Abstract

The attention of the state in developing villages is unquestionable. Evidence of the seriousness of the state in developing villages is manifested by the issuance of Village Law no. 6 of 2014 and Village Government Regulation No. 43 of 2014. These two legal regulations provide an opportunity for all villages in Indonesia to obtain a Village Fund of 1 billion originating from the Village Fund from the Central Government 750 million and Village Fund Allocations at the Provincial and Regency/Municipal levels. City of 250 million. Village funds provided by the central government aim to encourage the productivity of rural communities. For this reason, the use of village funds must be planned, implemented, and reported to assess the level of success of the village fund program. To make this village fund program a success, the community service team of the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business held "Training for Preparation of Village Fund Financial Reports for Village Apparatus in Mangunreja Village". The objectives of the PkM activities for the Preparation of Village Fund Financial Reports for Village Apparatus are to 1). Provide adequate knowledge regarding Village Fund financial reporting and 2). Provide training to make Village Fund financial reports.

Abstract

SOCIAL CAPITAL AND ASSISTANCE FOR BUMDES AS ECONOMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS FOR COMMUNITIES AFFECTED BY THE SUNDA STRAIT TSUNAMI IN PANDEGLANG REGENCY. The presence of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration is the implementing agent of Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, it is substantively expected to be able to build villages through structural and cultural approaches. Villages are expected to become independent economically, socially, culturally and politically. The method used in this community service activity is using the lecture method, discussion method, dialogue, and mentoring and practice methods, the material presented about good BUMDes management information is still lacking, this is indicated by a score of 47%., After the community is given education and assistance in the management of BUMDes as the goal of economic recovery after good results were obtained, which was 93%. These results need to be strengthened by improving the management of BUMDes, where academics and the government can collaborate on the best model (deliberative model) for the development of BUMDes to be efficient and competitive.

Abstract

Even though the number of MSMEs in Indonesia continues to increase while bringing many positive effects in the form of employment which can reduce unemployment and others, problems with MSMEs or Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises do often occur. The problem that most often occurs lies in marketing, which turns out to be a lot of people who don't understand online marketing. Even though many MSME actors market their products through marketplace sites, social media accounts, and so on, they are not optimal and consistent in practice. Therefore, we introduce the concept of Marketing 4.0 which redefines marketing from Marketing 3.0, namely marketing must adapt to the changing nature of the customer path in the digital economy, where the role of marketers is to guide customers along their journey from awareness and finally to advocacy. It is the concept that we are trying to socialize to MSMEs in carrying out effective marketing techniques for their businesses, of course with the technopreneur concept which they have been used to doing so far. In this training, marketing strategies for MSME products, as well as MSME marketing strategies, are explained, from the marketing strategies commonly used in the form of; creating unique products, marketing products by becoming a networker, determining STP, and taking advantage of e-commerce. Next, we describe a marketing strategy that 1. embraces the shift to a more horizontal, inclusive, and social business landscape, 2. explains the changing landscape creates a series of paradoxes that marketers have to face, one of which is online versus offline interaction, 3. Understands that young people are sharing thoughts, women for market share, and netizens for sharing hearts, 5. Inviting MSME businesses to redefine marketing in the digital economy, as well as develop a new framework for marketing in the digital economy.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan (SIZE) dan Profitabilitas (ROE) terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Industry Sektor Manakanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2018-2022. Metode purposive sampling digunakan pada perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan lebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji secara parsial (Uji t) dan Uji secara simultan (Uji F) serta koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) yang diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 11.365. Hasil dari nilai Adjusted R Square secara signifikansi 0.417. Ukuran Perusahaan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dengan tingkat signifikansi -4.872. Profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham dengan tingkat signifikansi 1.229.Kata kunci : Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas dan Harga Saham.

Abstract

The economy in Indonesia is currently declining, due to a worldwide pandemic causing the Indonesian economy to experience a recession, as well as the global economy which is also experiencing a recession. Indonesia's economic growth was minus 5.32 percent in the second quarter of 2020. The figure had improved, although it was still in the minus category, namely 3.49 percent. The impact of this minus economic growth. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has a positive impact that can help human activities, which were originally carried out traditionally, can be carried out by utilizing technology. During the pandemic that we have experienced, there is no reason not to be productive as long as we stay at home, with this technology it can help with daily life activities. One form of technology utilization carried out by the Faletehan University Management Study Program is to hold community service in the field of entrepreneurship with the theme Digitalization Business Development Program to Increase Family Income. spare time in business practices in various businesses to be able to become a business person at least for the welfare of his family. Even this activity is based on the problem that arises from the lack of a ratio between the number of entrepreneurs and the population of its citizens because the requirement for a developed country is to have a ratio of 14%. According to Law no. 12 of 2012 Higher Education is an institution that has an important role in creating creative and innovative resources so that they can produce various works or products that can encourage the growth of the Indonesian economy. Therefore, higher education has the potential to create entrepreneurs who can utilize technology or are called technopreneurs. The objectives of this PKM activity for Posyandu Mekarsari kramatwatu mothers are 1). Society is expected to maximize the use of technology as a means of business 2). Producing New Products 3). Abstract

In the Indonesian economy, UMKM is the business group with the largest number and proved to be able to withstand various types of economic crises. The number of UMKMs increases from year to year. The new development of the UMKM can only be seen from the number side. In general, especially in the financial aspect, only a few UMKMs have experienced development in terms of their financial performance. This is not apart from the unconsciousness of UMKM’s perpetrators about the importance of corporate finance management. Financial management becomes one of the important aspects of the company’s progress. Financial management can be done through accounting. Accounting is a systematic process for generating financial information that can be used for decision-making for its users. Method of implementation: 1.
