Abstract

Abstract. The company's success in managing business activities to obtain outputs that meet expectations cannot be separated from the planning of the right quality management system. A quality management system is a set of documented procedures and standard practices for system management aimed at ensuring the conformity of a process and product to specific needs or requirements. Several components in the quality management system include organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes and resources for the implementation of quality management. This study discusses the design of a quality management system at CV Ardian which does not yet have ISO 9001:2015 certification. The purpose of this design is to design the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard and document it in order to improve customer satisfaction. The tool used in this research is a gap analysis. The steps in this research are identifying the documents available in the company with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, calculating the gaps between the documents, meeting the deficiencies, and proposing documents based on the discrepancies that occur. The results obtained based on the calculation of the gap analysis in clause 5 get the highest score of 71% and the other clauses are less than 50%, which means that they have not implemented an ISO 9001:2015-based quality management system. The proposal in the design of the quality management system is in the form of making documents that have been identified based on the discrepancies and gaps that occur. Abstrak. Keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mengelola aktivitas bisnis untuk memperoleh output yang sesuai harapan tidak lepas dari perencanaan sistem manajemen mutu yang tepat. Sistem manajemen mutu merupakan sekumpulan prosedur terdokumentasi dan praktik-praktik standar untuk manajemen sistem yang bertujuan menjamin kesesuaian dari suatu proses dan produk terhadap kebutuhan atau persyaratan tertentu. Beberapa komponen yang ada dalam sistem manajemen mutu antara lain struktur organisasi, tanggung jawab, prosedur, proses dan sumber daya untuk penerapan manajemen mutu. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perancangan sistem manajemen mutu di CV Ardian yang belum memiliki sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk merancang standar manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan mendokumentasikannya dalam rangka meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa analisis gap. Langkah-laangkah dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi dokumen yang tersedia di perusahaan dengan persyaratan ISO 9001:2015, menghitung kesenjangan yang antara dokumen, memenuhi kekurangan, dan mengusulkan dokumen berdasarkan ketidaksesuaian yang terjadi. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan perhitungan kesenjangan analisis klausul 5 mendapatkan nilai tertinggi sebesar 71% dan klausul lainnya kurang dari 50% yang artinya belum menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu berbasis ISO 9001:2015. Usulan dalam perancangan sistem manajemen mutu yaitu berupa pembuatan dokumen yang telah diidentifikasi berdasarkan ketidaksesuaian dan kesenjangan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Abstract. CV. Cipta Karya Mandiri is a company engaged in the manufacture of electronic device spare parts in the form of toroidal inductors. Based on the results of the study, in 2020 the company experienced a significant increase in demand compared to 2019. However, it turns out that there is a problem at the company, namely an increase in the percentage of toroidal inductor defects. This shows that the company's efforts to reduce product defects are still not optimal. So that the company needs to know the cause of disability as effort to reduce and eliminate defects that occur. The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of defective toroidal inductor products. The method used to reduce or even eliminate toroidal inductor product defects is by using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. The process of identifying the causes of failure is carried out on five types of defects which are included in 80% of the cumulative defects on the Pareto diagram. As for what is included in the 80% cumulative Pareto diagram defects consist of loose winding defects, bad windings, bonding overs, red pins, and wound wires. The results of the identification of the causes of defects from the five types of defects using fault tree analysis (FTA), namely the factors that cause defects to consist of human or worker factors, machine factors, and tools used during the production process. Abstract

Abstract. Overweight and obesity are defined as abnormal and excessive fat accumulation that can interfere with health. The prevalence of obesity is increasing alarmingly worldwide. Obesity is a condition that can be prevented that can reduce the incidence of complications from obesity both in terms of health problem and financial. This service activity aims:  the community can find out their nutritional status and add insight about a healthy diet to lose weight and can be practiced in daily life. This service is carried out by measuring the participants' weight, height and waist circumference, then education is carried out to the participants and evaluations are carried out before and after education. This service was attended by 50 participants, of which 26 (52%) were obese and 8 (16%) were overweight. Participants with central obesity were 37 (74%) participants. There was an increase in participants' knowledge after education significantly (P<0.001), the average was 86 (60-100) from the initial average of 52 (40-80). This service activity is useful for increasing public knowledge about how to assess nutritional status and healthy lifestyles to lose weightAbstrak. Overweight dan obesitas didefinisikan sebagai penimbunan lemak yang tidak normal dan berlebihan yang dapat mengganggu kesehatan. Prevalensi obesitas meningkat secara mengkhawatirkan di seluruh dunia. Obesitas merupakan suatu kondisi yang dapat dicegah sehingga dapat mengurangi insiden terjadinya komplikasi dari obesitas baik dari segi Kesehatan maupun finansial. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan: agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui status gizi mereka dan menambah wawasan mengenai diet sehat menurunkan berat badan dan dapat dipraktekkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pengukuran berat badan, tinggi badan dan lingkar pinggang peserta, kemudian dilakukan edukasi kepada para peserta serta dilakukan evaluasi sebelum dan sesudah edukasi. Pengabdian ini dihadiri 50 peserta, dimana terdapat 26 (52%) peserta yang mengalami obesitas dan 8 (16%) peserta mengalami overweight. Peserta yang mengalami obesitas sentral sebanyak 37 (74%) peserta. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta setelah edukasi secara signifikan (p<0,001), dimana rerata pengetahuan menjadi 86 (60-100) dari yang awalnya rerata 52 (40-80). Kegiatan pengabdian ini bermanfaat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang cara menilai status gizi dan pola hidup sehat menurunkan berat badan

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Belum optimalnya pengelolaan sampah organik di Kampung Cipicung Baleendah disebabkan warga sekitar yang belum memiliki pengetahuan pengolahan sampah. Pengolahan sampah organik yang benar berpotensi menghasilkan nilai tambah dan nilai jual. Kegiatan pengabdian ini fokus kepada sektor kewirausahaan guna pemberdayaan beberapa potensi organisasi Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Luhur Lestari di Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung. Tujuan pengabdian melalui pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan dan optimalisasi potensi perkebunan lokal warga melalui wirausaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dengan tahapan: survei pendahuluan, persiapan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki pengetahuan pengelolaan sampah yang berupa Organic Tower Garden (OTG) dengan luaran berupa kompos. Lebih lanjut luaran kompos ini dapat dimanfaatkan warga untuk meningkatkan wirausaha pada perkebunan singkong. OTG juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menanam sayuran dimana hasilnya tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi rumah tangga, namun dapat dijual sehingga dapat membantu ekonomi warga. Melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan pada program pengabdian ini peserta memperoleh kemampuan dalam hal teknis pengolahan sampah melalui OTG dan pengolahan singkong menjadi usaha rintisan kuliner. Peserta juga memperoleh pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan untuk usaha serta wawasan tentang manajemen pemasaran. Kata Kunci: Kelompok Wanita Tani, kuliner, Organic Tower Garden (OTG), wirausaha [English]: The sub-optimal management of organic waste in Cipicung Baleendah Village was due to the lack of knowledge among residents about waste management. Proper processing of organic waste potentially generates added value and selling value. This community service program focused on the entrepreneurship sector to empower some of the potentials of the Luhur Lestari Women Farmers Group (KWT) organization in Baleendah, Bandung Regency. This program aimed to contribute to overcoming environmental problems and optimizing the potential of local plantations through entrepreneurship. The method used was Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) with stages: a preliminary survey, preparation and implementation of entrepreneurship training, and evaluation of the program. The results showed that participants could gain knowledge of waste management through Organic Tower Garden (OTG) with compost as the output. Furthermore, this compost output can be utilized by residents to increase entrepreneurship in cassava plantations. OTG can also be used to grow vegetables where the results meet household consumption needs and can be sold to help the residents' economy. Through entrepreneurship training in this service program, participants gained skills in the technical processing of waste through OTG and processing cassava into culinary start-up businesses. Abstract

Abstract. Meraya Garment is a company engaged in the Garment industry located in Katapang, Bandung Regency. Based on the results of observations at Meraya Garment, the total loss resulting from these defects reached 5.58% in one year, the pants produced had a fairly high number of defects. The defect at Meraya Garment currently exceeds the tolerance limit previously set by the company, namely 3% of the total production of between 500 and 3000 pants. The total number of defective products in 2021 is quite a lot, reaching a total of 852 pcs. The method used in this problem is the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. Based on the results of FTA assistance, it shows that the root causes of defects in pants products at Meraya Garment can be caused by several factors, namely humans, machines and the environment. The results of FMEA calculations improve the processes that have the highest RPN values ​​as an effort to reduce the occurrence of failures. The potential size failure mode caused by the absence of training for workers gets the highest RPN value of 225, which is the main focus of improvement. Whereas the lowest RPN value for skip stitches with the potential for lack of maintenance and oil causes the machine to jam and causes the jump stitches to get an RPN value of 48. The suggestions for improvement are the proposal to hold regular training, stricter supervision from the Head of Production, written SOP for repairs so that it is easy understood, Proposed maintenance of machines and parts that have been damaged according to schedule. Meraya Garment adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri Garment yang berlokasi di Katapang Kabupaten Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di Meraya Garment, total kerugian yang diakibatkan dari kecacatan tersebut mecapai 5,58% dalam satu tahun, produk celana yang dihasilkan memiliki jumlah cacat cukup tinggi. Kecacatan di Meraya Garment saat ini melampaui batas toleransi yang ditetapkan perusahaan sebelumnya yaitu 3% dari total produksi antara 500 hingga 3000 produk celana. Total produk cacat pada tahun 2021 cukup banyak yaitu mencapai total 852 pcs. Oleh karena itu jika produk cacat tersebut terus dibiarkan maka akan berdampak pada kerugian perusahaan yang cukup besar. Metode yang digunakan dalam permasalahan ini adalah metode Failure Mode and Effect Analisys (FMEA) dan metode Fault Tree Analisys (FTA). Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi FTA menunjukan akar penyebab terjadinya kecacatan pada produk celana di Meraya Garment bisa diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu manusia, mesin dan lingkunan. Hasil perhitungan FMEA perbaikan difokuskan pada proses yang memiliki nilai RPN tertinggi sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi terjadinya kegagalan. Mode kegagalan potensial ukuran yang diakibatkan oleh tidak ada pelatihan bagi pekerja mendapatkan nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu 225 hal itu menjadi fokus utama perbaikan. Sedangkan untuk nilai RPN terendah jahitan loncat dengan potensial mesin kurang perawatan dan oli sehingga menyebabkan mesin macet dan menyebabkan jahitan loncat mendapat nilai RPN 48. Adapun usulan perbaikan ialah Usulan mengadakan pelatihan secara berkala, Pengawasan lebih ketat dari Kepala Produksi, Perbaikan SOP secara tertulis agar mudah di pahami, Usulan perawatan mesin dan part yang sudah rusak sesuai jadwal. Abstract

Abstract. Quality control is an effort made by the company in carrying out the process of controlling the level of product quality produced. Quality control has a vital role in a business process in a company, because the goal is to improve product quality measures to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction. This is related to the quality of production, whose value is increasingly taken into account every day. PT Abadi Genteng is a tile product manufacturing factory which in its production activities still has a defect rate ranging from 4.1% - 7.6% of its production. This phenomenon is part of the problem that needs to be resolved to minimize the losses experienced by the company. The improvement effort is carried out by identifying the factors causing the defects using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. Pengendalian kualitas merupakan suatu upaya yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam melakukan proses kontrol terhadap tingkatan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Pengendalian kualitas memiliki peran yang vital dalam suatu proses bisnis di suatu perusahaan, karena tujuannya untuk meningkatkan ukuran kualitas produk guna pencapai tingkatan kepuasan konsumen yang semakin tinggi. Hal tersebut memiliki keterkaitan terhadap kualitas hasil produksi yang semakin hari semakin diperhitungkan nilainya. PT Abadi Genteng merupakan pabrik penghasil produk genteng yang dalam aktivitas produksinya masih memiliki tingkat kecacatan yang berkisar antara 4,1% - 7,6% dari hasil produksinya. Fenomena tersebut merupakan bagian dari permasalahan yang perlu diselesaikan untuk meminimalisir kerugian yang dialami perusahaan. Upaya perbaikan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan proses identifikasi faktor penyebab terjadinya cacat dengan menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Abstract. Baitul Maal Bandung Islamic University (BMU) is an institution whose job is to collect and distribute Zakat, Infaq, Alms, and Endowment (ZISWAF) funds. Based on observations and interviews, it is known that the amount of funds owned by BMU is limited, so that the average number of students who receive scholarships is only 40% of students per year who apply for scholarships. Therefore, to increase the amount of managed funds, efforts can be made to increase the level of donor satisfaction and increase the desire to donate, namely by improving the quality of service. The method used is Kano because it can classify variables based on the category of influence on consumer satisfaction. Based on data processing, the results show that there are 6 service attributes out of 20 attributes, including 3 belonging to the one dimensional category and 3 belonging to the attractive category, this category is a category that needs to be improved because the one dimensional category has a linear nature which if not corrected then the donor will be disappointed. and attributes that are included in the attractive category need to be improved because they can increase innovation so that they excel in competition. Attributes that are prioritized for improvement, then a proposed design improvement is proposed to increase donor satisfaction. The proposals given were developing a fund distribution program, adding features to the website, providing an autoreply system after depositing funds, providing a live chat feature, conducting training on how to communicate and information systems.Keywords: Service Quality, Kano Abstrak. Baitul Maal Universitas Islam Bandung (BMU) merupakan lembaga yang bertugas untuk menghimpun dan menyalurkan dana Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, dan Wakaf (ZISWAF). Hasil observasi dan wawancara, diketahui bahwa jumlah dana yang dimiliki BMU terbatas, sehingga rata-rata jumlah mahasiswa yang mendapat beasiswa hanya 40% mahasiswa saja per tahun dari yang mengajukan beasiswa. Karenanya, untuk meningkatkan jumlah dana yang dikelola dapat dilakukan upaya agar tingkat kepuasan donatur meningkat dan meningkatkan keinginan berdonasi yaitu dengan perbaikan kualitas layanan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Kano karena dapat mengklasifikasikan variabel berdasarkan kategori pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diperoleh hasil terdapat 6 atribut layanan dari 20 atribut, diantaranya termasuk ke 3 kategori one dimensional dan 3 termasuk ke kategori attractive, kategori tersebut merupakan kategori yang perlu diperbaiki karena kategori one dimensional memiliki sifat linier yang jika tidak diperbaiki maka donatur akan kecewa, dan atribut yang termasuk kategori attractive perlu dilakukan perbaikan karena dapat meningkatkan inovasi sehingga unggul dalam persaingan. Atribut yang diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki, selanjutnya diusulkan rancangan perbaikannya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan donatur. Usulan yang diberikan yaitu mengembangkan program penyaluran dana, menambah fitur pada website, memberikan sistem autoreply setelah menyetorkan dana, menyediakan fitur live chat, mengadakan pelatihan cara berkomunikasi dan sistem informasi.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Metode Kano.

Abstract

A proper quality management system is essential for managing company activities to meet customer requirements. Management of quality necessitates an organizational structure, roles, processes, and resources. In this situation, the analyzed small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have limited human resources and non-standard procedures; So, in order to improve their quality management system, companies need both internal and external support. The objective of this design is to create and document ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards in order to improve consumer satisfaction. This research employs gap analysis and risk analysis as its methods. The results obtained from the gap analysis calculation in clause 5 receive the highest score of 71%, while the other clauses receive less than 50%, stating that a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 has not been implemented. Proposals in the design of a quality management system in the form of creating documents based on discrepancies and voids that have been identified.
