The presenter is the person in charge of leading and managing the course of an event. An emcee requires skills, knowledge, a pleasant voice and an attractive appearance. The purpose of this study was to determine the responses and learning outcomes of students in the civil service subject at the Indonesian Language Education Study Program, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia after the Guided inquiry teaching method was implemented by utilizing learning media. This type of research is classroom action research. This action research is designed using several cycles, where each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 12 semester students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program for the academic year 2021/2022. The object of this research was the student's learning outcomes after being given learning using guided inquiry teaching methods and using visual learning media. The data collection method is the observation method, the test method and the questionnaire/questionnaire method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) There is an effect of the application of the guided inquiry teaching method by utilizing learning media in the civil service course. (2) There is a positive response in the application of the guided inquiry teaching learning method by utilizing learning media in improving the learning outcomes of civility subjects in 6th semester students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program for the academic year 2021/2022.

SMAN 3 Denpasar salah satu sekolah berbasis riset di Indonesia dengan diraihnya banyak prestasi bidang penelitian dari tingkat regional hingga Internasional. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk mencari solusi dari permasalahan di SMAN 3 Denpasar yaitu: kurangnya pengetahuan guru dalam pengembangan pembuatan RPP berbasis revolusi industri 4.0, dan kurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang publikasi ilmiah. Perlu adanya bimbingan dalam melaksanakan PTK untuk dijadikan artikel dan dipulbikasikan. Metode program kemitraan berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan dari Tim PKM IKIP PGRI Bali. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah: (1) melaksanakan workshop tahap ke-1 untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru tentang pengetahuan guru dalampengembangan RPP berbasis Revolusi Industri 4.0, (2) melaksanakan workshop tahap ke-2 untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru tentang pengetahuan publikasi ilmiah, (3) kegiatan pendampingan tahap ke-1 merupakan tindak lanjut pelaksanaan workshop tahap ke-1, (4) kegiatan pendampingan praktik terbimbing tahap ke-2 merupakan tindak lanjut pelaksanaan workshop tahap ke-2. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah: (1) meningkatnya kemampuan guru menyusun dalam pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis tenologi sesuai dengan prosedur pengembangan pembelajaran, (2) meningkatnya pengetahuan guru tentang publikasi ilmiah; 3) tersusunnya pembelajaran berbasis teknologi setiap mata pelajaran; 4) artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal ber-ISSN.

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a study that raises actual problems faced by teachers in the field. By implementing CAR, teachers have a dual role as practitioners and researchers. The purpose of this service is to provide socialization and deepening in the writing of PTK and scientific articles to be published in ISSN and accredited journals. HTA training is carried out at SMK Negeri 3 Sukawati starting with a systematic study of the problem. CAR is very useful for teachers to improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes in the classroom. The methods used are socialization and mentoring. Components in the action research cycle (1) plan, (2) action, (3) Observation (4) Reflective. In accordance with book 4 and book 5 teacher professional guidance and development, journal requirements that can contain scientific articles include: published by universities, professional organizations, ministries, non-ministerial government agencies, research and development institutions, educational institutions, involving qualified bestari partners. with journals from various universities, has e-ISSN, maintains consistency in writing style and appearance format, has a DOI or digital object identifier. There is one thing that must be considered so that the HTA and Journal articles can pass the Credit Score assessment by the Assessment Team, namely the principles of APIK (Original, Necessary, Scientific, and Consistent).

In the context of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially the 3rd dharma, namely community service, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia held a 2020 Social Service in Batubulan Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency on Thursday - Friday, 17 - 18 December 2020. Social service is one of the activities designed as a form of student contribution to society directly. In a business, the ability of business actors to change their perspective on obstacles is very important. When most people see problems as obstacles, an entrepreneur must be able to look for opportunities from existing problems. The objectives of social service activities are: (1) To increase awareness among students and lecturers, (2) To provide assistance to people in need, (3) To generate a social spirit as a team in community service. The method used was socialization and cooking demonstrations by inviting several representatives of Ms. PKK from every banjar in Batubulan village. Businesses that ignore digital technology are actually experiencing a slump. In these transitional or new normal times, the aspect of business digitization also has the potential to have a very large positive impact. Service can be an innovation also in the midst of a new normal situation. The instantaneous gains gained by lowering the quality of food can have long-term effects. By maintaining good quality, the business will continue to run.

Public speaking is communication that is done orally about a thing or topic in front of many people with the aim of influencing, inviting, educating, changing opinions, providing explanations, and providing information to many people at certain moments. Become a successful Master of Ceremony (MC); need to know aspects including voice (vocal), mental, appearance, insight. The MC training was attended by 25 students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program and the UPMI Region. The methods of implementing Community Service are the socialization method, the test method, the lecture method, the training method, and the guidance method. The workshop materials on the Master of Ceremony (MC) are: Introduction to Public Speaking, Communication Skills, Basics of MC, Preparation before and during MC, Techniques for managing vocals, and Stages in MC. Based on the results of observations during the activity, it can be concluded that the material given to the training participants was well received, and the response given was very positive. The results of this service activity are participants 1) understand the basics and techniques of MC, 2) know and understand the requirements, duties and ethics of MC, 3) practice MC in opening, guiding the event until closing formal events, 4) being able to guide the event and display self-image according to the theme and script of the event, and 5) arrange vocals and personal appearance according to the demands of the event.

Classroom action research is a research that raises the actual problems faced by teachers in the field. By carrying out classroom action research, teachers have a dual role, namely practitioners and researchers. Scientific publications by teachers are basically a form of teacher professionalism. The purpose of this service is to find a solution to the problem of the lack of knowledge of teacher human resources in making scientific papers in the form of classroom action research. These problems can be overcome by increasing capacity through learning and socialization through two approaches, namely training and mentoring. In general, the implementation of PKM at SMA Negeri 8 Denpasar has been running smoothly according to a predetermined schedule. In the implementation of PKM, the socialization of the 1st and 2nd stages has made a lot of progress. In the implementation of PKM UPMI at SMA Negeri 8 Denpasar as a partner school. Teachers' understanding of the substance of writing scientific articles for publication in journals with ISSN and carrying out CAR increases with assistance. Teacher motivation in writing scientific papers has grown, and there is a willingness of teachers to start writing proposals. This is an indicator that the skills of teachers to write rich scientific writing are increasing. The results of the CAR have been presented in seminars as a requirement for promotion for teachers to a higher level.

Modules are learning tools or facilities that contain material that aims to enable students to learn independently or with teacher guidance in teaching and learning activities and ways to evaluate are designed systematically, and interestingly to achieve the competencies expected to achieve learning objectives. The objectives of implementing PKM are (1) to increase knowledge of making HOTS question-oriented modules, (2) to improve participants' abilities and skills in integrating HOTS question-oriented modules into the learning process, and (3) to improve participants' ability to implement implementation of HOTS question-oriented modules in the learning process. HOTS questions through the learning process at school. The PKM program is carried out using the method of outreach, training, guidance, and assistance to participants regarding the creation of HOTS question-oriented modules. The main target in this activity is the teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Kediri, Tabanan Regency. Socialization and mentoring activities were carried out by SMP Negeri 3 Kediri by a team of PKM lecturers from PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia University. The results obtained in the PKM program activities were (1) the participants' knowledge in making HOTS question-oriented modules increased, (2) the participants' abilities and skills to integrate HOTS question-oriented modules into the learning process, and (3) participants were able to implement the implementation of making HOTS-oriented modules. HOTS questions in the learning process which can increase teacher human resources in making HOTS question-oriented modules.

Problem based learning is a learning method that demands full student activity in order to solve any problems faced by students independently by constructing their knowledge and understanding. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the problem-based learning method on the results of learning Indonesian in class X SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar. This type of research is a quasi-experimental quantitative (quasi-experimental design). The research subjects were students of class X MIPA at SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar for the 2022/2023 academic year. The samples in this study were 36 students in class X MIPA 1 as an experimental class and 35 in class X MIPA 2 as a control class at SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar. In this study using data collection techniques, namely by observation and tests. The analysis technique used is the t-test formula. From the research results obtained tcount = 3.835 while ttable = 2.024 this means tcount > ttable, then Ha is accepted which states that there is an influence of the problem based learning method on the results of Indonesian language learning for class X students. So there is an influence of the problem based learning method on the results learn Indonesian for class X SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar for the 2022/2023 academic year.

SD Negeri 3 Apuan, Susut District, Bangli Regency, in carrying out its activities is under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The UPMI PKM team visited SD Negeri 3 Apuan to meet the school principal. From the results of observations and discussions with the principal, and class teachers that at SD Negeri 3 Apuan, there are several problems that need to find solutions such as the teaching and learning process in class, reduced student interest in learning, ICT mastery for teachers, making lesson plans based on local wisdom, making HOTS-based teaching materials, scientific papers or PTK, scientific publications, teacher grades, UKS and so on. Of the several problems that existed at SD Negeri 3 Apuan, the UPMI PKM Team held discussions to decide on priority issues that could be assisted by Partners, namely HR problems, which immediately sought solutions. The implementation method is socialization through training and mentoring. The first activity relates to training on the problem of the teacher's lack of knowledge in writing classroom action research. The activities were carried out in two stages, namely training and mentoring activities. In the mentoring activities for 2 weeks, the mentoring activities aim to improve the target teacher's skills to compose classroom action research writing. This implementation activity involved 2 Mathematics Education Study Program students from PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia University. Nature tourism is a form of recreation and tourism activity that utilizes the potential of natural resources, both in their natural state and after cultivation efforts. The aim of this research is to find out how to develop natural tourism objects based on ethnomathematics-oriented local wisdom and to find out the supporters and obstacles in developing natural tourism objects based on ethnomathematics-oriented local wisdom in Apuan village, Susut District, Bangli Regency. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. This type of research is phenomological while the data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, documentation and observation. The informants in this research were village and community officials. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The research results showed that the cultural dimensions of local wisdom in the attraction of ethnomathematics-oriented local wisdom-based nature tourism in Apuan village came from local sources, local culture and local knowledge. The supporting facilities available for nature tourism based on local wisdom in Apuan village are complete, such as toilets and parking lots which are still in fairly good condition. However, improvements still need to be made in terms of numbers, such as toilet facilities. Inhibiting Factors (1) Accessibility, there is no public transportation for large cars that go directly to tourist attractions in Apuan Village. 2) Amenities, accommodation, health facilities, banks, automated teller machines (ATMs) are not yet available.
