Abstract

Dengan menggunakan model ini diharapkan menjadi alternatif dalam memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru terhadap siswa yang merasa bosan dengan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, terutama dalam keterampilan menulis pada siswa kelas VIII SMP N 5 Rantau Bayur terhadap sasaran penelitian yang dilakukan. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen mencapai 83,5 dengan menggunakan perlakuan yang artinya sudah mencapai angka KKM, sedangkan rata-rata untuk kelas kontrol hanya 65,91 yang tidak mencapai KKM. Berdasarkan uji homogenitas data yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil F hitung sebesar 1,25 dan F tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 adalah 2,01, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa F hitung < F tabel sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa data kedua varian ini homogen. Untuk pengujian hipotesis nya diperoleh t hitung 38,32 dan t tabel 1,678 ini menunjukkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel. Dapat dikatakan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) terhadap menulis teks ulasan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP N 5 Rantau Bayur. Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the structure, values, and cultural context of the Tembang Pisaan oral literature. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method because literature is a form of creative work that is constantly changing. Data collection techniques used; observation, interviews, documentation and recording techniques. The data analysis technique used is; domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, component analysis, and culture theme analysis. The result of this research is that the oral literature of Tembang Pisaan has a physical and mental structure. Meanwhile, the value analysis in this study is cultural values ??and religious values, namely those concerning the relationship between man and God, human relationship with society, and human relationship with himself. The cultural context is in the form of its application in society, because the pisaan song is rich in customs, moral messages, advice, and cultural treasures that are useful for the supporting community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of Motivation and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in Junior High School Number 1 of Sembawa. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Samples in the study were 63 respondents wits data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there was a siginificant influence of motivation on teacher performance, 2) there was a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there was a significant effect between motivation and work discipline on teacher performance.
