Abstract

PT. Mitra Packindo Berdikari Medan is a company engaged in the field of Flexibag Packing. Problems at PT. Mitra Packindo Berdikari Medan that the weak organizational culture and the lack of effective job training applied in the company so that causing employee work productivity decreased. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of organizational culture and job training on employee work productivity PT. Mitra Packindo Berdikari Medan.This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. The total population and sample in this research are 36 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. Data analysis technique is using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture variables and job training on employee productivity PT. Mitra Packindo Berdikari Medan. Partially there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture variables and job training on employee productivity PT. Mitra Packindo Berdikari Medan. Organizational culture and job training able to explain employee work productivity equal to 26,1% while the rest 73,9% influenced by variable not examined such as: compensation, promotion, job supervision and so on Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Training, Work Productivity

Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted at PT. Kencana Inti Perkasa Medan. PT. Kencana Inti Perkasa Medan which is a company engaged in oil palm management.The population and sample in this study were 42 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated samples Data collection techniques are pembainigain kueisoner, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing. Conclusion in the study that the Work Environment influences the Work Effectiveness of PT. Kencana Inti Perkasa Medan. Individual characteristics affect the Work Effectiveness of PT. Kencana Inti Perkasa Medan. Work Environment and Individual Characteristics affect the Work Effectiveness of PT. Kencana Inti Perkasa Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.428, which means the work environment and individual characteristics can explain the work effectiveness of employees at 42.8% and the remaining 57.2% (100-42.8) influenced by other variables outside of this study like: analysis of position, education and so on. Keywords: Work Environment, Individual Characteristics, Work Effectiveness

Abstract

Abstract. This study examines "The Effect of Organizational Culture and Leadership on Employee Performance of PT. Kingkata Kharisma Artha Medan." Researchers assess that a decrease in employee performance can be caused by a lack of motivation and cooperation between employees. This may be due to organizational culture and leadership that are not good at implementation. Therefore, the authors are interested in analyzing and knowing more about the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance in this company. This research was conducted at PT. Kingkata Kharisma Artha Medan with a total sample of 52 people. The sampling technique used is saturated samples and data collection techniques using documentation studies, interviews, observations and questionnaires that have been shared. While for data analysis, researchers used validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The conclusion of this study is that organizational culture and leadership do not affect the performance of employees of PT. Kingkata Kharisma Artha Medan. This is because the value of R Square is 0.007 which means that organizational culture and leadership can explain employee performance by 0.7% and the remaining 99.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: compensation, personality and so on. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Leadership, Performance

Abstract

Abstract. PT.Tanimas Edible Oil  Medan is engaged in the sale of palm oil is having a problem employee motivation and supervision on employee disicipline is decreased in which can be seen from the lack og observance of working hours of employee who are often late.The purpose of research in this research is to determine the effect of motivation and supervision on Dicipline of work  PT. Tanimas Edible Oil Medan either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive rearsch type. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Tanimas Edible Oil Medan that totaling 41 people and samples used as many as 41 people. Data collection methods were conducted by interviews, questionnaires, documentation studies and review of the literature. Variables measured by Likert scale. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there are have influence of motivation and supervison on Employee Dicipline in PT. Tanimas Edible Oil Medan. And partially  supervision variable significantly influence to employee discipline of work PT. Tanimas Edible Oil Medan than communication variable. Keywords: Motivation, Supervision, Employee Dicipline

Abstract

Abstract. PT.Toba Permai Medan is: a company engaged in the paper trade. The phenomenon that occurs in company is: decreased employee morale. Employees do not have an interest in improving their work, they only complete the responsibilities given but there is no intention to improve work efficiency and effectiveness. The cause of decreased employee morale is thought to be caused by leadership style and rewards. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was all employees in the company, amounting to 45 people. Samples were taken with a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples. Thus, the sample in this study amounted to 45 people. Simultaneous hypothesis test results show that the leadership style and reward variables have an influence on employee morale at PT.Toba Permai Medan. The results of the partial hypothesis test showed that partially each of the leadership style and reward variables had an influence on employee morale at PT.Toba Permai Medan.  Keywords: Leadership Style, Reward, Employee Morale.

Abstract

Abstract.This research was conducted at PT. Sumber Lautan Rezeki. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect of Performance and Commitment on Organizational Culture. The population and sample in this study are: employees of PT. Sumber Lautan Rezeki, amounting to 39 people. The sampling technique used is saturation. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in this study is that simultaneously Performance and Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Culture of PT. Sumber Lautan Rezeki. Partially, the positive and significant effect on the organizational culture of PT. Sumber Lautan Rezeki. Partially, Commitment has positive and significant effect on Organizational Culture of PT. Sumber Lautan Rezeki. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.304 meaning that performance and commitment can explain organizational culture by 30.4% and the remaining 69.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: discipline work, competence, compensation and so on.  Keywords: Performance, Commitment, Organizational Culture

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Trans Sumatra Agung Medan is: a company engaged in the field of Suzuki brand car dealers. The phenomenon that occurs in companies is: a decrease in employee work discipline so that it interferes with company operations. The problem of decreased work discipline at the company allegedly caused by problems with organizational commitment and work culture. The population in this study were all employees in the company, amounting to 43 people. Samples were taken with a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population were used as samples. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 43 people. Simultaneous hypothesis test results show that simultaneously Organizational Commitment and Work Culture has a significant effect on the Work Discipline of the employees of PT Trans Sumatra Agung, Medan. Partially, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on the Work Discipline of the employees of PT. Trans Sumatra Agung, Medan and the Work Culture has a significant effect on the Work Discipline of the employees of PT. Abstract. PT. Tuahta Maju Ersada is a company engaged in the field of mini PKS (Palm Oil Mill), which has been established since 2008. A good and high reward will motivate employees and low employee loyalty greatly affects employee motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee reward and loyalty on the work motivation of PT. Tuahta Advanced Ersada.The research method used is a quantitative analysis method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The study population was 50 people using saturated sampling techniques where all members of the population were sampled. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.Based on simultaneous analysis of employee rewards and loyalty affect the work motivation of employees of PT. Tuahta Advanced Ersada. Partially, there is the effect of reward variables on employee work motivation and there is an influence of employee loyalty on the work motivation of employees of PT. Abstract

Abstract. Organizational commitment is: the attitude or form of employee behavior towards the organization in the form of loyalty and the achievement of the organization's vision, mission, values and goals. High commitment to employees can not be formed just like that, but it requires the application of management and appropriate actions by the company so that employees are comfortable in working and are willing to serve long periods of time such as by forming a good communication fabric and preventing work conflicts in company. The formulation of the problem in this study is the extent of the influence of communication and work conflict on organizational commitment of PT. Surya Tara Jaya Medan.The method used in this study is a survey approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The population in this study are: permanent employees of PT. Surya Tara Jaya Medan as many as 61 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was: saturated sampling and totaling 61 employees. Data collection method is done by Likert scale. The model of data analysis used to answer hypotheses is multiple regression.The results showed that simultaneously Communication and Work Conflict had a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of PT. Abstract

Abstract.This research was conducted at PT Logikreasi Utama Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Career Development and Competence on the Work Effectiveness of the employees of PT Logikreasi Utama Medan. The population numbered 35 employees while the sample in this study were: 35 employees. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. Data collection techniques are the distribution of questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The conclusion of the study is that simultaneously Career and Competency Development influences the Work Effectiveness of the employees of PT Logikreasi Utama Medan. Partially, Career Development influences the Work Effectiveness of the employees of PT Logikreasi Utama Medan. Partially, Competence influences the Work Effectiveness of employees of PT Logikreasi Utama Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination seen from Adjusted R Square is: equal to 0.430 means Career Development and Work Competence can explain Employee Work Effectiveness of 43% and the remaining 57% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: Job Placement, Job Training, Job Promotion and so.  Keywords: Career Development, Competence, Work Effectivene
