                          Kata kunci: Civic Disposition, Kurikulum Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Pembelajaran Daring AbstractThe main purpose of civic disposition is to cultivate the character of citizens which includes private character and public character. The question is, what is the role of Civics in shaping good national character in schools? Curricularly as an educational program, Citizenship Education develops a number of educational programs and implementation models in preparing students to become mature human beings with character through educational institutions. Thus, Citizenship Education has a very strategic position in "national character building". The description in the learning curriculum is packaged according to the learning objectives to be achieved. This condition becomes different when the COVID-19 pandemic occurs and learning is carried out online. It is difficult for Civic Education teachers to develop the civic disposition or citizenship character of students because learning is done online. This reality is the background of this research. This qualitative research was conducted at several senior high schools in Ambon City that conducted online learning. Data were collected by purposive sampling through interview and documentation techniques. then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed that in order to weigh the civic disposition in online learning, Civic Education teachers developed various learning strategies and approaches in the context of a pandemic to develop students' civic character. One of them is by developing a blended learning model to measure civic disposition in achieving learning goals during a pandemic.Keywords: Civic Disposition, Civics Curriculum, Online Learning.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Kesiapan Guru Pendidikan Pancasila Dan Kewaganegaraan Dalam Pemberlakuan Kurikulum K-13 Di SMAN 10 Tanimbar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kesiapan Guru Pendidikan Pancasila Dan Kewaganegaraan  Dalam Pemberlakuan Kurikulum K-13 Di Smanegeri 10 Tanimbar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Proses Kesiapan Guru PPKn dalam Pemberlakuan Kurikulum 2013 pada SMA Negeri 10 Tanimbar Selatan bahwa sejak tahun 2017 implementasi kurikulum 2013 dilaksanakan pada pada SMA Negeri 10 Tanimbar Selatan dan hampir sebagian besar guru sudah memiliki pelatihan kurikulum 2013. Kesiapan guru untuk sarana prasarana dalam melaksanakan kurikulum 2013 belum maksimal menunjang proses pembelajaran dikelas sehingga sekolah berkomitmen untuk terus membenahi sarana dan prasarana tersebut. Hambatan Kesiapan Guru PKn Dalam Mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 bahwa ada hambatan yang dihadapi para guru ketika kurikulum 2013 diimplementasikan. Yaitu 1) penyesuaian kurikulum 2013, 2) keterbatasan akses internet, 3) kemampuan siswa yang berbeda. hambatan yang dihadapi guru PKn dan siswa adalah sarana prasarana yang tidak memadai, misalnya tidak ada LCD proyektor di tiap ruang kelas, sumber-sumber literature buku bagi siswa yang digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar masih minim..Solusi untuk Mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 bahwa Solusi untuk implementasi setiap hambatan yang terjadi dalam kurikulum 2013 adalah meningkatkan kualitas guru dengan memberikan pelatihan bagi guru supaya memahami kurikulum 2013 dengan baik, menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai guna menunjang implementasi kurikulum 2013Kata Kunci: Kesiapan, Guru, Kurikulum 2013 AbstractThis study aims to describe the readiness of Pancasila and Citizenship Education Teachers in the Implementation of the K-13 Curriculum at Smanegeri 10 Tanimbar. At SMAN 10 Tanimbar. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interview techniques. The results of this study indicate that the PPKn Teacher Readiness Process in the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum at SMA Negeri 10 Tanimbar Selatan that since 2017 the implementation of the 2013 curriculum has been carried out at SMA Negeri 10 Tanimbar Selatan and almost most of the teachers already have training in the 2013 curriculum. Teacher readiness for infrastructure in implementing the 2013 curriculum, it has not maximally supported the learning process in the classroom so that the school is committed to continuing to improve the facilities and infrastructure. Barriers to the Readiness of Civics Teachers in Implementing the 2013 Curriculum that there are obstacles faced by teachers when the 2013 curriculum is implemented. Namely 1) 2013 curriculum adjustment, 2) limited internet access, 3) different student abilities. The obstacles faced by Civics teachers and students are inadequate infrastructure, for example, there is no LCD projector in each classroom, the sources of book literature for students used in the teaching and learning process are still minimal..Solutions for Implementing Curriculum 2013 that Solutions for implementation every obstacle that occurs in the 2013 curriculum is to improve the quality of teachers by providing training for teachers to understand the 2013 curriculum well, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of the 2013 curriculum.Keywords: Readiness, Teachers, Curriculum 2013

Abstract

The practice of digital democracy is one of the phenomena that occurs as a result of digital transformation. Digital democracy opens up a flexible space for people in democracy, but besides that people are also faced with a flood of information that tends to contain hoaxes. This study aims to see the contribution of Pattimura University students as part of Indonesian citizens and also scholars in fighting hoaxes in the campus environment. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data were obtained through observation and interviews. The results showed that Pattimura University students see digital democracy as an opportunity for the advancement of democracy and increase student participation and development in democracy, and hoaxes are said to be the main threat to democracy in the digital space, and the key to fighting hoaxes is digital literacy, and the importance of implementing the values of politeness, honesty, tolerance, kinship, unity and unity.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine student perceptions related to personal data violations for commercial purposes on social media Facebook as a digital crime and legal certainty for users. This research was conducted in Ambon City, Maluku. Data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to be directly involved, namely those who had been victims of personal data attacks on Facebook social media. The results of the study show that several forms of personal data attack have been experienced by Facebook users, namely, hacking with malicious intent (cracking), malicious software attacks (malware), identity theft (identity theft), and fraud by fraudsters (fraudsters), causes of data theft. These individuals exist purely because of the intent of the perpetrator or are also responsible and careless of the owner (subject) of the personal data. Laws and regulations discuss rights and obligations, prohibitions, sanctions and punishments, but cannot automatically protect personal data so that public education on the importance of protecting personal data will support the personal data it protects.

Abstract

This Study aims to determine the process of resolving the south China Sea conflict by the Indonesian government, which until now has not been resolved due to overlapping claims between China, Vietnam, the Philippines, Brunei Darussalam and Taiwan. The South China Sea conflict is heating up, causing concern and threats in the Asian region. Because the South China Sea is an international route, where the South China Sea is used a shortcut by countries in the world. Because the South China Sea is used as a shortcuts Asia, Europe and the South China Sea has a very important position for the world economy. If there is a conflict in the South China Sea it will greatly hamper the world economy. The data collection technique for this research is library research, in which the data is obtained from secondary data such as books, journals, news and so on that are related to the research being studied. This research refers more to the resolution of the South China Sea conflict by the Indonesian government.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to find out the implementation of child adoption under customary law in Tananahu District, Teluk Elpaputih District, to find out an overview of citizenship education regarding the rights of adopted children from the perspective of customary law in Neegeri Tananahu, and to find out the process of distributing inheritance to adopted children. based on customary law in Negeri Tananahu. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to be directly involved. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of these interviews can show that based on a study of citizenship education in customary law in Tananahu Country regarding the position of adopted children that children who are adopted either from the family or not from the family will become part of the adoptive parent's family. The adopted child will be cared for and all the fulfillment of the child's needs will be borne by the adoptive parents. Before becoming part of the adoptive parent's family, of course, they have gone through the stages and processes according to custom, so that the child who is legally adopted becomes part of the adopting family. Adopted children have the same rights as biological children, such as the right to love, the right to education, and the right to a decent life. According to customary law in Tananahu, the inheritance rights of adopted children and biological children are not the same, but that does not mean that adopted children do not receive inheritance, only with different amounts. Biological children will get more inheritance rights than adopted children.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to find out how the people of Haruku state perceive the covid-19 vaccination, and what the role of the government is in dealing with the covid-19 pandemic. This research was carried out in Haruku country. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to be directly involved. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this interview can show that the people of Haruku Country have different views regarding the covid 19 vaccination. There are still many people in Haruku Country who view the covid 19 vaccination as a policy that does not bring benefits to the community, which actually has a lot of bad impacts on society. In addition, the people of Haruku Country consider that the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination is a policy that violates people's rights, namely the right to refuse or receive vaccines. So that the role of the government and medical staff in Haruku Country is very important to convince the public about the importance of the Covid-19 vaccination through socialization that is being carried out. However, the socialization that was carried out also did not change one hundred percent of the public's perspective on Covid-19 vaccination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of implementing the Erkarara customary tradition in terms of citizenship education in Jerol Village, South Aru District, Aru Islands Regency. how is the Erkarara customary tradition as the civic culture of the Jerol village community. Data collection techniques are used by observation and interviews. The results of this interview show that the traditional erkarara tradition in Jerol village is a tradition that is carried out when there is a new house that the occupants want to occupy. This erkarara customary tradition is a tradition that has existed for a long time and is still maintained today This has become a culture in the Jerol village community. In this tradition there are meanings and sanctions contained in the Erkarara customary tradition, in this tradition there are also cultural values of citizenship, namely social values, togetherness values, religious values and moral values. This value is reflected in the life of the Jerol village community.

Abstract

Khusus untuk Lansia, terdapat UU No. 13 tahun 1998 tentang Kesejahteraan Lanjut Usia beserta berbagai Peratuan Pemerintah sebagai turunannya. Dalam Undang-undang tersebut, yang dimaksud lansia adalah kelompok masyarakat yang telah berusia 60 tahun ke atas. Serta Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) Nomor 88 Tahun 2021 tentang Strategi Nasional (Stranas), Kelanjut usiaan merupakan salah satu regulasi yang telah dikeluarkan untuk mengatur perihal kelanjut usiaan. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan interactive models. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Konsep ideal pemerintah dalam pemenuhan hak lansia telah berjalan cukup baik, tetapi perlu aturan khusus dalam penggunaanya. Dengan ruang terbuka hijau yang disediakan pemerintah untuk lansia dapat menjadi tempat yang nyaman untuk lansia dalam bersosialisasi dengan teman-teman lansia lainnya. Upaya pemerintah kota Ambon dalam meningkatkan pemenuhan hak bagi lansia sudah berjalan cukup optimal. Pemerintah telah berupaya untuk membangun ruang taman hijau sebagai bentuk pemenuhan hak lansia dalam bersosialisasi. Selain itu terdapat perbedaan signifikan setelah implementasi upaya pemerintah dalam pemenuhan hak lanisa, perbedaan itu terlihat dari aktivitas psikososial lansia yang semakin meningkat. Respon pemerintah yang sangat tanggap dalam pemenuhan hak lansia memberikan kenyaman kepada lansia, ruang terbuka hijau yang dikhususnya untuk lansia dapat membantu lansia dalam meningkatkan sosialisasi mereka dengan teman – teman lansia lainnya.
