Abstract

AbstrakProgram bantuan langsung tunai desa merupakan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah pusat serta kewenanganya di berikan kepada pemerintah desa melalui pemotongan dana desa (DD) sebesar 40% untuk disalurkan kepada masyarakat khususnya masyarakat dusun lirang desa luhu yang kehilangan mata pencarian atau yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1. Bagaimanakah proses implementasi Bantuan Langsung Tunai Desa bagi masyarakat ekonomi lemah di dusun Lirang. 2. Bagaimana Upaya penangulangan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Desa di Dusun Lirang Desa Luhu. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu metode yang mengunakan atau melukiskan suwatu kejadian secara sistematis, factual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta atau fenomena yang diselidiki. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukan bahwa implementasi bantuan langsung tunai desa yang di berikan oleh pemerintah desa kepada masyarakat penerima subsidi dengan jumlah Rp 300.000 perbulan dari awal bulan januari sampai desember tahun 2022 khususnya masyarakat penerima BLT-Desa yang berada di dusun lirang desa luhu sangat bermanfaat guna membantu meringankan daya beli masyarakat dengan kategori ekonomi lemah diera pandemi Covid. Selain itu penyaluran bantuan lagsung tunai desa oleh pemerintah desa kepada penerima bantuan langsung tunai desa telah tepat sasaran sebagaimana ketentuan yang telah di tetapkan bahwa masyarakat penerima bantuan adalah keluarga miskin atau tidak mampu yang berdomisili di desa bersangkutan dan diprioritaskan keluarga miskin yang termasuk dalam kategori kemiskinan ekstrim, kehilangan mata pencharian, keluarga penerima jarring sosial yang terhenti serta keluarga miskin yang terdampak pandemi Corona Disease 2019 (Covid-19) dan belum menerima bantuan atau rumah tangga dengan anggota rumah tangga tunggal lanjut usiaKata Kunci: Bantuan Langsung Tunai Desa, Masyarakat Ekonomi Lemah. AbstrakThe direct village cash assistance program is a policy issued by the central government and its authority is given to the village government through a 40% reduction in village funds (DD) to be distributed to the community, especially the lirang village community, who have lost their livelihoods or who have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemi. . The purpose of this study is to find out 1. How is the process of implementing Village Cash Assistance for the economically weak community in the Lirang hamlet. 2. How to tackle the Village Cash Assistance program in Lirang Hamlet, Luhu Village. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, which is a method that uses or describes an event in a systematic, factual and accurate manner regarding the facts or phenomena being investigated. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of direct village cash assistance provided by the village government to the subsidy recipient community in the amount of Rp. 300,000 per month from the beginning of January to December 2022, especially the BLT-Desa recipient community in the lirang village, Luhu village, is very useful for help ease the purchasing power of people with weak economic categories in the Covid pandemi era. In addition, the distribution of direct village cash assistance by the village government to recipients of direct village cash assistance has been right on target as stipulated in the provisions that the recipients of assistance are poor or underprivileged families who live in the village concerned and prioritize poor families who are included in the category of extreme poverty. , loss of livelihood, families receiving social networks that have stopped and poor families affected by the Corona Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemi and have not received assistance or households with elderly single household members.Keywords: Village Cash Direct Assistance. Abstract

The practice of digital democracy is one of the phenomena that occurs as a result of digital transformation. Digital democracy opens up a flexible space for people in democracy, but besides that people are also faced with a flood of information that tends to contain hoaxes. This study aims to see the contribution of Pattimura University students as part of Indonesian citizens and also scholars in fighting hoaxes in the campus environment. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data were obtained through observation and interviews. The results showed that Pattimura University students see digital democracy as an opportunity for the advancement of democracy and increase student participation and development in democracy, and hoaxes are said to be the main threat to democracy in the digital space, and the key to fighting hoaxes is digital literacy, and the importance of implementing the values of politeness, honesty, tolerance, kinship, unity and unity.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the role of the family in shaping the character of broken home children in Wanath Hamlet, Kec. Leihitu Kab. Central Moluccas. This research was conducted in Wanath Hamlet, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to be directly involved. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers, it was revealed that most of the children who were in a broken home family situation had negative characters, one of which was being a child who liked to fight when ordered, did not listen when his parents advised him, but some of them who like to help their parents when their parents are sick. The activities of the children in Wanath Waisane Hamlet are not far from helping their parents at home, both boys and girls. If men help by adding water and for women cooking and cleaning the house. , in this case it becomes a separate task for the family in shaping the character of the child to be even better. Therefore, the family's efforts, in this case the parents of broken home children, by giving advice to their children and also applying rules that can make children their children get better or even limit their children's association. In addition to the efforts that have been made by the family, of course there must be obstacles to lack of communication, cell phones and also environmental factors of friendship, for example, but the rules and advice that are carried out by parents do not rule out the possibility of being a supporting factor for the role of parents of broken home kids.

Abstract

Writing this thesis discusses "Village Government Strategy for the Preservation of Sasi Taripang in the Lingat Village Community, Selaru District, Tanimbar Islands Regency". The problems discussed in writing this thesis are: 1. government strategy and implementation in sasi dance 2. How is the sasi dance law implemented in the lingat village community 3. What is the role of the lingat village government in preserving sasi dance. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research where the data is obtained through observation and interviews. The research location was carried out in Lingat Village, Selaru District, Tanimbar Islands Regency. Where the research subjects used in this study totaled 12 people including: 3 village government officials, 1 head of a traditional institution, 1 head of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), 1 entrepreneur, 5 community members, and the village head as an informant. The results of this study indicate that the village government strategy is a benchmark for the community to preserve existing natural resources, such as sasi taripang where this sasi law has existed for a long time and is passed on from generation to generation, and is continued by the role of the village government to preserve it through Lingat Village Regulation No 05/01/DSL/I/2021 "About sasi violations, and the time for carrying out sasi" and a fine of Rp. 1,000,000.00 as a form of strategy and the government's role in maintaining the preservation of sasi taripang so that it does not extinct.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out students' interest in the scout movement as a means of character education and increase the spirit of student nationalism and the impact that was obtained from the scout movement. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was interviews to obtain information by asking the informants directly according to the problem under study. Observation is a data collection technique that is carried out through an observation, accompanied by recordings of the state or behavior of the target object. Documentation researchers obtained data by collecting data sourced from archived written data and images related to the scout movement at SMP Negeri 1 Tual. The problem at SMP Negeri 1 Tual is student indiscipline in carrying out school rules and also often damaging facilities. In the schools in Tual 1 Public Middle School, it is very important to instill in students a sense of nationalism from the implementation of the scout movement so that they can learn more in an orderly manner, comply with all regulations both within the school environment and in society and religion.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of digital libraries as a learning resource in improving the quality of student learning at SMP Negeri 2 Seram Barat. This study uses descriptive qualitative research which aims to find out how the benefits of digital libraries as learning resources in improving the quality of student learning as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in describing the use of digital libraries as learning resources in improving the quality of student learning at SMP Negeri 2 Seram Barat. data collection techniques are used by observation, interviews, documentation studies, the results of this study indicate that there are problems in the use of digital libraries as learning resources in improving the quality of student learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of INPEX Masela in the study of children's education in Tanimbar Islands Regency (KKT) in Higher Education. KKT students, what are the views of the parents of KKT students in receiving the Inpex Masela scholarship. The technique used in this research is snowball sampling. The results of the interviews showed that the INPEX Masela company, which collaborated with Pattimura University, held a scholarship program and had it handed over to students from KKT at Unpatti College. INPEX Masela is a multinational company engaged in the upstream oil and gas (oil and gas) industry. The assistance program is in two categories, namely the Tuition Fee Scholarship and Thesis Preparation Assistance Scholarship. The role and function of INPEX Masela is very important in providing educational assistance (scholarships), but seen from the operation of this program, the average KKT student did not experience the INPEX Masela scholarship assistance. Parents' point of view regarding the problem above is how INPEX is able to realize assistance by prioritizing children in KKT areas.

Abstract

Character education is lifelong education, as a process towards a perfect human being. Value is something abstract and ideal. application of Character Values in Citizenship Education courses to students, because universities have an important role in the process of strengthening character in the souls and individuals of the younger generation on campus. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. A qualitative approach is an approach that aims to describe what is currently in effect by examining the relationship between the implementation of Pancasila values in strengthening national character and data analysis techniques carried out using interactive model data analysis techniques which have three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation. and conclusion. This research was conducted at the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program, Fkip Unpatti. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1. application of character values through citizenship education courses for even semester students. 2. the obstacles experienced in applying character values to even semester students in the Citizenship Education course. The objectives of this research are 1. application of character values through citizenship education courses for even semester students. 2. the obstacles experienced in applying character values to even semester students in the Citizenship Education course. The results of this study indicate that the application of character education to even semester students of the 2021 class requires character education to shape traits or behaviors that are not in accordance with Pancasila values, so with this the aim of character education is to form a good human person, a good society and good citizens in accordance with Pancasila values. The obstacles experienced in applying character values are related to the obstacles in students in applying character values in Citizenship Education courses that there are no obstacles encountered in citizenship education courses in the recovery process.

Abstract

Pajak kendaraan bermotor adalah pajak atas kepemilikan dan/atau penguasaan kendaraan bermotor, dalam pelaksanaan pemungutannya dilakukan di kantor bersama samsat. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, maka ada beberapa hal yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Daerah khususnya pemerintah kota Ambon untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor di kota Ambon. Tipe Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang dikumpulkan dianalisa secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah strategi pemerintah kota Ambon dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor yaitu, Samsat Mall, Drive Thrue, Door To Door, Operasi Lapangan (Razia), dan sosialisasi-sosialisasi melalui media sosial. Kebijakan pemerintah terkait pajak kendaraan bermotor. Kebijakan pemerintah terkait pajak kendaraan bermotor mengacu pada peraturan gubernur Maluku no 30 Tahun 2021 tentang Pembebasan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor dan Pembebasan Sanksi Administratif pajak kendaraan bermotor pasca darurat bencana non alam Corona virus Disease (covid19)

Abstract

Anak sebagai generasi muda merupakan potensi dan penerus cita-cita perjuangan bangsa. adanya perlindungan baik anak yang mana telah di di jabarkan dalam Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 pasal 20 tentang perlindungan anak. Perlakuan orang tua dalam mendidik anak itu bukan tindakan kekerasan cara pendekatan dalam mendidik anak adalah tampa pemukulan yang berlebihan sehingga mental anak tidak terganggu dengan didikan yang di berikan orang tua. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui upaya pembinaan dan perlindungan berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014, pandangan hak asasi manusia terhadap bagi implementasi pembinaan dan perlindungan anak berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014, tingkat penyelesaian masalah dalam pembinaan dan perlindungan anak berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Lokasi penelitian di Kantor Kementrian Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Manusia serta Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak Kementrian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia 6 orang, 4 pegawai Lembaga pembinaan khusus anak, 4 orang anak yang terkena kasus, dan 4 orang tua.
