Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the use of audio-visual-based learning media in the presentation of financial soft skills at the Bandung National Junior High School. The number of participants who took part in the financial soft skills activities at the Bandung National Junior High School were 31 students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research data were collected by several techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The triangulation technique is carried out by the triangulation method, namely by re-checking the information from interviews with documentation and observation. This study found that the use of audio-visual-based learning media in the presentation of financial soft skills at the Bandung National Junior High School has many advantages; 1) Students do not get bored quickly and enthusiastically in learning; 2) To improve students' understanding; 3) To increase students' learning motivation, and 4) Learning can be achieved well. Suggestions that can be used as input, one of which is for teachers. Researchers suggest teachers to always improve their creativity in finding ways that can be used to adjust students in the classroom.

Abstract

Wabah Covid-19 telah mengguncang hampir semua Industri, termasuk perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Covid-19 terhadap harga saham Bank-bank Syariah di Indonesia serta untuk menguji signifikansi perbedaan harga saham Bank-bank Syariah selama 350 hari bursa sebelum dan 350 hari bursa sesudah wabah Covid-19 masuk ke Indonesia. Data harga saham diperoleh dari laman Bursa Efek Indonesia dan laman Yahoo Finance. Adapun Bank-bank Syariah yang menjadi sampel adalah Bank Syariah Indonesia, BTPN Syariah dan Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Harga saham Bank-bank Syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia cenderung stabil dan mampu tumbuh positif dimasa pandemi Covid-19. (2) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan harga saham Bank-bank Syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebelum Covid-19 dan sesudah Covid-19. Bahkan harga saham Bank-bank Syariah mengalami kenaikan setelah wabah Covid-19 masuk ke Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract Mental health is a very important aspect for the well-being of oneself and one's family, but is often neglected in everyday life. No exception for a mother, a mother's mental health can affect family conditions and child rearing patterns. According to mental health specialists, mental health problems that often occur in mothers are stress, depression and anxiety disorders. Mental health problems in working mothers can be caused by multiple responsibilities in their roles as wives, mothers and career women. Meanwhile, for housewives, mental health problems can be caused by activities that feel like they never end and recurring problems that are not handled appropriately. In one of our community service activities, we held outreach regarding mental health for housewives and career mothers with the aim of socializing and increasing understanding of housewives and career mothers about the importance of caring for mental health. The targets of this service activity are housewives who attend Integrated Healthcare Center activities in Malakasari Village. The data collection method uses the literature study method, this socialization activity is carried out using lecture, evaluation and question and answer methods. As a result of this outreach, it is hoped that mothers will be more aware and understand the importance of mental health in their role as mothers.

Abstract

Promiscuity is a form of deviant behavior or crossing the boundaries of applicable norms. Promiscuity in Malakasari Village, especially teenagers in RW 06, needs to be prevented by choosing good friends/environment, and being aware of their own worth. Based on the results of the discussion, there was one resident with experience in taking an approach to straightening out other residents who had fallen into promiscuity. The educational activities carried out by KKN 67 aim to create healthy and characterful families. The method used is a qualitative method with observation techniques, documents and descriptive research. To avoid promiscuity, socialization can be carried out among teenagers regarding the negative impacts of promiscuity. The socialization carried out can be done by educating teenagers or it can also be done by taking a personal approach to the teenagers. This personal approach has a good influence in reducing the prevalence of promiscuity which is currently on the rise.

Abstract

Dari perspektif Islam, jumlah transaksi online yang masuk dalam tajuk fiqh muamalah niaga atau jual beli dengan cepat meningkat. Islam memiliki hukum-hukum yang berlaku baik bagi pembeli maupun penjual dalam transaksi jual beli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji elemen dasar dan persyaratan untuk menerapkan kontrak salam dalam transaksi jual beli online yang mematuhi Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Islam PSAK Syariah 103. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan metode studi kasus dilakukan di Toko Online. Informan penelitian ini adalah pedagang dan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para penjual pada umumnya mengetahui rukun dan syarat melakukan jual beli online dalam perspektif Islam. Akad Salam telah dilakukan oleh para pelaku bisnis dengan istilah pre order, para pelaku bisnis belum mengetahui dan menerapkan PSAK Syariah 103. Hasil penelitian dapat bermanfaat bagi pengusaha, akademisi maupun instansi pemerintahan dan masyarakat.

Abstract

In contemporary corporate finance, the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors has emerged as a pivotal consideration in investment decision-making. This article delves into the analysis of how social and environmental factors influence corporate investment decisions, employing an ESG approach within financial management. Drawing upon an extensive literature review, this paper synthesizes key insights from existing research on the intersection of ESG factors and financial decision-making processes of corporations. The literature underscores the growing recognition of the significant impact that social and environmental considerations wield on investment decisions, transcending mere financial metrics. By examining the interplay between social and environmental factors and investment decisions, this article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms through which corporations incorporate ESG considerations into their financial strategies. It explores the various frameworks and methodologies used to assess and integrate ESG factors into investment decision-making processes, shedding light on the evolving landscape of sustainable finance. This research contributes to the burgeoning discourse on sustainable finance by offering insights into how corporations navigate the complex interplay between financial objectives and broader social and environmental imperatives. Through empirical analysis and theoretical frameworks, this article seeks to inform policymakers, investors, and corporate stakeholders about the implications of incorporating ESG considerations into investment decision-making processes.
